【咏絮设计】遨游未来之域 点染幻彩无垠
几何交错的简约线条，细细包覆其后的鲜豔块体，引人联想机能时尚兼备的宅邸，使人于踏入建筑前，便拥有鲜明且具画面感的第一印象；移步至建物内，冷调的造型铁件以及温润的木质材质，携手共构通透舒适的空间，创造单纯却绚丽的景緻。
本文由OPEN编辑部撰写 设计概念 Design Concept 几何交错的简约线条，细细包覆其后的鲜豔块体，引人联想机能时尚兼备的宅邸，使人于踏入建筑前，便拥有鲜明且具画面感的第一印象；移步至建物内，冷调的造型铁件以及温润的木质材质，携手共构通透舒适的空间，创造单纯却绚丽的景緻。 思及建案位于台南高铁科技新城，咏絮室内设计 大胆运用绚烂的蓝、黄双色，结合木作、金属冲孔板的俐落线条，融以精心配置的光照安排，表达未来智能、科技都市感，形构富层次的建筑块面，打造光彩豔绝的目光焦点。 The simple geometric linear patterns finely surface the dazzling structure, connecting the image of a functional and stylish mansion into mind, leading to a vivid and picturesque first impression before entering the building. After stepping into the building, the cool-toned modeling ironworks and balmy timber elements work together to set up a transparent and comfortable space with modest yet gorgeous features. Given the project is located in the HSR Science and Technology Park in Tainan. YUNG HSU INTERIOR DESIGN strikingly adopt the inviting color schemes of blue and yellow, couple with crafts woodworks and metallic perforated panels of concise linear features, and then carefully arrange brilliant lighting fixtures to create hierarchical configurations of the buildings. Skillfully perform the intelligent and high-tech situation towards the future, which becomes a glorious focal feature. 设计手法 Design Techniques 因循机能 巧设动线 Skillfully deploy the moving flow smoothly lead to different functional areas 本案属接待中心，因此循序渐进的动线安排，不仅易于招待，也令参访者得以流畅地观览；我们在正对入口处，设置相对较小的接待柜檯，便于人员快速迎接宾客，其左侧为工学馆，能让访客率先了解建案区位、未来发展等资讯，其中尚备有应业主需求特别安排的影音室，可以接续观赏影片，过后再来到洽谈区，以及最后的样品屋参观。 We carefully arrange the step-by-step moving flow of the reception center, which is trouble-free to receive the clientele and makes the visitors feel free to look around. We have set up a relatively small front desk directly opposite the entrance so that staff can greet guests instantly. On the left is the Engineering Centre, which provides visitors with first-hand information about the location and future development of the project. Also, arrange an audio-visual room inside for viewing the introduction video. After that, come to the negotiation area and finally explore the showrooms. 呼应建案 精凋内外 Delicately fashion the exterior appearance and interior layout to tie in with the project 回应位处城市核心位置的建案，无论是外观或是内部洽谈、参观区位的景緻，皆设以不同以往的造型：众多线条组合夜间光线，晕染而成细緻的建物外貌、几何块状形体的天花板、框体式座位隔屏⋯⋯，在诉说美感的同时，亦细心陪伴访客体验未来房屋的美妙。 Whether the exterior appearance of the building or the interior settings of the negotiation area and showrooms, we adopt extraordinary designs to be in concert with the project located at the city center. The linear features integrate with light and shadow present the refined appearance of the building, the appealing solid geometric-shaped ceilings, and the stylish seating divider design artfully illustrate the aesthetics and accompany visitors to experience splendid circumstances of future houses. 多元风貌 共同绽放 Contemporaneously show up the diverse styles of interior design 接待中心中同步设置的样品屋，拥有多元样貌的展现：工业、无印良品、现代、低调奢华风格，种种为不同品味顾客量身打造的屋宅，一次具现于此，满足各式需求，也以大方丰富的方式，展现建案的多样风情。 We simultaneously set up multiple types of showrooms in the reception center, such as Industrial, MUJI, Modern, and Modest-luxury styles. The various custom-made layouts excellently meet different customers' tastes and needs. Meantime, bring about diverse charms of the project via plenty of presentations.
外观 Exterior appearance 由于建案座落交通经济核心地带，因此以网格状的现代俐落线条，加上直线栅栏式框体作外观装饰，表现科技未来感，并且铺叙蓝、黄鲜明色调，呼应销售建案名当中，关于明日新希望的象徵意义；当夜幕降临，光线自格栅中透射而出，闪耀于外部的凹凸面，更显出建物的立体感，彷彿科技新城的缩小版本。 This project is situated in the core area of transportation and economy. We exploit modern concise grid lines, straight fence patterns, and bright color scheme of blue and yellow to finish the exterior appearance, excellently lead out the futuristic technology features, meantime, correspond to the implication of longing to the new era of the project name. When night falls, the light transmits from the grillwork and bright the exterior appearance, vividly presents the three-dimensional view of the building, as if a micro version of a brand new technology city.
接待中心 Reception center 作为访客进入接待中心的首要区块，天花板的六角形块状灯源，丰富高低层次，以跳脱寻常造型的样式，予人活力多样性的感受；左侧设置于视听室与展示区外部的木质镶嵌灯带，则成为柜台旁的端景牆，藉由直立线性的排列，创造层叠大气感。 The hexagonal-shape lighting fixtures on the ceiling of the reception center, which depart from the conventional design to enrich the layering interest of the guiding area, sharply favor the visitors with a distinct vibrant feeling. And, around the front desk, the massive wooden settings equip brilliant recessed strip lights, which bring about a cascading grandeur look and strikingly serve as feature walls by way of vertical arrangement.
主责处理事务的另一长型柜台，搭配下方灯源，营造出悬浮于空中的形象，实木贴皮天花板延伸空间中的咖啡色调，并採用不规则灯罩，形成左右延展的活泼视觉跳跃景象。 At the bottom of the other rectangular reception counter handling dominant affairs, we mount a dazzling light bar to bring out a floating situation. Then, exploit solid wood veneers to set the ceiling to marry the brown hue of the space. Moreover, take advantage of the right-left irregular patterns to form a lively dynamic view.
游戏室 Playroom 天蓝色系佐以云状块面，大方显露木作造型游戏室的童趣景緻，当中开放的球池，让宾客在洽谈中，亦能直接看望嬉戏中的孩童。 The sky-blue color scheme and cloud-shaped craftworks artfully create the childlike ambiance of the wooden playroom. And the open-concept ball pool lets the clienteles can look after their children while having discussions.
接待区 Negotiation area 接待区划设大块面的造型浅色木皮天花板，形塑气势磅礴礡环境的同时，又不至于使空间具有压迫感。 We choose light-colored wooden panels to finish the large-scale ceiling of the negotiation meeting area, which shapes a splendid layout without a compact feeling.
考量建案讨论时需取用介绍资料，因此以开放的柜体作为空间分界，兼作收纳，同时採用上方镂空、下方镶嵌长虹玻璃的方框铁件，做出各个洽谈区的隐私感；而其中米色皮质单椅、大理石造型桌的组合，则给人明亮舒适体验。 We set up open-pattern storage cabinets as spatial partitions and meet the needs of picking up project introductions handily during negotiations. At the same time, take advantage of the square ironwork settings of hollow-feature upper and inlaid patterned glass bottom to bring about the privacy of each meeting area. 【咏絮设计】盈光灰映展大气 沉香冉升绽柔韵
高耸的玻璃帷幕，与未经修饰的钢骨结构，令人彷若置身于一部巨大的机械内，环顾身畔，一片敞亮的大气画面中，质感温润的特殊涂料、亮面的皮革沙发，恰到好处地平衡粗犷与细緻，共组别具个性的工业风景色。

And, the warm-textured artificial coating and glossy leather sofa moderately set each other of the rustic and refined features of the spacious and transparent space marvelously create an exceptional Industrial style situation. YUNG HSU INTERIOR DESIGN exploit processed metal works, solid wood elements, and red brick walls to draw out the sleek modern style, excellently create a brand new surrounding that agrees with the refurbishment of a traditional industry. The accumulated fruits overages signify that the enterprise inherits predecessors' experiences, looks forward to the future, and creates infinite possibilities constantly. 设计手法 Design Techniques 工业机械 凸显企业特色 Industrial design style highlights the characteristics of the enterprise 配合机械相关的企业背景，因此依循建筑原有的钢骨结构，适度裸露管线与梁柱，强化刚健的线条感设计，并使用大量的造型铁件、皮革软装与纹理鲜明的义大利涂料，形塑契合品牌形象的工业风办公室。 Following the original steel structure of the building, moderately exposes raw pipes, beams, and columns, boldly design rustic linear features to be in concert with the mechanical-related background of the enterprise. And then, exploit a large number of processed metal works, leather soft furnishings, and distinctive Italian coatings to shape industrial style spaces that agree with the brand's image. 善用楼层 因应各式需求 Well-configured scheme meets multi-purpose requirements 此案共计五层楼，整体的区域配置，随楼层上升，逐渐递增隐私性，确保各项工作互不干扰：一楼设置柜台与会议室，方便接待外宾，一同进行学术研讨，二楼为挑高夹层空间，其走道规划作活动展示区，供宾客于此交流、参观产品发表，三至五楼皆是员工专用，依序安排办公区、研究室与主管室。 The project is a five-story building. We meticulously plan the layout to gradually improve the privacy of each floor and ensure no interference with each other's work. Set up a reception counter and conference rooms on the first floor convenient for receiving foreign guests and conducting academic discussions. The second floor is a mezzanine design; we utilize the U-shaped corridors to hold exhibition events so that the guests can interact and participate in the new product release freely. Then, configure the third to fifth floors into an open office area, a professional laboratory, and a decent supervisor office. 挑高格局 形塑大气景緻 High ceiling pattern shapes spectacular situation 善用入口大厅高达七米的挑高格局，于柜台前加装大面积的铁件屏风，作为视觉焦点，场域尽头则铺设实木牆面，藉其温和调性衬底，柔化周围裸露梁柱的生硬感，并连结左右两侧的红砖牆，共组丰富的画面层次，赋予企业气势十足的崭新面貌。 Taking advantage of the seven-meter-high ceiling of the entrance hall, ingeniously fix up a sizeable wrought iron screen in front of the reception counter as a visual focal point. Also, set up balmy solid wood walls at the bottom of the space excellently softens the rigid feature of the surrounding exposed beams and columns. Then assort with red brick walls on both sides create glamorous finishing touch marvelously bring about a brand new imposing manner of the enterprise.
入口大厅 Grand entrance 为缓解柜台与等待区的光源不足，其前方装设铁件冲孔板，打造一座引导光线洒落的屏风，同时以曲折的块面，呼应建筑的钢骨结构与楼梯造型，融入空间粗犷的工业风调性。 We erect an iron perforated panel screen in front of the reception counter and waiting area to introduce supplement lighting. The crooked shape is in concert with the steel structure and staircases of the building, ingeniously enhances the industrial roughness feature.
接待区天花板拼接木皮与黑镜，柔和环境的冷硬氛围，并展现多样纹路肌理，下方柜台由木质底座、特殊涂料与人造石打造而成，呈现不规则的外观，加上间接照明衬托，成为方正空间中的吸睛亮点；一旁的沙发区，选用造型圆润的软装及吊灯，搭配彷拟星空的嵌灯，营造静心等待的放鬆氛围。 We utilize wood veneers and dark mirrors to set up the ceiling of the reception area, gently soften the cool-toned ambiance, and show up various textures. The irregular-shaped reception counter is made of a wooden base and finishes with artificial coating and stone; moreover, install indirect lighting, which becomes a striking feature of the square layout. Then, we select sleek-shaped furnishings and a bubble chandelier, together with the ceiling lights that imitate stars, bring about a serene, relaxed vibe of the waiting area.
会议室 Adjustable conference rooms 会议室的天花板，採高低相间的木纹与层板，巧妙修饰梁线，并藏起投影、空调等机电设备；考量公司部门多元，因此以推门隔出三间会议空间，方便随时调整场域大小，因应不同的人数与活动场合，而与入口大厅相隔木作牆，则嵌入细长的灰玻，让外部人员了解开会情况，避免不慎打扰。 We exploit veiny wooden panels and laminate boards to set the ceiling of the conference room in uneven patterns. Skillfully adorns the cross beams and conceals electromechanical devices such as projection and air conditioning. Considering the diversity of the company's departments, we take advantage of sliding doors to separate the three conference rooms, which are flexible to adjust the space according to different numbers of people and activity necessities. And, inlay a clear glass on the wooden wall between the entrance and the conference room to allow the personnel outside to find out the situation of the meeting, avoid inadvertent disturbance.
办公区 Open office area 与其他区域丰富的建材纹理不同，办公区以浅灰与纯白二色，营造明亮、清爽的工作环境；配合未经修饰的裸露管线，天花板悬吊铁件方框及LED灯条，使照明机能成为线性设计的元素之一，而休息区一侧的牆面，则善用其内凹结构设置收纳柜，供员工存放大量资料。 Unlike the diversified texture areas, we adopt the light gray and pure white color schemes to set the office area to create a bright and cheerful working environment. Then, we present feature elements of linear design with the original exposed ductwork, square-shaped ironworks, and LED strips on the ceiling. After that, take advantage of the concave structure of the sidewall at the rest area, set up built-in shelving so that the employees can pile up lots of documents.
实验室休息区 Professional laboratory 实验室外牆，施作花纹变化丰富的矿物漆，予人充满创造力的意象感受；外部走道设有摆放公司DM的柜体，以及皮革沙发，作为参访贵宾的临时休憩区。 We coat the exterior wall of the laboratory with textured mineral paint skillfully effect a talented, creative image through vivid patterns. And, on one side of the corridor, we arrange sling bookcases to display the company's flyers and catalogs. 【京璽國際 周彥如】光影凝铸悠然岁月 绿意纯享简雅乐活
美国艺术家巴内特‧纽曼说道：「形式的简单纯淨和重复，是现实生活的内在、韵律。」在丰富多采的生活背后，人们依旧渴望拥有安定静谧的栖居之地。回应此一心愿，京璽國際 周彥如 设计总监 运用稳重简约的中性色彩，以及实木、大理石材的天然纹理，为退休的旅美企业家业主，于繁华都市中打造出一方优雅淨土。

客厅——纹理流动 艺术生活 步入天然橡木实木地坪铺展的客厅，环顾身畔，温润的义大利水波纹木皮，与肌理细腻的艺术漆牆，瀰漫清新灵动的气息，眼前霜灰色的L型沙发，则敞开怀抱，以安稳的姿态迎接归家之人；动静交织的空间表情，由主牆上日裔美籍艺术家藤村真Makoto Fujimura的画作《Walking on Water》画龙点睛，呼应窗外的河岸风光，同时融会艺术与自然于日常，寓意简单而隽永。
餐厅——低调色彩 简淨优雅 明亮的阳光穿过落地大窗，为餐厅注入丰沛的自然光源，照耀简淨的黑、白、灰三色餐桌椅，俐落勾勒家人用餐时的閒适图景；色系内敛的环境中，餐桌上精巧的花艺，恣意展演优美的仪态与色彩，从细节中表达閒适生活的雅趣。

客厅——天光交映 勾勒温润层次 步入客厅，日光自落地窗一路漫入室内，透过纱帘散落光影于米色布艺沙发，以及茶几及挂画，视觉随着色调律动，由浅至深层层递进，同时注艺术气息于其中，并藉由俐落线条、零木作设计，演绎以简胜繁的视觉效果，满足收纳机能之馀，亦为空间带来开阔视野。
（圖）全室以导弧角设计巧妙修饰系统柜，不仅防止小孩碰撞、受伤，亦柔化空间整体，予人安心温暖氛围。
餐厅——温润肌理 创造和谐美感 艺品般造型别致的球形吊灯，悬挂于厨房吧台上方，为开放式的空间俐落划分餐、厨二区，展演生活与艺术紧密相连，当阳光洒落，手冲咖啡的沁人香气，令业主于此细品早晨的独特韵味。
书房——敞亮清玻 围塑专属场域 转入书房，直立于后方的展示书牆，以大地色系呼应整体调性，透过书桌前的玻璃立面，敞开无边际的通透视野，形塑公私领域之间的无形界定，同时因应后疫情时代需求，保留居家办公的独立空间，无论于此阅读或工作，皆能自在舒心。
主卧——恬静灰蕴 远眺宜人景緻 主卧延续公领域的基调，将雅灰纹理的床头壁面与同色系床组，搭配质感简约的床头灯，共同铺叙沉稳静谧的睡眠空间；展目望向床沿，良好的双面採光落地窗敞开怀抱，拥揽繁华市景，提供居者享尽迷人风光。

【丰聚设计 李羽芝、黄翊峰】幽然静美之所 温情绵长相伴
浮云般的石纹轻舞飞扬，优雅地融入玉白砖面，于和煦暖光的衬托下，与温润木皮相映成趣，为雅緻生活添入温馨暖意。此次案件中，丰聚设计 李羽芝、黄翊峰 设计总监 铺叙大量木石材质，透过纹理纵横交织，丰盈场域层次，并以澹雅色调妆点其中，营造舒适敞亮的质感家居。

餐厅——熙光悄绽暖意 餐厅中，内含灯带的木石拼接餐边柜，与悬挂中央的餐吊灯相呼应，一同为夜幕序曲点亮熠熠光辉，增添居家品酒的质感情调，而一旁L型木色牆面敞开怀抱，隐晦遮蔽卫浴入口，同时呼应相邻餐桌椅的温润调性，漫溢温馨惬意氛围，予人享受一家的欢聚时光。
多功能室——独享片刻惬意 踏入多功能室，旋即可见为女儿设置的专属练鼓空间，目光转至包裹浅色木皮的窗檯卧榻，于暖光和自然纹理的交映下，不经意地染上晨曦般的淡淡金芒，形塑一处放鬆阅读的舒适天地。
主卧——灰蕴相生谧境 移步至主卧，窗外柔光轻洒弧形木质立面，以及清透的玻璃门片，无声的光影律动，负责演绎空间的沉稳、内敛氛围；超耐磨木地板的纯朴气息，自脚底蔓延开来，和谐呼应床组及灯饰的素雅色调，铺展安定舒适的睡眠环境。

点亮空间璀璨风貌 一展纯粹无压美学 专访：【咏絮室内设计】

（图）咏絮设计作品《台邦悦世界》 豪装内载真心 沉静疲惫心灵 注重实用性，追求机能的满足，咏絮设计团队面对空间的设计，总是追求以人为本的宗旨，符合业主基本需求，进而打造客製化的风格与氛围情境，身为不受限于古典、现代、奢华、简约形式的品牌，除了于材质、灯光、硬体上下足功底，他们也对豪宅有一番塑造心得。 豪宅之所以豪，在于其中赋予使用者的包容性及放鬆感，「豪宅需求的共同点，是形塑能够迎接主人的一个放鬆型空间。」咏絮团队以《台邦悦世界》说明，他们常会运用暖灰色调与深色木质调，形成于心情上能让居者沉淀的环境，并配合造型木作和异材质的共构，呈现视觉层次趣味性。
（图）咏絮设计作品《豪棋建筑-MoMA系列接待中心》（上图一、二） 实用机能取向 成就设计精神 从住宅为主，延展设计范畴至实品屋、接待中心、公共设施，甚至自地自建的合作建设，咏絮团队在各个设计项目上，都有一番心得；比方公设的完成，要考虑场地的开放性以外，更要发挥该类型场地「创造、凝聚住户交流」的用途。此外他们也说明，设计品牌以外，还有「络逸系统家具」的成立，是为了供给业主优质的各式客製化家具。 其中团队特别分享道：「接待中心带给人的感受，必须符合业主的建筑品牌精神，同时在动线上，也需要特别去规划，让赏屋者能透过裡面的工学馆、样品屋，接续到洽谈区，藉由各层面的考量与设计，串连起赏屋者对于家的想像、建立他们对建商的信赖。」 近期刚完工的《豪棋建筑-MoMA系列接待中心》，除了以金属格栅的排列光影美学，交织出生活明暗轨迹，更精准考量实用性，形成舒适又分配得宜的格局划设。「我们透过灯光、线条层次变化，做出与建筑相符合的设计理念。然而，不论是什麽类型的空间，生活机能都是优先目标。」
（图）咏絮设计作品《瑞玲外省仔麵》（上图一、二）；《初重肌力体能训练中心》（下图一、二、三） 商空百花齐放 大展专属美感 不仅在「住」的规划别有实绩，咏絮设计团队更在商业场域中大放设计光彩，一次次的经验，厚实他们传递品牌精神的手笔，针对近期的《瑞玲外省仔麵》、《初重肌力体能训练中心》两件作品，他们轻快诉说规划的构想，一展幕后发想过程。 二十多年来一步一脚印，《瑞玲外省仔麵》由夫妻俩的麵摊到麵馆，乃至旗舰店的成立，经营理念仍然不变——透过麵的香气，诚挚地与大家分享纯粹的思乡故事。因此在室内色彩基调上，以灰色调牆面、地板为主，并配上浅色木质桌椅，呈现经营者一家的真诚与朴实，而立面及天花板的细节点缀，则丰富其中视觉感受。 至于黑色调的《初重肌力体能训练中心》，则营造专业、俐落意象，同时衬托颜色鲜明的器材，且因为客群主要为中老年，运动区通透的动线、卫浴空间莫兰迪色系的家饰，便融入舒缓与犒赏身心的元素，令人在坚持不懈之后，能够达致閒适自在。
（图）咏絮设计作品《咏絮室内设计办公室》 风格不受限制 设计因人制宜 因应社会潮流，风格趋向多元化的咏絮团队，在商业空间的设计后，未来也期许自己多方尝试不同的设计类型，诸如展示设计、展场规划、旧屋改建，都是目标方向。 身为室内设计师，作为美的实践与洞察者，团队表示：「高度的专注力，以及无限的想像来源，与客户的沟通、同理和连结，让我们在需求上，不会为了追求灵感而使用大量色彩，更不会迁就本身的知名度，而刻意选择多种材质混搭。」他们补充说：「回到『人』的议题上，我们无论在生活、工作、休憩的时候，都注重空间带给人的感受。」 作品《咏絮室内设计办公室》的诞生，就循着上述思维作为背景，融汇「工作是生命中极大部分」的思考，考虑成员使用时的想法，一个连结室内外、色彩平和的清水模基底场域，以从容的姿态展现平静的氛围，带给每一个工作伙伴安閒自适；还原空间本色、赋予场地舒适明快感受，咏絮团队因应各种需求和项目，次次展现品牌的设计实力。

本案是以剧场概念设计的住家空间。由里设计 傅琼慧 设计总监、李肯 主持设计师 亦是屋主，两种身份，宛如在剧场中，看戏的人与演戏的人，台上台下，互为观看，同时相映、互引入戏，成为彼此情感投射的两个角色，因而，视角是镜射的，又是重叠的，以此抽象概念来行走空间逻辑，使得切割、延展、水平垂直，纳含着正反颠倒同时俱存的合理性。设计师意图跨越时空，同步建构异次元空间将之融合为一，预留可创造、变换的未来空间，使得住家成了可更换布幕，宛如舞台剧的生活场景。

Yuli Design Chiung-Hui Fu design director and Ken Lee chief designer ,the dual identities of the design as the inhabitant resemble the theatrical experience in which the performer is also the audience, inducing mutual projection of one to the other roles. Thus the visual experiences are both mirror reflection as well as overlapping parts. The spatial logic of this ambiguity allows for the division and extension of the space on vertical and horizontal dimensions that justify one another. The designer intends to transcend the limits of space and time, fusing spaces of different dimensions in one malleable and ever-changing future space. The house becomes a living theater of a stage play where you can change the curtain.
Design method 1.一个有戏剧张力的住家 设计师把自己的家打造成如剧场般的空间，时有故事情节伴随，行经之处彷彿有歌剧音乐洩流，以视觉引动四面八方云涌而起的感官向度，模煳了既定的住家定义，将虚与实幻化成一体，让叙事性在住家空间裡发生，以此跨越美学规格；如艺廊的摆设与动线，一幕幕展演着转化古今元素的美学视野，让起居生活是得以在日常休憩时，无形涵养着艺术养分的场所。 1.The designer builds his own house into a theater-like space. The rooms tell stories as sights and movements evoked the sensations from all directions, like a drama accompanied by opera music. The conventional definition of home is blurred while the void and solid materializes in one entity. The narrative occurred in the living space straddled aesthetic criteria. The gallery-like layout and circulation evoked elements of aesthetic vision in the past and today, cultivating artistic distinctions through recreations of everyday life.
2.以奇幻创境，接合空间功能 设计师擅长以奇创点子结合古典元素，创造出奇幻感的魔法空间，瞬间跳跃到异次元，如移换时空到中世纪贵族的剧院包厢、超现实画境⋯⋯一个角落一齣戏码，连续性创造了梦幻奇地场域氛围，却不失住家功能的现实需求，例如：天花板贴镜的反射以挑高纵向尺度，挂上了女伶颠倒画像，连同一连串古典刻画的牆壁贴画，后面是一整面收纳层柜，无形开拓了客、餐厅与玄关的视野。家具从牆樑处探出的白色马头与如植物茂盛狂野奔放的金色花叶，是为遮挡牆下大樑的手法。房间上的眼洞壁贴，是通往神秘领域的之钥，开了门，有另一个世界在等着，小孩房以红粉熊展开的不规则抛物线灯管，以涂鸦的意象活泼化方整空间。进入主卧如花房的廊道转折而入，大理石、罗马柱、门板，天窗与铸铁雕花阳台连贯壁贴产生室内外虚实效果，实际后藏衣柜空间。 2.The designer specializes in fusing innovative ideas with classical elements, creating a magical space with a sense of fantasy, jumping to alternate dimensions such as the theater box or picturesque surrealism. The drama at each corner creates an aura of fantastic land while taking care of the functional concerns for a house. The reflection of the ceiling mirror reflects an upside-down diva image with the cupboard behind, extending the sight of living and dining rooms to the porch. The furniture appears from behind the wall beam with the white house head, while the thriving golden-leaf plant masks the large beam under the wall. The perforated wallpaper at the eye level marks the hidden door to the mystical realm of the children’s room. The irregular parabolic light tube of the pink bear vitalizes children’s space with a graffiti-like image. Before entering the master bedroom, one passes the twist and turn of the corridor. The marble, Roman column, door panel, ventilation window, and the cast-iron railings on the balcony blurred the distinction between the void and the solid and that between the inside and the outside. Behind all these is the hidden closet space.
回到剧院主场景，餐厅座椅以红色绒布显示的尊贵感，不规则的挂灯弧度的垂坠感，随着镜子无度延伸，坐在这裏，面对女伶，会感受到，眼前纷涌而至的图像，顿时足以消弥四面八方的框限；许多场景的设计是牆门异位、前后反射、大小尺度变异，翻转了惯性思维，让生活空间是一时摸不着边际，如失去重力方向的外太空。 这是一个随时会变化的房子，不同的戏码上场时，便变换不同的装置，空间是可变动的，空间会涵纳一切，给予所有故事登场的最大支持。 At the main “theater” space, the red velvet cover of the dining room chair adds to the space’s nobility. The irregular arc of the chandelier extends infinitely with the mirror. Sitting here and facing the diva image, the surging images of the place spill beyond the room’s framework. The design of the setting—the displaced wall panels and doors, the reflection of the front and the rear, the juxtaposition of small and large scales—subvert the habitual thinking. 【清筑设计 许清皓】自然别屋怀抱大地 清新脱俗灿烂之美
「景观，不为改变生态的环境；建筑，不是阻隔于自然的量体；室内，亦非仅存在于建筑内部的空间。」清筑设计 许清皓 设计总监 以此概念出发，设计团队融汇「简洁、轻盈、连结自然」三大核心要素，结合傍水邻林的地貌条件，配合椭圆形腹地，将业主理想蓝图中的度假别墅化作现实。

CC Interior Design chief designer CHING HAO HSU base on these notions, the design team integrates the three core elements of "simplicity, lightness, and connection with the nature", moreover comply with the landform conditions of the adjacent forest and the oval hinterland, hence perfectly realize the blueprint of the property owner's dreaming holiday villa. We construct a private space of lightness and pressureless, which compatible with nature - keep the undulating terrain and big trees, make use of the natural stone and wood as the building materials, plan the cultured and rustic layout to bring about a square-shaped and transparent building that amid the green scenery and adjacent the river. Ultimately, set up a paradise of function and nature-beauty. 设计手法 Design Techniques 极简线条牵引 勾勒素淨轮廓 The clear-cut lines define the plain and neat contour 基地位置位于山林中，因地利之优，建物周遭环绕着优美景致，考虑台湾亚热带气候，全栋门窗採用节能绿建材、具隔热效用的Low-E复层玻璃，大面积的穿透式玻璃和开窗设计，消弭户外与室内的界线；比起华丽的装饰，以自然作为素雅妆扮，显出量体的脱俗气质。 The building lot is situated amid the mountain and the forest. In spite of that, ponder the subtropical climate of Taiwan, we decide to make use of the Low-Emissivity Insulated Glass for setting up the windows and doors, which is not only an energy-efficient green building material but also with heat insulation effect. First, plan a see-through scheme of the public areas of the first floor, and then particularly set up the stairwell of glass curtain way up to the roof, hence, create the airy and transparent perception of the two-story building. The structure takes the image of the stacking boxes that hides the column well in the walls; so that when you look in from the outdoor, you wouldn’t see any columns. 自然绿意空间 线构轻盈线面 The nature circumstance brings about the vivid feature 盒子组构概念生成的量体，经由具通透性且看似无梁柱的设计，将「绿色空间中的白色盒子」视觉理念具体呈现，同时呼应设计概念中的简约轻巧想法，以简约线条串连室内场域与户外自然。 By way of the open floor plan and the seemingly non-column design that achieved the visual notion of "a white box amid the green circumstance", and at the same time echoes the design concept of simplicity and lightness. Consequently, by mean of the simple and clear lines perfectly integrate the indoor texture and the outdoor nature.
户外 The outdoor scene 建设初始，团队尽可能保留原始地貌，且留下原有的大树，显露近似梯田坡度的地坪，将外牆漆以德国奈米漆，抗污不染尘；防虫害及形塑视觉漂浮效果的水塘，亦被预先开凿，具护城河的水池围绕全建筑，建物宛若漂浮水中央，透过水泥板步道的衔接，引领居者浸淫其中。 At the beginning of the construction, the team kept the original landform as much as possible, such as to reserve the big trees, and the ground slope approximation to the terraced field. 玄关 The entrance foyer 玄关处为通过迎宾车道后，入门第一眼望见的空间，简洁场域将区块分流为二，分别导往三面皆玻璃牆的视听处所和客餐厅，藉此缓冲地带，更加避免两处的利用相互打扰。 Pass through the guest driveway, comes to the entrance foyer. 客餐厅 The living room and the dining area 自玄关进入客厅，右侧为透过烤漆隐藏的电视柜和展示柜，左侧则为瓦斯壁炉，不仅有除湿之效，更温暖居者身心。天花板上两条平行槽线，导引视线由客厅、餐厅直至尾端吧檯区，使格局更显贯通。 客厅的部分露台悬空，玻璃推拉门的运用转换住家角度，将设计自休憩别墅方向出发，落实沉醉自然的度假风；敞开的落地门使内外空间合而为一，屋体静立大块之中，静待风的流淌为其宁静增色，与其相融相生。 While entering the living room from the foyer, on the right side, the TV wall and the built-in display shelves, which perfectly integrate by way of the baking varnish, it also can well conceal the TV set and the collections; and on the left side, set up a gas fireplace, which not only has the effect of dehumidification, but also brings warmth for the people who live here. Two parallel recessed-light grooves on the ceiling guide the sight from the living room, the dining area to the bar at the bottom, so as to create the capacious pattern. 视听室 The audio-visual room 被赋予休憩谈天及影视娱乐等功用的视听室，为与外部空间相结合，三面牆面皆採玻璃搭以钢构支撑，仅有天、地两处使用水泥，使得此处和自然的互动更显突出。 不规则状的天花板有隔音效果，消除部分回音，藏投影机于其中，将视听空间形成良好音场，以达音响最佳效果；后方的小吧檯提供另一种休憩方式，备有放置酒品的柜子及流理台，製出视听场所中悠閒谈天的场域。 The audio-visual room is equipped with the functions of rest, chitchat, and digital entertainment. 【丽境设计 Lilian】灰白柔美轻诉 简洁雅緻漫光
汲取刚性之坚实、柔质之美，丽境设计 Lilian 设计总监 于具空间深度的办公场域，导引天光、勾勒柔弧线条，并消除原有隔间，活络内部人员的互动沟通，创造揉合阳刚与柔美的明亮中性之境。
本文由OPEN编辑部撰写 汲取刚性之坚实、柔质之美，丽境设计 Lilian 设计总监 于具空间深度的办公场域，导引天光、勾勒柔弧线条，并消除原有隔间，活络内部人员的互动沟通，创造揉合阳刚与柔美的明亮中性之境。 通透的玻璃、沉稳的黑色铁件，在辽阔视野中构筑宁静力道；进入以灰、白作为色彩基调的场域，序列递进的LED灯廊道，带领使用者来到位于尽头处的迴旋梯，于螺旋的串连、周边露台的绿色点缀，沉浸于一片温柔坚定。
办公区——光影塑奇趣 横向排列的LED灯层层向前，将设备空间与办公区之间，画出一条宛若伸展台的光之廊道，形塑变化及趣味性；转角处以弧形修饰的隔间，为空间带来圆滑的感受，且透过清透玻璃，展露无压氛围。
会议室——圆弧诉柔缓 视线穿过铁件落地玻璃门，天花板圆弧的LED灯条，晶莹点亮会议室，与下方放大座位数的椭圆桌面，相互以柔美线条呼应，营造圆融的讨论气氛，构筑机能与美感共存的空间。
（图）线条简洁，拥有许多绿色植栽的露台，使用各式花器搭配实木座椅、石头造景，携手打造沉静人心的自然角落。
