【峥嵘设计 廖峥、廖嵘】沉邃萃谧境 蔓衍叙韶华
承續屋主對沉靜氛圍和非凡品味的嚮往，崢嶸設計 廖崢 廖嶸 設計師 運用意象式手法，將抽象的沉穩、寧靜之感，透過建材轉化為具體的居家環境，進而使人自然地沉浸其中，並以深色調為主軸，於全室採用觸感細膩的手刮木地板與肌理精緻的石紋、木質，奠定富有深度的輕奢基調，搭配鏡面、鐵件賦予俐落線條和多層次光澤，而散佈各處的間接照明，則為空間挹注現代時尚風範；另思及業主對家人的重視，我們將廚房隔牆打通改為通透的玻璃拉門，除了改善此處採光和通風，更以流暢的動線拉近居者距離，讓餐廚區成為家宅核心，眾人於此共度平實而珍貴的天倫時光。
本文由OPEN编辑部撰写 设计概念 Design Concept 内敛低调的色泽荟萃一室沉静，在天光的催化下，衍生出静谧而恆久的生命力，娓娓叙说属于这座宅邸的故事。抛脱现实烦忧的枷锁，让思绪随着石纹随性不羁的纹理自在游走，令肌肤感受木头温暖柔润的质感，在间接柔光的引领下沉淀身心、内观自我，感受与家人、家宅间的温度和气息。 承续屋主对沉静氛围和非凡品味的嚮往，峥嵘设计 廖峥 廖嵘 设计师 运用意象式手法，将抽象的沉稳、宁静之感，透过建材转化为具体的居家环境，进而使人自然地沉浸其中，并以深色调为主轴，于全室採用触感细腻的手刮木地板与肌理精緻的石纹、木质，奠定富有深度的轻奢基调，搭配镜面、铁件赋予俐落线条和多层次光泽，而散佈各处的间接照明，则为空间挹注现代时尚风范；另思及业主对家人的重视，我们将厨房隔牆打通改为通透的玻璃拉门，除了改善此处採光和通风，更以流畅的动线拉近居者距离，让餐厨区成为家宅核心，众人于此共度平实而珍贵的天伦时光。 The interior exudes an understated and subdued color palette, creating an atmosphere of tranquility that seems to resonate with the eternal essence of life under the catalytic effect of natural light. It weaves a captivating tale unique to this abode, liberating one from the shackles of everyday worries. The stone patterns, with their carefree and untamed textures, invite the mind to wander freely, while the touch of wood imparts a warm and gentle sensation. Guided by soft, indirect lighting, one can immerse in self-reflection, savoring the moments spent with family and the heartwarming ambiance of the home. Drawing inspiration from the homeowner's desire for a serene ambiance and exceptional taste, C.J.HOUSE DESIGN designers Cheng Liao and Jung Liao employ an imagery-based approach to translate abstract feelings of tranquility and calmness into tangible living spaces via carefully chosen materials, seamlessly immersing individuals within. Embracing a deep color scheme as the focal point, we adorn the entire room with delicately textured hand-scraped wood flooring, intricate stone patterns, and elegant wood elements, resulting in a profound and luxurious atmosphere with subtle refinement. Complementing the design, mirrors and metallic works are strategically integrated to accentuate the clean linear feature and a sense of depth and dimension, infusing the space in a modern fashion through indirect lighting. Thoughtfully considering the importance the homeowner places on the family, we replace the kitchen's partition wall with a clear glass sliding door, not only optimizing natural light and airflow but also promoting a smooth flow that brings family members closer together. Transforming the kitchen and dining area into the heart of the home, it becomes a lovely space where the family shares their precious and quality bonding moments. 设计手法 Design Techniques 绵延重浪 激盪天花 Flowing Waves, A Dynamic Ceiling Masterpiece 我们採用圆弧设计过渡餐厨区上方的两支大梁，创造客厅、餐厅和厨房三层渐次排开的天花板造型，形塑如重浪叠叙的流动与层次感，圆润线条柔化空间且具趣味性，成为一道与众不同的别緻天景；在满足美感与艺术性之馀，也将全热交换器、除湿机及吊隐式空调纳入其中，并让灯具结合出风口，使整体呈现乾淨俐落的画面，同时考量室内与户外自然光的互动性，除了中段天壁藉木皮修饰，其馀皆以留白导引天光入室，令整座宅邸更加明亮生气。 We artfully utilize graceful arcs to connect and transition the two large beams above the dining and kitchen area, crafting a three-tiered ceiling design that smoothly unfolds across the living room, dining area, and kitchen. This concept mimics the majestic waves and presents a layering composition of fluidity. And the rounded lines not only soften the ambiance but also add a touch of playfulness, creating a distinctive and charming overhead view. While fulfilling aesthetics and artistic appeal, the ceiling design cleverly incorporates energy recovery ventilation, a dehumidifier, and concealed air-conditioning vents. The integration of lighting fixtures with air outlets creates a clean and cleared-off ambiance. Moreover, we carefully invite the play of light from ambient indoor light and natural outdoor light. While adorning the middle section of the ceiling with wooden veneer accents, the rest is left open to welcome natural light, brilliantly adding a dash of color and vitality to the abode. 巧划空间 俐落收束 Clever Space Design and Neat Organization 此案屏除厨房隔牆，打造宽敞无碍的开放式公领域，并配合T字型动线串连各场域，让居者自在地穿梭其中，彼此照应、相互交流，同时考量居家收纳的必要性，各区皆规划嵌入式橱柜、抽屉、层架等储物空间，保持整洁有序的乾淨景緻，令家宅历久弥新。 In this project, we remove the partition wall in the kitchen to create a spacious and unobstructed open-plan communal space. The layout is intelligently designed with a T-shaped circulation flow, seamlessly connecting different areas, allowing residents to move freely and share precious moments of togetherness. Additionally, prioritizing the importance of home storage, we meticulously set up built-in cabinets, drawers, shelves, and other storage spaces in every room to ensure a tidy and orderly circumstance, presenting a clean and fresh ambiance that withstands the test of time. 友善环境 心安家居 Eco-Friendly Environment, Serene Home Living 除了质感美学和生活机能，我们也致力维护居者的居住健康，採用具环保标章之绿建材，附带全屋除甲醛的服务，再选配隔热效果显着的双层帘，打造自然无毒、冬暖夏凉的优质住宅，软装则以曲弧外型为主，相偕圆弧木作、壁布材质包覆牆角，辅以防滑、天然的手刮木地板，赋予业主一家活动自如、安心无忧的居家环境。 Beyond elevating the aesthetics and functionality of living spaces, we prioritize the well-being of residents by focusing on their living health. We choose eco-friendly building materials with green marks and provide an entire-room formaldehyde removal service, ensuring a residence that promotes a healthy living environment. To enhance comfort and energy efficiency, we deliberately incorporate double-layer curtains with outstanding thermal insulation capabilities, creating an excellent dwelling that is toxin-free, warm in winter, and cool in summer. The soft furnishings feature a curved design, complemented by rounded wooden elements and textured wall coverings. And the use of slip-resistant and natural hand-scraped wood flooring enhances safety and adds a touch of natural warmth to the interior. With these considerations, we meticulously craft a living environment where the family can move freely, feeling at ease and worry-free in their abode.
玄关 Entryway 玄关採用黑色不鏽钢拉丝金属柜门、灰镜，呈现延伸空间之效，并与玄色镜面外观的电子衣橱相映衬，足下铺叙深色石英砖地坪，形塑和谐一体的深邃画面，期许屋主回家后能摆脱外界纷扰，进而沉淀放鬆，呼应此处「落尘」之含义。 The entryway features black metal cabinet doors of stainless steel brushed and gray-tinted mirrors that visually enlarge the space. The sleek black mirrored steam closet harmoniously complements the overall aesthetic. A deep-colored quartz brick flooring lies beneath the feet, gently performing a cohesive look. We sincerely sought to realize a tranquil haven that works in concert with the essence of the drop zone, for homeowners to leave the hustle and bustle behind and find serenity.
客厅 Living Room 客厅白色木作天花板凸显整体暗色系配置，让色调和谐之馀也延伸空间感，顺延而下至电视牆，牆面错落有致的层板供业主摆设家庭合照、纪念藏品，为家宅带入故事与回忆，进而串起住者与住宅的连结，对侧的灰色沙发、地毯延续整体沉静调性，与后方背牆一同展现多层次灰韵，形塑平稳人心的静谧场域。 The white wooden ceiling in the living room accentuates the overall dark color scheme, creating a cohesive color flow and a sense of amplitude. As the eye follows down to the TV wall, strategically arranged layered shelves offer a charming display for homeowners to display family photos and cherished mementos, infusing the home with sweet stories and memories and further establishing a strong bond between the residents and their abode. We delicately extend the overall composed perception via the gray sofa and carpet on the opposite side, harmonizing with the layering shades of gray on the back wall, resulting in a peaceful and comforting situation.
餐厨区 Kitchen & Dining Area 餐厨区立面和过道延续客厅电视牆、沙发背牆的石纹元素，令视觉和动线顺其延伸，厨房内部按照食材储存、清洗、备料和烹调的顺序，依序安排冰箱、橱柜、流理台与瓦斯炉，另加入中岛平台作为额外洗涤及备餐的空间，使料理过程更加顺畅便利。 The design of the kitchen and dining areas extends the stone pattern elements from the living room's TV wall and the sofa's back wall, creating a visually cohesive and uninterrupted flow. Inside the kitchen, we meticulously follow the sequences of ingredient storage, washing, preparation, and cooking to plan so that the refrigerator, cabinetry, countertop, and gas stove are thoughtfully arranged in this order, with the addition of a central island to provide extra space for washing and food preparation, ensuring a seamless and convenient cooking process.
主卧 Master Bedroom 承续公领域的沉稳基调，主卧选用石纹清晰的床头壁板与灰棕色布质床架，共组深沉的睡眠环境，窗畔搭配双层遮光帘，让屋主自由调控进光量，营造光耀明媚抑或幽静宁谧的休憩氛围。 The master bedroom features a bedhead wall with distinct stone patterns and a sophisticated taupe upholstered bed frame to carry on the composed ambiance of the shared areas, bringing a serene and comfortable sleeping environment. The window is adorned with double-layer blackout curtains, allowing homeowners to freely adjust the incoming light, creating a space that can be either brightly illuminated or peacefully secluded for restful moments.
次卧 Secondary Bedrooms 女孩房以米色、藕粉色展现少女的浪漫情怀，上方倾斜式天花板修饰屋梁之馀，也将视线引导至窗外，营造高阁玉窗前的典雅意象，搭配一旁玻璃门收纳柜和线灯，形塑纤细、清透的视感。 We adorn the daughter's room with a gentle color scheme of beige and dark blush pink, exuding a romantic ambiance fit for a young heart. The slanted ceiling ingeniously reduces the oppressive feeling of the beams while also directing the eyes toward the window, creating an elegant vision of high loft windows. Complemented by a glass-door storage cabinet and delicate linear lighting on the side, the design spreads out a clutter-free and airy scene.
男孩房透过灰白色调和清水模质感的床背牆，表现使用者简约俐落的性格，窗边採用风琴帘取代布帘，节约空间并阻隔外界光热和喧嚣。 The son's room lays out the picture of simplicity and cleanliness that perfectly reflects his personality through a harmonious blend of gray-white color palette, complemented by the pattern of fair-faced concrete on the bed's back wall. 【之馀设计 李宜家】悠悠畅悦然 闲散惬雅居
华美的大理石及俐落线条铺展于眼前，柔和的间接光源自天壁间流淌而出，照耀宽敞空间中的各式软装，在些许亮丽金色的妆点下，犹如多采多姿的人生般色彩纷呈，与窗外的河岸风光遥相呼应，形塑一派的优雅情调。

The elegant layout complements the captivating riverside scenery, spreading out a delicate and pleasant picture. Accentuate profound Chinese culture via Taiwan building materials to reveal a perfect balance between tradition and modernity. Between design‘s design director Angela Lee reconfigures the interior pattern and artfully creates a tea-brewing nook and lounge rooms for the homeowner to perform diverse interests and spend his leisure time. 设计手法 Design Techniques 悠閒氛围 机能多元 Unwinding and diverse vibe 此案为屋主的週末度假宅，配合其休閒爱好，将两间卧室以外的房间重新规划，成为设备专业、隔音效果优良的影音室与游戏室，以及别具东方韵味的泡茶区；为了方便眺望窗外优美的河景，餐厅后方的隔牆改为半高矮柜，打造为开放式书房，让公领域的视野更为开阔无阻，主卧室则于窗前设置宽敞卧榻，供夫妻两人一同坐卧赏景，漫度清幽时光。 It’s a weekend-only residence for the owner to enjoy his hobbies. Hence, we reconfigure the place into an oriental tea-brewing area, a home theater with high-quality equipment, and an excellent soundproofing game room. Skilfully altering the partition behind the dining area not only visually enlarges the shared area but also leaves space for sitting and gazing over the landscape. Moreover, peacefully arrange cozy window seats in the master bedroom for husband and wife to spend secluded time together. 特色溷搭 多彩缤纷 Mix and match interior arrangements 自业主的琉璃及文物收藏发想，选用中式风格为基底，运用台湾製造的大理石与木质建材，配饰带有现代气息的镀钛板，共组拥有在地特色且时尚的溷搭美学。在色彩搭配方面，书房与餐厨区的软装、柜体用色缤纷，藉由蓝、紫色系与爱马仕橘的对比，予人活泼感受；转至影音室和游戏室，壁面铺设深蓝色吸音毯，既满足观影情境亦不至于沉闷，主卧与男孩房则皆以暖棕为主色，形塑温馨沉静的休憩氛围。 Impressed by the owner’s glaze artworks and personal collections, we take Chinese culture as the basis of the design theme. And exploit Taiwan marble and timber adorned with titanium-plated brilliantly laid out the artistic atmosphere of cultural features and modern design. Delicately apply a blue-purple color palette on soft furnishing well complement the Hermès orange hue, adding a dash of color to the study and dining area. As for the home theater and game room, we meticulously set out a dark-blue soundproofing mat, which suits the viewing situation yet is not utterly gloomy. Emphasize the warm-brown arrangement of the master bedroom and boy’s bedroom, gently resulting in a composed and homey ambiance. 俐落线条 柔和金光 Simple linear features and mild sheen 公领域天花板以木质打造格栅，除了作为空调出风口，另搭配暖色照明，使整体散发柔和金光，作为家中的吸睛亮点之一，而其具备的「线条感、暖金、间接灯光」三元素，更沿用至其他区域，例如线形的玄关屏风及餐厅主灯、金色纹理的大理石地坪，以及影音室天壁的造型与灯具佈置，即便全屋各区风貌迭变，仍藉由相同的设计语彙相互串连、呼应。 Ingeniously adopted timber grid partition on the ceiling of the shared area does not merely serve as air vents; moreover, it brings a stunning focal point to the dwelling via warm lighting and glitter décor. Three design theme: linear features, mild sheen, and indirect lighting, is carried out to other placement. Such as the rich linear pattern of the foyer partition and the lighting above the dining table; the glistening texture of marble flooring; and the lighting installation of the home theater. Notwithstanding miscellaneous interior furnishing, the area is connected with each other through design coherence.
玄关 Entry Foyer 为了兼顾宽敞感与隐私需求，玄关屏风的石纹大板砖嵌入两座铁件格栅，相异的间隔距离形成远近错落的视觉效果，而地坪则选用带有金色花纹的黑色大理石，使两者色彩相呼应。 Artfully install two iron grid partitions among ceramic panels with stone grain to leave the private space, and visually expand the placement via asymmetric intervals within grids. We exploit the black marble with golden veins as foyer flooring to work in concert with the color scheme.
客厅 Living Room 客厅对花花纹的大理石电视牆，透过板材切分与间接照明，充分衬托业主心爱的音响，一旁的展示柜另以镀钛金属亮丽点缀，增添画面的丰富层次；此处的软装多为圆弧、曲线等不规则造型，跳脱对方正空间的佈置想像，茶几则沿用视听设备的纯黑色，配上金属摆饰，于沉稳中流露典雅气质。 The marble TV wall with unusual pattern inlay, perfectly set off the homeowner’s cherished speaker by virtue of remarkable segment and indirect illumination. The classy showcase embellished with titanium-plated hardware strikingly enhances the rich pattern of configuration. Instead of the expected arrangement of the square capacity, we meticulously install home furnishing in irregular structures as arc and curve features. To work in concert with the absolute black tinge of audiovisual equipment, delicately install an ebony coffee table with golden ornaments, revealing an elegant and composed ambiance.
餐厅、书房 Dining & Study Area 线条俐落而带柔软弧度的造型餐灯下方，纹理绚丽的蓝宝石大理石餐桌，两侧搭配深、浅蓝色餐椅，邻近的书房则改採爱马仕橘，选用马鞍皮桌面与单椅；在一冷一暖的鲜明对比色彩中，尽头的书柜由灰白大理石、镀钛和烤漆色块组成，低调衬托前方的特色软装，同时亦自成一处简约风景。 Arc pendant light with unclutters linear features dangling above the ornate sapphire-marble table, carefully coordinated with Prussian-blue and Turkish-blue dining chairs. For the adjacent study area, smoothly exploit armchairs of Hermès orange hue and saddle leather to enhance the cold-tone color with warm-tone contrasting. Gray-white marble artfully lay in the background, coupled with a black baking bookshelf and titanium-plated features, cleverly manifest the setting in an understated way and perform pure and concise scenes.
厨房 Kitchen 轻食区散发神秘气息的黑白石纹吧台，其冷冽质感搭配周围餐酒柜，令人犹如置身时尚酒吧；内部厨房柜体也以黑色系为主，採用奈米材质门片避免磨损，并从中嵌入增添暖意的实木板，厨具则在权衡收纳与使用便利性后，多採隐藏式收纳，并将赛丽石檯面延伸至壁面，形塑简练风格。 The dry kitchen lays out an enigmatic picture through black and white grain marble, marvelously fashioning the corner surrounded by a fine and stylish wine cellar. In the wet kitchen, peacefully adopt the black-tinge kitchen cupboard mounted with wooden veneers made of durable materials. Cleverly conceals the kitchenware to fulfill the practical purpose and storage. Additionally, utilize Silestone countertops and façade to bring about simplicity and cleanliness patterns.
泡茶区 Tea-brewing Area 实木地坪与天花板，由深、浅交错的木纹带出自然气息，于开放空间中划分出泡茶区；中央茶几的桌脚以业主老家的树木製成，透过半透明的树脂桌面可见年轮节理，趣味且充满温情。 To properly space out a tea-brewing area at an open floor plan, we exploit solid wood flooring and ceiling integrated with dark-and-light wood grain. The central leg of the tea table is made from a trunk found in the owner’s hometown. The growth ring can be observed clearly through the resin tabletop translucent, revealing an appealing and cozy perception.
影音室、游戏室 Home Theater & Game Room 影音室与游戏室皆採用气密式隔音门，内部牆面则为双面双层吸音毯，地毯下方另有隔音板，防止重低音震动，让业主享有私人剧院般的优质享受；灯光设计则以线灯搭配些许嵌灯，随时转变色温与情境，因应会客、观影、弹奏吉他、聆听音乐等活动。 We skillfully install a soundproofing door for the home theater and game room with airtight sealing around it and a double-sided-and-layer soundproofing mat. Set out acoustic panels underneath the carpet withal to keep from deep humming vibration and successfully present a prime cinema for the owner. The lighting is agreeably designed with strip lights and concomitant recessed light, which can change the tone and mood in response to activities serving as reception, movie watching, music playing, and so forth.
主卧 Master Bedroom 透过整合空调装置与横梁高度，主卧室的天花板更显整齐乾淨；床头牆延续整体的线条设计，以深浅棕色简单搭配出温馨閒适之感，侧边的临窗卧榻区，左右牆面皆配有阅读灯，窗帘亦为电动风琴帘，方便自由调整光线明暗，营造最称心的休憩环境。 We precisely align the beam with air conditioning to create a clean effect. Adopt the identical features of the setting, we furnish the wall pairing dark and light brown tinge. Delicately decorate cozy window seats with mounted reading lights and electric honeycomb blinds, allowing the homeowner to casually light the house and bring about a laid-back vibe.
主卫浴 Ensuite 卫浴经由事前精准丈量及管路规划，将地坪高度与其他区域统一，且让硬装、洗浴设备皆为黑白色的空间拥有整洁视感，搭配带金属边框的圆镜，呼应延续整体设计的金色装饰。 We accurately measure a Pipe Configuration in advance to standardize the height of the ensuite with other places. Black-white bathroom settings reveal a cleared-off perception; additionally, install round mirrors décored with a metal frame to correspond to the golden-color scheme.
次卧 Second Bedroom 次卧室规划以朴实稳重兼具实用机能为主轴，并将空调出风口藏入窗帘盒内，使画面整洁俐落，床头牆亦仅以间接照明装饰，让全室的暖棕色彩散发低调气质。 Accentuate the composed furniture for the bedroom, and add a flexible setting withal. Ingeniously conceals air vents in cornices and plainly furnishes the wall with indirect illumination. （图）川沃设计作品《飨》 洞察地域趋势 时隔两年半的访谈，谢旻轩总监以俐落的口吻简谈川沃现况，「我们的营运状况有稳定成长，但越南方面的业务近期比较持平。」他进一步说明，在越南暂缓核发建照的政策转变下，室内装修市场也连带遭受冲击，同时，越南做为出口贸易国，随着疫情缓和、全球纺织等产品的需求缩减，产量开始供过于求，国内行业的竞争趋向激烈，想进入房市的人自然跟着减少，两者综合下来，室设业务因而受到侷限。 面对此项挑战，谢总监尝试寻找突破口，最终发现危机即是转机──疫情趋缓降低人们买房的意愿，復甦的观光热潮却带来大量游客，使得对商空的需求回温，「因此，我们目前在那边（越南）的案子便以商空居多。」凭藉对趋势的觉察，川沃减少住宅市场低迷的影响，于越南扎实地站稳脚步。
（图）川沃设计作品《飨》 订定系统化方向 不仅越南，谢总监也与我们分享他对本地室设业界的观察：「疫情时很多地方很难施工，结束后台湾反而缺工。」面对与市场低迷相反的难题，总监这次由其他方向寻找出路，「前阵子我去中国参访，他们很多方面都往系统化的『全屋订製』发展，减少人力跟技术层面的需求，这是很好的参考方向。」 相较台湾除了部分软装、系统柜外，其馀项目都在案场製作的装修流程，全屋订製涵盖家具、柜体、牆板、门等类别，皆可于工厂先完成各部分零件，运送到现场后仅需组装，进而提升整体施工效率。「当然，想引进的话还要考量我们没有牆板系统，都用油漆、壁纸的习惯进行调整，但我认为能尝试这套模式，目前都有持续和相关人士接洽。」 从区域放眼世界，谢总监也将系统化订製视作社会对企业ESG的关注、疫情后原料价格上涨的应变方案之一，「视觉效果上，现在的合成材料已经可做到非常贴近天然木皮、石材肌理的程度，用这些建材就能避免伤害环境，同时为业主营造不错的氛围。」他以近期获得多项国际奖项的商空作品《飨》为例，吧檯后方粗砺的石皮牆便以发泡材料製成，兼具美观、环保与实惠之效。
（图）川沃设计作品《茶境思塾》 化科技为助力 而另一个同样备受关注的议题──「人工智慧」，其在室内设计的运用也已发展至可绘製平面、3D图，甚至将所输入的风格结合室内实景照片，便可即时生成特色空间图片。对于AI技术的进步，谢总监也提到自己尝试使用后的心得，「实际运作后我会倾向在刚和业主接触时用，AI适合帮助彼此沟通，找出对方喜欢的方向。」 至于室内设计师是否会被人工智慧取代的疑惑，总监说明，AI确实在产量和速度上具有优势，然而设计师仍有其不可取代之处：细部微调。「AI的想像主要还是在比较简单的空间量体，可以生成用来解释效果呈现的渲染图，但对于细节、使用者需求方面，它没有办法掌控跟理解。」他举例，假如客户想要单加特定款式的沙发、或是将客厅放大二十公分，这些指令AI目前都还无法接收，只能依靠人为调整。 「不在业界的人来看，可能容易觉得室内设计很简单，给AI指令就能完成，但我们行业内的人会比较瞭解AI更适合提案，距离实际运用还有很长一段路要走。」内行看门道，外行看热闹，秉持对自身专业的信心，谢总监眼中的新科技从竞争者转为川沃前行的辅助，共同创造业主所期望的场域。
（图）川沃设计作品《茶境思塾》 沁禅意于人心 正因必须沉着应对急流剧变的时代浪潮，内在才更需要一份惬然宁静。相较于工作时的明快果断，谢总监十分热爱节奏随心的旅游，近期印象深刻的景点则是日本岐阜县白川乡的合掌村。身为世界文化遗产之一的聚落，合掌村屏除大多数的科技产物，以特别的建筑形式「合掌造」发展观光；避免冬季积雪的陡峭人字型屋顶下，纯以木造和茅草构筑的建物洋溢平稳氛围，似乎能从中窥见川沃作品般的安稳禅意。 「可能和现代比较忙碌的生活方式有关吧！我也会希望人们进入我的作品时能把心灵静下来。」或许从自身喜好出发、抑或由众多旅行中的体悟而来，禅美学融入谢总监的创作，透过带有自然原始感的材料，体现于公共空间《茶境思塾》和铁板烧商空《飨》之中，令人在木、石共筑的场域内，专注于眼前的茶水及美馔。 怀着禅意与对科技的洞悉，访谈结束于川沃的未来展望，「目前有计画在台北、越南外新设据点，另外就是想放心思在传承这块，培育公司人才。」谢总监维持一贯的沉稳语调，清晰且不疾不徐道；事业在向外拓展之馀，也需考量如何拥有稳固延续的根基，方能走得长久，而川沃的作品和品牌，正如总监面对「设计」的态度，以踏实的姿态因应变化不歇的外在环境，稳步向前。

【御坊室内设计 张博昱、高慧雅】蕴藏奢雅于无形 淬酿緻韵入朗境
若现若隐、忽明忽暗，循步向前，大坪数空间尺度，石纹木理相间铺排，尽显悠然韵致。因着担任理财规划师的屋主，大量的聚会及会议需求，希望家宅风格「奢而不华，简而不凡」，于城市的喧嚣之外，闢一处静谧的私人招待所。因此我们拆除隔间，打通客餐厅场域，以沉稳色为基底，运用线条、光源变化，形构自然山景样态，延续室外的路树光景，引景入室虚实相融。
本文由OPEN编辑部撰写 设计概念Design Concept 若现若隐、忽明忽暗，循步向前，大坪数空间尺度，石纹木理相间铺排，尽显悠然韵致。因着担任理财规划师的屋主，大量的聚会及会议需求，希望家宅风格「奢而不华，简而不凡」，于城市的喧嚣之外，闢一处静谧的私人招待所。因此我们拆除隔间，打通客餐厅场域，以沉稳色为基底，运用线条、光源变化，形构自然山景样态，延续室外的路树光景，引景入室虚实相融。 为求视觉上的俐落齐整，御坊室内设计 张博昱 设计总监、高慧雅 设计师 利用曲面和线板，将所有电器管线及收纳机能，收束于天花板和壁面之内。弧形天花象徵流水，拼接石板寄寓靠山，大片落地窗迎纳光与风，自玄关的粼粼水花流泻一室，挹注「风生、水起、光亮」的聚财意象，内敛而风雅。看似张形时则藏形，于有形之中蕴藏无形，因之命名为《藏．韵》，典藏屋宅的大气风韵。 A spacious open concept space encompasses stone and wood patterns revealing a grand style. Due to the homeowner working as a financial planner, the home has to implement a lot of gatherings and meetings. Therefore, we created this project as a mesmerizing vacation home in simple luxury outside the hectic urban. Removing partition walls, we integrated the living room and the dining room and shaped a mountain view in a dark color scheme. The virtual mountain image blends with the outdoor greenery in the interior via various lighting fixtures and trim features. Yufang Design’s design director Chang Po Yu, designer Kao Hui Ya concealed the electric wires and storage cabinets in the curved ceiling and decorative wall panels to make a clean and clutter-free view. The faux ceiling symbolizes the water flows, and the spliced stone panels play as a backing mountain. A large French window invites the natural light and wind, echoing the water splashes at the entryway. The vacation home comprehensively collects the wealth charm of Feng-Shui, distinctively and understatedly. Thence, we named the project “Treasure of Charms’’. 设计手法 Design Techniques 选材佈局 挹注聚财意象 Materials & Configuration of Inviting Wealth Approaches 呼应业主的金融背景和职业需求，我们运用风水学理，注入「聚财」意象——玄关处选用大理石地坪，接续镀钛屏风，置入电镀的水花摆件，象徵潺潺流水。大片天花板採曲面造型，连接客、餐厅场域，内嵌间接照明，延续粼粼波光意境。整面电视牆选以金色山脉石材，沙发背牆拼接岩灰石纹板，形塑山石走势，山水绵延层峦迭嶂。由玄关至公领域，放眼望去前低后高，前有流水背有靠山，寄寓财运流通渐入佳境。 We practiced an ushering in wealth and prosperity approach of Feng-Shui philosophy to associate the homeowner’s financial career. Imagery related to flowing water began with the entryway marble flooring, titanium-plated room divider, and the electroplating art of splashes. A large area of curved ceiling connects the living room and the dining room; besides, we installed recessed indirect lighting to present shimmering water flow charms. Moreover, the black granite TV wall worked in concert with the decorative stone wall panels behind the sofa; the rocky elements shaped extensive mountain images. Taking a glance from the entryway, the flowing stream and a backing mountain from low to high configuration seamlessly indicate a fortunate image. 空间整合 美型机能兼具 Aesthetic & Functional Open Layout Plan 为使宅邸更显敞朗大气，我们破除实体隔间，依照屋型及梁柱整合动线——包覆电路管线，埋藏收纳柜体，使整体视觉收束齐整。公领域天花板利用流线造型顺势连接，而非单纯的模组化接线，并运用CNC切割工法，空间完全没有浪费，同时减少现场废弃物及施工时间，进而达到淨零减碳。沙发背牆一侧与通往私领域的廊道，以层迭拼接造型，做为实牆及储藏空间，串接视觉连续性，美型与机能兼具。 We broke down the partition walls and planned the circulation following the beams and columns to build a broad and grand home. Taking advantage of the curved ceiling pattern, we organized the wiring system in the cabinetry rather than a modular power supply. Additionally, we utilized CNC cutting machinery that helped save working time and reduce waste. Eco-friendly technology also presents perfect accuracy of space usage. The storage spaces were covered behind the wall along the hallway in a serial pattern from the sofa background wall to the private domains. The hallway piece-together design was amazingly aesthetic and functional. 完善规划 满足会议需求 Comprehensive Equipment Satisfies Conference requirement 由于日常的会议需求，考量宾客的行步动线及舒适度，我们打通客、餐厅空间，以玄关屏风隐约划分场域，透过双向的连通走道，建构开放式格局。全室採用智能声控系统，便于控制灯源、电器、开窗，并置入全热交换器，以除湿控温、调节空气品质。天花板及牆面，亦强化隔音工程，降噪40分贝，避免声响干扰，使会议行进无虞。我们也特别在玄关后方及吧台一侧，嵌入整面烤漆玻璃做为白板牆，方便会议纪录，行到之处随笔书写。 To meet the requirement of frequent meetings, we built an open space implementing the guests' smooth moving flows. The room divider at the entryway unobtrusively separated dual paths access to the public areas. Enhanced facilitation, the voice control technology was applied to the lighting, electric appliances, and windows. In addition, we installed energy recovery ventilation to provide high air quality. To prevent noise interference during meetings, we enhanced soundproofing constructions of the ceiling and walls. By the acoustic treatment, the noise level performs a 40 dB reduction. Furthermore, mount two pieces of lacquered glass that served as writing boards on the back of the room divider and the side of the counter. They are handy for taking notes randomly.
玄关 Entryway 在玄关处筑一道屏风，悄然定义场域分界，后透过双向连通的走道，使公领域隔而不隔、界而未界，建构流畅的动线与开阔视野。而玄关做为家的门面，我们于此置入展馆藏品的意象，在映入眼帘处覆上一层镀钛，摆上水花造型的艺品，由曲面天花入内开展，形构流水般的意境，象徵财源广进、源源不绝。而屏风后方的空间，亦不做浪费，内嵌柜体扩充收纳机能；并将门片选用烤漆玻璃，便于会议记录之用，使美型与功能兼具。 We built a statement divider unobtrusively to distinguish separate spaces while creating dual access to the public area. In this manner, the room divider implemented a spacious feel and smooth flow. The entryway as the window dressing of the home, we staged an artwork of water splashes on a titanium-plated golden background shelf, which presented a gallery-like scene. This artwork of fluid pattern integrating the curve-shaped ceiling design symbolizes abundant wealth coming generously. At the back of the divider was installed a cabinet with lacquered glass doors; the aesthetic and functional lacquered glass served as a writing board for conducting meetings.
客厅 Living Room 敞朗的客厅场域，注入沉静深灰色调，带来安定稳重的效果。大片纯白天花板平衡色温，以弧线曲面延续玄关流水意象，直至餐区串连整体视觉，流通的动线使客、餐厅相容一室。天花的线性语彙，并非是为了做造型，而是依循梁柱结构，将电路管线埋藏于此。 电视牆选用金色山脉大理石材，形塑恢宏气势，沙发背牆以环保PU板，拼接山岩意象，并置入储藏室；两相呼应室外行道树，引景入室虚实相融，自然气息流淌而至。除了立面採用绿建材，在天花板的工法上，亦透过数位CNC切割方式，减少现场废弃物及施工时间，大幅降低对环境的负担。 The spacious living room exuded a reposeful vibe in a dark gray scheme. A large area of clear white ceiling harmonized with the color palette, and its curved shape extended the streaming image from the entryway to the dining area. In addition, the living room coordinated with the dining room by following the ceiling outline. The patterned ceiling design helped organize and hide the wiring and beams; it surprisingly presented an elegant accent. Brazilian black granite TV wall cladding contributed a grand style. Then, we built a storage room behind the sofa background wall, and the facade was installed with Eco-friendly decorative PU stonewall panels. The rocky embellishment performed a natural view integrating the outdoor greenery. Besides using Eco-friendly construction materials for the room facade, we also adopted a CNC machinery system that can reduce wastage and working time. We try our best to decrease Eco-consumption.
餐厅 Dining Room 餐厅动线以中岛及餐桌，建构Ｔ字型动线，视觉直面主牆，以酒吧概念，打造餐酒馆氛围，并兼具收纳与展示效用。柜体上方置入100吋的声控投影幕，与客厅电视同步，享受观影或看球赛的舒适体验。中岛右侧立面则设计为烤漆玻璃牆，供会议时纪录书写用。通往私领域的廊道，延续客厅沙发背牆视觉，以层迭拼接的方式，内嵌感应灯源，信步于此，光带逐一显现，达到渐层效果，凸显明暗层次。 First, we planned a T-patterned circulation around the dining table and the counter. Bringing a bistro vibe to the space, the focal point accentuated at the showcase cabinet incorporated storage and display. Next, we installed a 100-inch voice control ceiling recessed projector screen above the cabinet. The homeowners can enjoy a movie or a sports game on the large screen synchronized with the TV in the living room. Third, the lacquered glass wall mounted on the neighboring counter served as a writing board during meetings. Finally, install motion sensor lights along the hallway to the private domains so that the brightness would occur gradually with each step and create a gradation of light and shadow.
书房 Study 我们将书房规划为「多功能室」，平日屋主于此办公、弹琴，亲友来访时，自牆面放下掀床，便化身为临时客房，大幅提升空间的使用弹性。而所见的深色木皮壁面，其实皆是系统柜改良设计，提供充足的收纳用途；如钢琴旁的立面，埋藏了弱电箱，让繁复的电源线路隐于无形。 系统柜的材料，亦解决木作贴皮施作时间长、日久易变色的缺漏，另透过布纹包膜，增添其耐刮性。与之对比的两侧浅灰质调壁面，柔和空间视觉，陶板材质抗刮耐磨，不易染髒渗水，方便平时清洁保养。 We planned a multipurpose study room. The homeowner can utilize it as a home office or play piano on ordinary days; the space can transform flexibly into a guest room as long as putting down the wall bed to receive close visitors. Besides, we set improved dark wood-veneered custom modular cabinet to organize clutters, such as, the paneled facade adjacent to the piano, invisibly concealing the low voltage wiring system. On the custom modular cabinet fronts, we opted for fabric textured decorative furniture foil; it benefited short working time and abrasion resistance. Then, adopt light gray ceramic wall finishing, which features stain resistance and easy maintenance to balance the dark scheme of wood paneling.
主卧 Master Bedroom 主卧床头背板採用系统柜贴皮，相间镀钛钢板，减少耗材并降低甲醛指数，以选材用料的变化，呈现别于木质工法的视觉效果，且更具防潮、耐磨的特性。梳妆台延续公领域的设计概念，以间接灯源做照明，并将电器插座嵌入不外露，于镜面上方增加收纳柜体，整体线条收束齐整，框构一方静谧。 The headboard wall was finished with modular furniture veneers with titanium-plated steel trims. The selection of materials reduced consumables and formaldehyde emitting. Besides, the decoration elements differed from the carpentry in moisture-proof and abrasion resisting. The dressing table cohered the decoration ideas of the public area that incorporated indirect lighting and recessed power sockets. Moreover, we added storage cabinets above the mirror. Then, the beige wall coating around you reveals an understated touch, and the sleek metallic elements and curved edges present a harmonious charm. Every corner at home makes a fantasy that invites you to a pleasant and private sanctuary. For the homeowner, a young and single career woman, Fertility Design's design director Sylvia Lee, executive director Lucas Huang adopted sleek and nifty touched materials such as metal, tiles, and glass to deliver a trendy style. Besides, adding curves to the borders and edges lends an elegant feel and features the homeowner’s mellow and determined personality. Moreover, we set the homeowner’s favorite creamy beige as the essential tone, and it sets off a characteristic smoky rose color to perform an exclusive style. As a result, the project echoes our brand concept-”We make a home an extension of your living attitude.” 设计手法Design Techniques 完备生活 尽心欢聚 Functional Layout Plans & Pleasant Gathering Space 考量此案居住成员为业主一人，我们将原先三房的格局，简化为一间附有更衣室和卫浴的主卧，不仅整合居者日常起居所需，也为公领域保留充裕空间，辅以开放式设计，利于屋主接待前来拜访的亲友或同事，予以众人自在宽敞的聚会场所。 To curate a solo living style, we re-reconfigured three bedrooms and established an en-suite master bedroom. The implementation integrates the homeowner’s daily and enhances sufficient public spaces. Besides, a spacious open plan allows entertaining guests or families in a free and easy gathering place. 细琢天地 隽永家居 Delicate Detailing & Sustainable Living Environment 本案牆面採用无毒乳胶漆，并于局部镘抹上艺术涂料，除了呈现不同的壁面纹理和层次，相较一般漆面更加耐髒、易保养，方便工作繁忙的业主维护生活环境，而地坪以超耐磨木地板为主，玄关落尘区和餐厨区则铺设磁砖，无形区划场域的同时，也能避免水渍或油污渗透沟缝，令家宅常保如新。 We adopted nontoxic latex paint to finish the project and partial decorative coating to present various veins and layering. In addition, the dust-resistant and easy-maintained wall coating makes a cleaning solution for the busy homeowner. We paved the mudroom, kitchen, and dining area floors with tiles rather than other laminated floors. 玄关、客厅 Entrance & Living Room 甫入玄关，由冰柱玻璃和石纹板材组成的铁件屏风旋即映入眼帘，形塑轻盈通透的视感，一旁鞋柜採用灰镜柜门，具延伸、放大场域之效，步入客厅，与业主一同挑选的灰、粉双色沙发逸散圆润柔软的包覆感，予人舒适安心的氛围。 At first glance, a metallic framed partition screen composed of reeded glass and faux marble panels appears. It makes a delicately airy view. Adjacent, a shoe cabinet with tinted mirrored doors contributes to enlarging the interior space. Besides, we selected a gray and pink sofa with the homeowner, which appeals to a mellow and tactile quality. It feels like a calming and soothing embrace being in the living room.
餐厨区 Kitchen & Dining Space Combo 配合业主接待访客的需求，餐厅选配多人长桌，搭配灰、粉相间的麂皮餐椅和玫瑰金泡泡吊灯，呼应整体色调及现代风格，营造充满仪式感的用餐氛围；厨房则安排中岛、流理台和电器柜，满足使用者备餐机能，构筑宾主尽欢的聚会场域。 Considering the homeowner’s requirements for entertaining guests, we arranged a large dining table serving more people. With matched suede chairs and golden drop pendant lights, the trendy dining space creates a sense of ritual in the dominant color palettes. Besides, we built a functional kitchen that incorporates an island, sink units, and electric appliance storage to facilitate food preparation. It is successful in accomplishing a statement gathering space.
主卧、更衣室 Master Bedroom & Walk-in Closet 主卧延续公领域大地色与雾粉色，并于床头採用金属造型吊灯，形塑安稳而不失浪漫情怀的舒眠环境，而通往更衣室的梁柱则以曲弧相接，形构犹如洞穴般的包覆性，赋予居者安全温馨之感。 The master bedroom’s color palettes extend the earthy tone and misty rose from the public spaces. A unique metallic-shaped pendant light complements a romantic and tranquil restful zone. 甫入室，通敞明亮的空间于眼前铺展，带来轻鬆无压的惬意氛围，顾盼四周，灰白简约的现代风范相偕质感满溢的雾蓝色调，为空间注入一抹清新气息，携手逸散柔光的条灯、吊灯，共组辽阔舒心的日常景緻，令新居其中的年轻夫妇展开专属彼此的幸福篇章。

The surrounding modern simplicity in shades of gray and white is beautifully complemented by the textured blue hues, brilliantly adding a dash of refreshing atmosphere to the area. Paired with the gentle illumination of strip lights and pendant lamps, they collectively form an unimpeded and comforting effect. This design sets the stage for the young couple in their new home to embark on a unique and joyous chapter of their lives together. Tang He Design’s design director TSENG CHIH HE thoughtfully removed the study partition wall during the customization process, which succeeded in an open-plan communal space to satisfy the homeowners' desire for a spacious living area. In addition, we preserved the original three bedrooms planned by the developer, which served as the master bedroom, guest room, and child's room, brilliantly meeting the homeowners' penchant for entertaining friends and family and their family's future planning. The shared area adopts a clean gray-white color palette, complemented by glass elements, metal fixtures, and the stone-textured finish, creating a stylish and sleek design to reflect the design preferences of the male homeowner. To soften the sense of rigidity brought by the hard materials, we ingeniously introduced the curvilinear feature into the ceiling beams, TV walls, and shelf backing. For the private areas, a minimalist panel design reflects the homeowner's affinity for a neo-classical aesthetic. Overall, the design harmoniously incorporates the couple's preferences for a light blue color scheme, creating an ideal living environment for starting a new and vibrant chapter in their lives. 设计手法 Design Techniques 完备餐厨 共创欢聚 Well-equipped Kitchen for Joyful Gatherings 回应业主夫妻平时下厨习惯与好客性格，规划宽敞无拘的一字型厨具，予以流畅的烹饪动线，并增设石英石檯面的中岛，延伸备餐空间之馀，内建双边柜也满足一旁客厅及厨房的收纳机能，而位于侧落的插座便于居者使用各式料理家电，紧邻的活动式长型餐桌则可容纳多位访客，打造出主客尽欢的相聚之地。 Considering that the homeowners enjoy cooking and hosting the house gathering, we meticulously designed a spacious and unrestricted one-wall kitchen layout. This layout facilitates a seamless flow, enhanced by a kitchen island with a quartz countertop island that serves as an additional preparation zone. The island also integrates built-in cabinets on two sides, providing sufficient storage space for the adjacent living room and kitchen. Moreover, we strategically set up electrical outlets on the side of the kitchen island to accommodate a variety of kitchen appliances for the residents. Next to it, an elongated, versatile dining table can fit multiple guests, creating a focal point for joyful gatherings and shared moments between hosts and guests. 巧妙手笔 灿然一新 Glowing Revitalization by Artful Transformation 有别于制式的木纹系统柜，书房书柜以木作打造圆弧造型底板，其表面採用艺术涂料搭配特殊工法，呈现黑底白线的石纹效果，再加之系统立板、层板，并内嵌铝条灯，衬托业主个人收藏的同时，也呈递异材相拼的丰富层次，为公领域带来一道别緻端景。 Diverging from conventional wood grain modular cabinets, the bookshelf in the study boosts the wooden backing board with gracefully curved features. We delicately apply artistic wall coating via a distinctive painting technique, presenting a marble-like effect with white lines on a black background. Complemented by modular levels, panels, and embedded aluminum strip lights, this design accentuates the homeowner's collection and enriches spatial dynamics with contrasting elements. 玄关 Entryway 延续公区现代风格，玄关以灰白六角砖划出一方落尘区，避免户外沙尘侵染屋内，也便于日常清洁、保养，一旁规划复合穿鞋椅的悬空收纳柜，提升屋主出入的便利性。 We artfully arrange a dedicated drop zone featuring gray and white hexagonal tiles, which not only keep with the modern aesthetic of the shared areas but also reduce dust from outside and make it easy for everyday cleaning and maintenance. In addition, a wall-mounted storage cabinet, cleverly integrated with a multifunctional shoe-wearing bench, is strategically placed nearby, thoughtfully facilitating the homeowners when coming and going.

餐厅、厨房 Eat-in Kitchen 餐厨区的中岛上方特别加入三盏白色吊灯，与一旁同色餐吊灯相映衬，打造和谐一体的视觉感受，发散的柔和暖光则增添夜晚聚餐时的氛围与情调。 In the heart of the eat-in kitchen, three exquisite white pendant lights are artfully suspended above the central island, harmonizing with the adjacent dining pendant lamp in the same serene shade.
