项目定位:
本案为360平的大平层住宅，我们将整个公共区域打开，区分了公共区域与休息区域。客厅区域与琴房贯通，通过门洞呈现了另一幅画卷。
This case features a 360 square meter large flat residence, where we have opened up the entire public area, distinguishing between the public area and the resting area. The living room area is connected to the music room, presenting another picturesque scene through the doorway.

空间意境:
从入口处的玄关，设置了满足于全家的鞋柜之外。由玄关而内延伸到客厅及长桌区。
From the entrance's foyer, there is a shoe cabinet that caters to the entire family. From the foyer, it extends inward to the living room and the long table area.

女主人希望在家里有一块全家人的长桌区，可以兼顾休闲，学习，招待的功能。我们在中间区域设立了这个活动区，加上整排书架。希望公共空间由更多的开放性，多元性，通过不同材质和细节的表达，充盈人的感官，提供更多的可能性和互动感
The lady of the house wishes for a long table area for the whole family that accommodates leisure, study, and entertainment functions. We have set up this activity zone in the middle area, along with a whole row of bookshelves. It is hoped that the public space will have more openness and diversity, with different materials and details to enrich the senses, providing more possibilities and a sense of interaction.

由长桌区过去的小餐厅满足了平时一家四口的用餐需求，也补充了中厨欠缺的一些水吧功能。一杯咖啡，一本书。萦绕在整个空间的，柔软开的静谧。
The small dining area past the long table satisfies the dining needs of a family of four and complements some of the water bar functions that the central kitchen lacks. A cup of coffee, a book, lingering in the whole space, brings a soft and quiet tranquility.

极简空间中的平静，通过空间和光影，整个空间散发着柔软、静谧的美。

空间布局:
光影与空间本身的碰撞，是能最能够演绎空间故事感的。
The interplay of light and shadow with the space itself is the most evocative of the spatial narrative.

我们在整个低饱和度的色调下，选用了白色系沙发，搭配有质感的木，黑色复古老钢门的融入，让整个家充满了浪漫主义色彩。
In the setting of low-saturation tones, we have chosen a white sofa series, matched with textured wood and the integration of black vintage steel doors, filling the entire home with romantic hues.

都说阳光是最好的调和剂，夜幕降临，整个家仿佛换了一个场景。
It is often said that sunlight is the best harmonizer, and as night falls, the whole house seems to transform into a different scene.

设计选材:
我们把卧室空间放在了一起，区别于公共空间，让三间卧室更有私密性，跟走廊关联到长桌区，在使用上也更加便捷。
We situated the bedroom space together, distinct from the public spaces, to give the three bedrooms more privacy, which also conveniently connects to the long table area via the corridor.

主卧空间拥有一块八角窗区域，我们特别的把窗洞改成了更偏浪漫主义的拱形，让主卧的休闲区域充满了浪漫色彩，恰如其分的绘制了另一幅唯美的画卷。
The master bedroom space features an octagonal window area. We specially transformed the window opening into a more romantically styled arch shape, infusing the master bedroom's leisure area with romantic colors, perfectly painting another exquisite picture.

主卧的地板选用了人字拼地板，衣帽间的门配以复古的老钢门，富有质感的置物柜。在整体柔和的主卧，增添了层次，也丰富了整个空间的质感。
The master bedroom's floor is made of herringbone parquet, with the wardrobe door featuring a vintage steel door, and a textured cabinet adding layers and enriching the overall feel of the space.

用户体验:
在居所中，功能性的满足是基本，而通常居住者的本身的生活态度和对生活的追求，和设计本身要如何契合和呈现，这绝非是一方之力可以达到的。在私宅这种极具有个人色彩的空间中，满足业主自身的偏好，体现设计的价值，才是设计的根本，也是设计的态度。
In a dwelling, functional fulfillment is basic, but aligning and expressing the inhabitant's own life attitude and pursuit of life with the design is not something that can be achieved by one party alone. In the personal space of a private residence, satisfying the owner's preferences and reflecting the value of design is the essence and attitude of design.
