户型缺陷&屋主需求： 1.原始结构零碎，动线不明确，需要重新划分功能区； 2.玄关收纳空间较小，需要扩容； 3.小孩房和主卧都需要有衣帽间； 4.儿童房正对玄关，缺乏隐私性； 5.主卫空间较大，希望能预留出休闲区的位置。

户型改造： 1.打薄墙体，为玄关扩容出更多储物空间； 2.重新规划次卧，将其改成书房，充分利用过道空间，优化动线，将公共区域与私密卧室划分开来，实现动静分离； 3.借位书房空间打造餐边柜，满足业主需求； 4.主卫让出一部分空间，作为主卧的休闲区； 5.借用公卫部分空间，打造一字型衣帽间打掉主卧旁的小书房，将部分空间并入主卧，扩大衣帽间使用面积，打造主卧双衣帽间设计； 6.原书房剩余空间并入儿童房，作为衣帽间满足收纳需求； 7.将儿童房的房门平移避免正对玄关。
