【棠禾设计】2022-2023年度十大盛事精彩回顾

MUSE Design Awards以发掘全球设计缪思为宗旨，替建筑、室内、时尚等领域提供全面的发光舞台。曾智和设计总监思及业主的喜好，构筑出时尚交融简约的作品《捻墨匀鞣》，以及铺叙北欧和无印风格的质感家宅《柔白蕴寓》，两作双双夺下银奖奖项，璀璨国际舞台！
美国IDA 国际设计大奖（International Design Awards），以创新性、实用性和发展性等多种面向为评选标准，发觉各方面的新兴人才。曾总监于作品《捻墨匀鞣》中，巧用石纹、皮革和亮面金属打造时尚公领域，搭配私领域清浅温柔的木纹，打造出精緻洗练的家宅，夺得「Honorable Mention」殊荣！
「亚洲三大设计奖」之一的韩国K-DESIGN AWARD，长期以来继承全球设计者的高度评价，为当代设计带来隽永的价值。棠禾设计的作品《彩・艺居》将弧形元素作为主要设计语彙，辅以大理石纹美耐板、木质、绷布等多种异材，构筑出柔雅多彩的迷人透天宅，获得赛事「Winner」荣耀，打响品牌国际知名度！
APDC 亚太设计中心的核心会员由全球优秀建筑师、室内设计师、产品设计师构成，不断地促进中外设计深入的交流和互动，并将APDC 设计大奖推向新的巅峰。曾总监以木、石的细緻纹理堆叠画面层次，佐搭艺术涂料的斑驳质感，丰富而细腻的作品《彩・艺居》深受评审团一致肯定，喜获「Honorable Award」荣誉！
由日本与韩国共同主办的「Asia Design Prize」，旨在挖掘新颖概念与创意发想，期望透过优良设计，解决社会问题，带来正面影响。棠禾设计以纯白画布作为家宅《柔白蕴寓》的设计构想，透过木质和低饱和色泽呈递日式无印和北欧简约风，搭衬天壁间的弧形及线条元素，活泼灵动的清新作品获2022年Asia Design Prize评审注目，再展非凡潜力！
曾总监打造的作品《捻墨匀鞣》，于电视牆施作暗色特殊涂料，勾勒如同大理石纹般的细腻纹理，周围缀以木纹、纯白漆面与彷金属材质，共创深沉而不觉压迫的深色时尚，喜获联合新闻网刊登！

【咏絮设计】奢丽石纹铺叙雅緻 暖木交融现代美境
层次丰富的空间中，朴实温润的木质交织具现代感的石材，光洁的金属与镜面辉映出细腻的光泽，令异材相偕之美进驻家宅，另于天壁与立面搭佐流畅的线条元素，塑造沉稳俐落的时尚感受，相伴业主一家三口渡过质感日常。
本文由OPEN编辑部撰写 设计概念 Design Concept 层次丰富的空间中，朴实温润的木质交织具现代感的石材，光洁的金属与镜面辉映出细腻的光泽，令异材相偕之美进驻家宅，另于天壁与立面搭佐流畅的线条元素，塑造沉稳俐落的时尚感受，相伴业主一家三口渡过质感日常。 咏絮室内设计 回应屋主明确区分公、私领域的需求，我们重划室内格局，打通主卧与邻近房间，规划为更衣间兼工作室，并于玄关及餐厅侧边设置众多柜体，辅以清玻柜门，兼顾收纳及展示效果，实现典雅美观的机能家宅。 In the richly layered space, tender timber, stylish stone, glossy metal, and glass with sophisticated luster made a perfect concert to shape the elegant home. Sleek trims on the ceiling and the facade created a nifty fashionable trend. Accordingly, the homeowner’s family of three accompanies each other in the residence of eclectic texture. YUNG HSU INTERIOR DESIGN planned the space as public and private zones to satisfy the homeowner’s demands. By breaking through the solid wall between the master bedroom and the adjacent room, we built a spacious walk-in closet with a home office. Installation of abundant cabinets and assorted clear glass doors at the entrance and the side of the dining room provided storage and display functions. We implemented a home with aesthetics and living facilitation. 设计手法 Design Techniques 异材相偕 现代质韵 Element Diversity & Modern Appeal 本案运用木、石、漆料等多元建材，塑造多层次的现代风貌；由玄关踏入餐厅，右侧的木质柜体散发温润感受，其玻璃柜门与餐桌侧的彷古灰镜滑门相呼应，经由线条丰富的浅灰色牆面过渡至客厅，将金属质感逐步转换为洞石电视牆的天然纹理，展现异材相容的和谐之美，另于全室天花板作内凹造型，纳入灯光同时无形划分各场域，餐厅上方则陈贴彷清水模壁纸搭配刷黑沟槽，将线条元素由立面引至天壁，丰富视觉效果。 This project composed a distinctive modern flair via layering with multiple elements such as timber, stone, and coating. Along the entryway to the dining space, the right-sided timber cabinets emit a tender feel; its glass front corresponds to the antique tinted mirror sliding door by the dining table. And then, a trimmed grayish wall expands towards the living room. Gradually, the glossy texture transformed into travertine veins of the TV wall. The aesthetics of material diversity adequately reveals the wall design. In all spaces, we recessed lighting fixtures in the tray ceilings dividing individual areas. Above the dining space, we finished the faux ceiling with fair-faced concrete wallpapers and assorted black-painted recesses. For adding layering, linear patterns were applied from the wall to the top. 巧变格局 复合机能 Layout Transformation & Multi-functions 回应屋主的需求，打通主卧与邻房的壁面，将一侧规划为更衣间结合工作室的复合场域，并装设木质滑门划分空间，令两处的使用者保有各自隐私，打造舒适的休憩和作业环境。 Responding to the homeowner’s request, we planned a walk-in closet with a home office by breaking through the solid wall between the master bedroom and the adjacent room. A wooden sliding door is divided into separate spaces to keep privacy in both parts. As a result, the homeowners can have a resting zone and a working area simultaneously. 环保板材 养护简易 Eco-friendly Materials & Easy Maintenance 秉持回馈环境的心念，天花板的硅酸钙板、柜体的波丽板皆选用绿建材标章的板材，打造友善自然的家宅，此外，玄关至餐厅规划大量收纳柜体，并于衣柜、抽屉与滑门的滑轨等处运用进口五金，其坚固滑顺的良好品质，提升使用的耐用度与便利性。 Based on the eco-friendly principle, we used Green Building Label building materials, such as calcium silicate boards for ceilings and film-faced plywood for cabinets. In advance, sufficient storage function is provided by a mass of cabinetry. With durable and facilitated quality imported hardware, the drawers and sliding door recessed tracks make the home more satisfying.
客厅 Living Room 客厅选用屋主喜爱的灰褐洞石作电视牆，其天然纹路及不规律的凹洞，塑造独特视觉感受，并与沙发背牆的石纹壁纸相呼应，周边搭配妆饰线条的浅灰立面、灰镜，放大场域同时以和谐的色彩串联成大气样貌。 We chose silver-gray travertine, as the homeowner’s preference, to decorate the TV wall. The natural veins and diffusing pitted holes create a unique look. And then, assort with a trimmed light gray facade, appealingly echoing the marble-textured wallpaper behind the sofa. Besides, the tinted mirrors enlarged the space visually and harmonized the whole field with an extravagant quality.
餐厨区 Kitchen & Dining Area 延续厨具的木纹元素，餐厅选用木质餐橱柜，替场域增添温润暖意；厨房对侧规划复合茶镜及彷古镜的滑门，丰富立面层次，中央则置入业主挑选的石纹餐桌，搭配黑色皮革餐椅，营造俐落不失温馨的用餐环境。 Arrange a woody sideboard in the dining area to continue the wooden approach of the kitchen and bring a balmy vibe to the field. And on the opposite wall, we installed a sliding partition assorted with tinted glass and antique mirrors for layering the facade. The homeowners select a stone dining table at the center spot with black leather chairs to appeal to a nifty and warm dining space.
主卧、更衣间 Master Bedroom Ensuite 私领域铺设超耐磨木地板，搭配深色调及鹅黄光源，营造沉稳温暖的空间氛围；考量屋主的过敏体质，主卧的木作床头牆以线条壁纸取代常见的床头裱布，并配合其睡前阅读的习惯，于床头两侧设置可调式的壁灯，打造自在舒适的休憩空间。 In the private space, we finished it with laminated wood flooring. The dark-shaded elements are integrated with yellow light to bring a tranquil and balmy atmosphere. Considering the allergic constitution of the homeowner, we substitute the model-upholstered headboard with striped wallpapers. Moreover, set two adjustable lamps on both sides to provide sufficient illumination for bedside reading and devise a warm and restful space.
主卧规划一处更衣间兼工作室，运用复合长虹玻璃的条纹木滑门，区隔场域同时增添温暖氛围，而简约的线条则令空间保有秩序性，内部设置书桌及衣柜，并妆饰水墨树影的夹膜玻璃，提升视觉丰富度，另置入活动式梳妆台，因应未来规划调整空间使用。 A wood strip paneled door with a fluted glass transom separated the bedroom and the closet - office. The door texture helped with the warm touch, and its clean lines shaped an organized space. A desk and closets embellished with ink painting art interlayer film glass enrich the visual treat. Moreover, a movable vanity settlement can adapt to future space adjustments.
次卧 Secondary Bedroom 次卧以清爽的浅色为主，透过灰色调的几何图形壁纸搭配浅蓝色寝具，达到放大场域之效，并配合使用者的需求，于床尾设计造型平台以摆放影音设备，打造休閒机能完备的舒适空间。 We took bright shades as the primary color palette in the secondary bedroom. Grayish geometric pattern wallpaper set off light blue bedding created an expansive spatial effect. Besides, we built a wall-mounted platform for audio and video facilities placement. （图）棠禾设计作品《植蕴》。 转换跑道 踏实积累经验 论及学习木工技艺的过往经历，曾总监回忆道：「在案场时，我们都是依据室内设计师的施工图作业，因此与对方讨论结构也是常有的事情。」不过，由于双方专业领域不同，经常没办法理解彼此的难处和用意，当类似的事件反覆发生，也使得总监萌生「不如自己学习设计，利于日后协调」的想法。 自规划设计主轴、绘製施工构图等基本工开始，曾总监作为一名设计助理，前后进入数家设计公司，尽心聆听业界前辈的指导，很快地，他发现助理可习得的事物，已无法满足自身的求知慾，「这个职位接触进阶设计手法的机会较少，只能靠自己多看书、多思考。」巩固根基知识后，成为设计师的总监又经由接案累积实作经验，「接着，我发觉自己已经学习至一个阶段，为了持续精进自我，带给客户更完善的服务，最终才下定决心创业闯荡。」
（图）棠禾设计作品《柔白蕴寓》。 初创品牌 逐步拓展据点 棠禾设计成立后以新竹为据点，陆续招募怀抱高度热忱的设计师们加入团队，并活用各人的设计特色集思广益，提出迥异而丰富的风格发想供屋主选择，「团队讨论时，我们不会先行筛选成员的想法，而是以满足客户的多元需求为主轴，一同设想两、三种不同的方案后，将选择权保留给业主，再藉由多次的交流、细调，完成对方的理想居所。」 如此规划，不仅成就众多融汇使用者风格的独特作品，优良的服务品质也吸引全台各地的屋主慕名而至，其中不乏尚未开设据点的中部、双北居民，为了就近替这些客户服务，曾总监接连开设台中、台北据点，令棠禾团队成为拥有三处据点的设计公司。 提起如何兼顾三个据点的营运状况，总监解释，虽说各据点间有一定距离，不过他仍会维持每週一次的内部会议，并辅以其他即时的视讯会议协助，亲自与各公司的店长及设计师商讨案例，「在经过反覆比较、确认最适切的规划模式后，我们才会正式帮客户配置装潢、软装，确保设计内容符合案场特性与屋主所需。」
（图）棠禾设计作品《捻墨匀鞣》。 真挚规划 实现梦想蓝图 「我们做设计，简单来说就是人与人的沟通。」如同最初进入室内设计界的缘由，曾总监相当着重与业主、合作工班之间的交流，前置发想结束后，团队会透过绘製3D图模拟现场质感，方便客户理解实际的视觉效果，待双方确认内容无误，再转告工班施作要点，令屋主的期许与设计师的创想藉工艺化为现实。 总监以作品《捻墨匀鞣》为例，此案为一对年轻夫妻的住家，对方希望整体以暗色调呈现，针对以往较少接触、且非大众化的深色设计，团队秉持「以人为本」的核心，谨慎严选材质、用色之馀，频繁地与业主来往，将所有样品、质料交予对方审视，逐步构筑复合木质及金属的异材景緻，同时顾及男主人注重的视听体验，于客厅设置短焦距投影机取代电视，搭配环绕式音响设备，最终创造出影音机能完备的深色时尚宅，充分满足居者需求，实践品牌理念。
（图）棠禾设计作品《晨境》。 木色创新 迈向理想未来 除了重视使用者个人喜好，棠禾团队的设计特点也在于多样风格中的暖意木质，论及其中巧思，曾总监不吝分享道：「以现代风来说，我们会将木质减少一些，或是选用白色木皮纹等浅色调来呈现；若是近期较流行的无印风，透过设置格栅、屏风或洞洞板等活泼的元素，可达到丰富空间层次感的效果。」 至于如何将木元素融入过去较少经手的风格或项目，团队自有一套设计手法：将木材规划于地坪或是造型牆面，使木纹和整体风貌自然揉合。而面对案场迥异的餐厅、办公室等商业空间，则会将木质设定在显眼的地方，如接待处、桌椅等，让业主和来客皆能有舒适和暖的感受。 访谈尾声，曾总监与我们畅谈公司展望，「像是以前提过的家具、家饰一体化服务，仍在寻找值得信赖的合作厂商，日后我们会往提供实品屋的方向迈进，使尚在考虑阶段的屋主可实际体验团队设计的空间氛围。」此外，总监也透露目前有筹划高雄据点的打算，并期许今后能够进一步扩展服务处的数量，让棠禾设计蕴藏的温馨木色遍佈全台湾。

【乔艺设计 王沁凌】精粹玄景怀光影 木白缀合深蕴暖

本文由OPEN编辑部撰写 设计概念 Design Concept 暖白灯光交映之下，温润的浅色木质地坪，与强调个性的黑色铁件、皮革，呈现简练而不失温度的居家画面，搭配一览无遗的窗外市景，共谱新婚生活的美好序曲。 乔艺设计 王沁凌 设计总监 善用毛胚屋装修自由的特性，重新梳理格局，增加夫妻二人相处同乐的空间，划设造型俐落的斜切角天花板、多边形书桌，并不时点缀中和冷冽调性的灰、白色彩，构筑一座都会感十足的舒适家宅。 The warm-white lighting, the balmy pale wood flooring, the unique black ironwork furniture, and the leather element agreeably manifest a pristine yet warm picture of the home. Then, together with the captivating urbanscape, marvelously start a beautiful prelude of newlywed life. Taking advantage of an unfinished house, which can plan at will, Chiauyi Interior Decoration Design design director Linda Wang re-configures the layouts to expand the spaces for the couples to get along and have fun. Set up sleek chamfered ceilings, place an unusual polygonal desk, and adopt pastel gray and white color schemes to moderate the chill base tone, successfully creating a comfortable and fashionable home. 设计手法 Design Techniques 纯粹色调 巧变氛围 Clear color schemes ingeniously bring about an agreeable, homey ambiance 沉稳的黑灰白三色硬、软装，搭配铺设全屋的木纹石塑地坪，在冷暖光源的转换下，平衡空间的深浅色系，营造多变氛围，例如时尚简约的客厅、书房，与盈溢温馨气息的餐厅，既满足业主的色彩喜好，亦保有家宅的温度。 The stable black, gray, and white furniture and furnishings, assort with the wood-grain stone plastic flooring, well balance the color shades of the space, moreover, bring variable ambiances through the changes of cold and warm lighting. And the patterns of the stylish living room, the concise study nook, and the inviting dining area strikingly satisfy the homeowners' preferences and hold the warmth of a home as well. 简约线条 现代时尚 Concise linear features result in a modern, refined space 公领域中，天花板简洁有力的斜切角造型，与内嵌其中的铝条灯，一同勾勒时尚风貌；下方带有弧形圆角的茶几、餐桌椅等家具，则平衡周围方正的收纳柜体及牆面，一刚一柔相互交织，丰盈场域的线条层次。 The chamfered ceiling of pared-down form and the recessed aluminum strip lights in the shared areas draw fashionable features. In addition, the curve edge furniture such as the coffee table, dining table, and dining chairs coordinate the surrounding square storage cabinets, interwoven with rigidity and softness, and enrich the linear gradation of the space. 通透格局 宽敞视野 See-through layouts lead to a capacious, unimpeded vision 配合业主的生活习惯，以吧台取代原有的厨房隔牆，划设开放式餐厨区域，构筑宽敞通透的格局，并调换书房及餐厅的位置，摆入兼作电脑桌的多边形书桌，让兴趣相投的夫妻两人，能于此同享电玩游戏的欢乐时光。 Demolish the partition wall of the kitchen and replace it with an island; skillfully set up a spacious, transparent, open-patterned kitchen-dining area. And flip the original layouts of the study and dining area to fit the living habits of the householders. Place a polygonal table at the study that also serves as a computer desk so that the couple with similar interests can enjoy the happy hours of playing online games here.
客厅 The living room 客厅浅灰色的木作沙发背牆，透过内嵌式的远红外线控制系统，将电器设备皆藏入后方储藏室，使对面的深黑烤漆电视牆，保有整洁外观，配上檯面、立面错置拼接的造型，展现俐落的层次美感。 The storage room behind the light-gray wooden wall at the rear of the sofa ingeniously conceals the audio-visual equipment, which operates via the embedded far-infrared control system; thereupon, to keep the opposite dark-black baking varnish TV wall a neat look. In addition, the staggered arrangement of the TV stand and the TV wall shows the beauty of smooth layers.

Then, install the illuminations behind the steel wall-mounted shelves to highlight the hi-tech-ish linear feature. The polygonal desk artfully corresponds to the ceiling through the identical curve and chamfer shapes. Set the desktop with an innovative material that is featured thermal healing smart technology, and hide the computer cables in the table leg and iron tube to keep the desktop clean and tidy.
餐厅 The dining area 餐厅中央的灰黑色餐桌椅，以圆弧曲线收边，舒缓深色系的冷硬调性；一旁的大型收纳柜，底部为悬浮设计，搭配暖色光源，为用餐时分增添轻盈温暖的气息。 The grayish-black dining table and chairs in the center of the dining area soothe the chill and heavy feeling of deep tinges via the curved edge shape. The suspended large-scale storage cabinets present a lightweight look and equip warm illuminations at the bottom, gently bringing a cozy atmosphere to the dining time.
主卧 The master bedroom 配合窗外的清新绿意，主卧将柔和的大地色系，揉入纯粹的黑灰白基调，由粉棕色柜体与上方的暖色间接照明，为新婚房注入温馨之感。 The main bedroom adopts the gentle earth tone and clean black-gray-white color schemes to complement the vivid outdoor green scenery. 和煦日晖拂过窗畔的雾白纱帘，化为柔和匀光轻舞入室，相伴天壁灯具的明亮流光，映耀出场域细緻优美的质感，环顾身畔，牆面的洗练线条相偕地坪的斑驳石纹，描绘一方简洁而不失时髦的光景，同时以黑、灰、白三色点染周围的沉稳气息，予人置身饭店般的高雅氛围，酝酿雍容精緻的自适风情。

The bright flow of light from the ceiling lamps radiates to the refined and graceful texture of the space. Looking around, the sleek lines of the walls harmonized with the mottled stone patterns of the floor, painting a simple yet sophisticated scene in black, gray, and white. The tranquil atmosphere exudes an elegant ambiance, reminiscent of a high-end hotel, creating an environment that cultivates a sense of refined and delicate comfort. At the heart of our design lies the unique characteristics of each space. YUNG HSU INTERIOR DESIGN incorporated the owner's affinity for gray and blue tones in the public areas, embellishing them with marble floors and walls to achieve a sense of elegance and grandeur. The large tile at the entrance, with its white base and shades of deep and light ink patterns, perfectly complements the residence's refined and atmospheric feel, showcasing the design's unique and timeless charm and durability. For the private areas, we tailored the details according to individual preferences, delineating a distinctive style for each room, and creating a personalized space that expresses the residents' appeal. Each bedroom comes with an independent dressing room, with different cabinet functions to meet the storage needs of the residents. 设计手法 Design Techniques 暗门柜体 完善收纳机能 Discreet cabinet units for unparalleled storage 本案于一楼玄关处规划大量柜体，供业主摆放单车与登山装备，提升取用与外出的便利性，二楼客厅活用电视牆后方的畸零区块，置入大型机柜，并于客、餐厅旁增设储藏室，同时以隐藏门片融汇壁面，营造整洁美观的观感。 We skillfully design a large number of cabinets in the first-floor entryway to provide the homeowner with a convenient place to store bicycles and mountaineering equipment for easy access and outdoor activities. In the second-floor living room, an irregular space behind the TV wall is utilized for a large cabinet. Adjacent to the living and dining rooms, a storage room is added using hidden door panels to blend seamlessly with the wall surface, creating an attractive clean cut display. 巧划空间 实现运动需求 Clever planning of space to realize fitness usage 回应业主日常的健身习惯，我们于一楼多功能室藏设可挂置吊绳的铁件，令屋主得直接在家进行TRX悬吊训练，而比邻视听室内的白色石质吧台则作为小型茶水间，提供锻鍊后补充水分，构筑舒适理想的健身场域。 Considering the homeowner's exercise routines, we ingeniously conceal ironwork in the multi-purpose room on the first floor for hanging suspension straps, for performing TRX at home. The white stone bar in the adjacent media room serves as a small tea room, providing hydration after training, and constituting the pleasantly ideal fitness space. 灵动光影 烘托珍藏艺品 Interplay of lights accentuates art collections 二楼客厅沙发背牆设置深色木质开放柜，辅以玄色铁件层架，散发低调稳重的气息，另考量屋主收藏艺术品的雅兴，我们于柜内置入灯条照明并铺设镜面，透过光影的映照，彰显出珍品的细腻质感，更塑造虚实交错的视觉效果，丰盈空间层次，令来访的亲友也能感受居者的生活美学。 On the second floor, the sofa in the living room is backed by an open shelf of dark wood open and black iron racks, exuding a subtle and steady atmosphere. As the homeowner delights in art, we installed strip lighting and mirrors within the shelf for the reflection of light, illuminating the delicate texture of the fineries and creating a rich spatial layering of illusions. Allowing visitors to also experience the residing lifestyle aesthetics.
玄关 Entryway 玄关廊道与视听室透过灰玻铁件立面及滑门作为区隔，其简约的玄色金属线条，刻画现代时尚意象，对侧灰白色木皮柜体，缀搭上方木质天花板，增添居者归宅时和暖柔润的感受。 The entrance corridor and audio-visual room are separated by a grey glass and metal partition with sliding doors, featuring sleek black metal lines for a modern and stylish ambiance. On the opposite side, grey and white wood veneer cabinets paired with the wooden ceiling above enhance the warmth and welcome for homeowners upon their return.
视听室 Audio-visual Room 视听室电视牆面以深蓝木作烤漆为基底，其中摆置低饱和的澹灰色沙发，替室内挹注一片宁静，与浅色石纹方桌、木质茶几，和足下柔软的灰白纹理地毯，共组舒适放鬆感，予以业主一家谈天品茶、享尽天伦的休憩场所。 The TV wall of the audio-visual room is coated in dark blue enamel, with a low-saturated light gray sofa in front, imbuing a peaceful atmosphere. Matched with a light stone-patterned coffee table, wooden tea sets, and a soft gray-white texture carpet underfoot, a comfortable and relaxing space for the owners to chat, enjoy tea, and spend quality time with family is composed.
多功能室 Multi-purpose Room 多功能室铺设浅木色地坪，佐搭蓝灰色窄柜、布质单人椅，溢漫舒缓惬意氛围，除了作为居者阅读沉思、锻鍊体态的静谧空间，也兼具客房之用。 The multi-purpose room features a light wood-colored floor, complemented by a blue-grey narrow cabinet and a fabric armchair, exuding a relaxed and cozy atmosphere. It serves not only as a quiet space for residents to read, meditate, and exercise but also as a guest room.
客厅 Living Room 客厅採用玄色大理石电视牆，搭配黑白双色格栅，遮蔽后方落地窗光线，营造良好的观影品质，中央深灰基调的沙发、石纹茶几，与一旁湖水绿单人椅和砖橘色抱枕，为场域共织丰富色彩，迎来灵动的跳色景緻。 The living room features a black marble TV wall, with a monochrome lattice for optimal viewing by blocking out light from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The central sofa adopts deep gray with a stone-patterned coffee table, lake-green armchair, and brick-orange cushions on one side for a rich palette of colors, bringing life and energy with its contrast.
餐厨区 Dining Area 为打造明亮宽敞的就餐环境，餐厨区以朴素的灰白色壁面为衬底，映托中央白色石质餐桌与灰棕双色餐椅，巧搭上方悬挂的造型吊灯，形塑简明俐落的用餐氛围。 To create a bright and spacious dining environment, the dining and kitchen area features simple gray and white walls as a backdrop, highlighting the central white stone dining table and greige dining chairs. The space is enhanced by a stylish pendant light, shaping a clean and sharp dining atmosphere.
主卧 Master Bedroom 思及住者锺爱现代元素，主卧採用深灰床背牆与分割线条，传递恬谧内敛的沉稳氛围，配合澹色调寝具，¬调和深沉暗色，打造自在的舒眠场所，另考量业主收藏香水、香氛蜡烛的习惯，将一旁壁柜转角规划为开放式层板，兼具收纳与展示珍藏品之用，对侧的大理石电视牆后方则加高地坪，并设计木质天花板，替场域增添温馨暖意，辅以后方灰色滑门，迴避窗对格栅的风水疑虑。 Taking into account the residents' love for modern elements, the master bedroom features a deep gray headboard wall and dividing lines to convey a sense of serenity and reserve. The light-colored bedding is paired with deep colors to create a comfortable sleeping space. Considering the owner's habit of collecting perfumes and scented candles, the corner of the wall cabinet is arranged as an open shelf to serve as a storage and display for the collections. On the opposite side, the marble TV wall is raised and designed with a wooden ceiling to add warmth and coziness to the space. The gray sliding door at the back is specifically designed to avoid any feng shui concerns on window grilles.
次卧 Second Bedroom 男孩房床背牆施作光滑面烤漆，下方则镶嵌浅灰色绷布，达到良好的隔音效果，而牆面及旁侧收纳柜的线条造型，搭配柜体上方的铁件展示架，流露率性洗练风格，对侧的书桌背牆依循居者喜好，选用蓝灰色壁纸，呼应整体灰调，形塑和谐静谧的休眠场域。 For the boy's room, the bed wall was finished with smooth surface paint, while a light grey fabric was inset below to achieve good sound insulation. The line and form of the storage cabinets and display shelf above complement the laid-back and simplistic style of the resident. On the opposite wall, a smoky blue wallpaper was used to resonate the overall tone, crafting a harmoniously peaceful resting area.
女孩房一改冷系色泽，床背牆以横条排列的斜纹木皮，搭衬造型壁灯的鹅黄灯光，共组温和柔润的休憩场域，伫立一旁的白色铁件洞洞板摒除户外机械铁件，打造纯淨的视觉感受，另于窗畔置入石纹檯面的矮柜，令居者于此沉淀身心、静享书香时光。 In contrast, the girl's room departs from the cool color palette. The bed wall is slatted with twill wood veneer, paired with goose yellow wall lamps, emanating a gently soft resting area. A white iron perforated board stands to conceal outdoor machinery for a polished view. Skillfully play the invented fictional design that C.J.HOUSE DESIGN designers Cheng Liao and Jung Liao are good at, and transform the scenic views of a high-rise building into a tier upon tier pattern of the ceiling, shaping a boundless look of rising clouds. Brilliantly exploiting fair-faced concrete, solid wooden veneers, and cement textured paint to present the scenery of heaven and earth. And enhance the handy features through the hidden door handle and magnetic levitation track design; on ordinary days, it can be pulled aside into the entryway cabinet to keep a concise and well-ordered situation. 长远规划 舒适机能 Everlasting plan; well-furnished circumstance 为了让家宅长久使用并永续传承，全室铺设防水性佳的超耐磨木地板，且使用防潮环保的系统板材，打造安全健康的居住环境；在舒适机能方面，架高客厅沙发后方的地坪，佈置为多功能区，配有插座与具备收纳性能的长椅，背牆设置半开放式书架，摆放书籍或展示品，窗边卧榻兼具书桌用途，方便业主进行各种休閒活动，一旁则预留安置钢琴的长型空间，未来可转为孩子学习音乐的场所。 Pave laminate flooring with an excellent water-resistant feature and exploit moisture-proof, eco-friendly system panels to build up a safe and healthy living environment that is favorable for long-term usage and inherits timelessly. Elevate the floor behind the sofa to configure a comfortable multi-functional area. Arrange a long storage bench and equips sockets, then fixes a semi-open wall-mounted bookshelf to place books and display knick-knacks. Set a window couch, which can also serve as a platform for various leisure activities. And meticulously leave space for laying a piano in the future so that the children can enjoy playing music here.
玄关 Entryway foyer 环绕入口处的Ｌ型玄关柜，辅以柔光映照木质纹路，温和迎接返家的人们，其开放式设计不仅方便收纳，亦能展示艺术品。一旁的系统衣柜，可摆放外出服与公事包，底部结合穿鞋椅，满足进出家宅的日常需求。考量穿堂煞的风水疑虑，大门途经客厅窗户的路线，设立固定的铝框屏风，期盼家庭生活顺遂、关係和睦。 We set up an L-shaped wooden console cabinet with soft lighting in the entryway foyer, warmly embracing people back home; the open platform is suitable for placing personal items and displaying artwork. On the other side, we design a wall-mounted wardrobe with a seat that meets the quotidian needs of laying outdoor clothes, handbags, and changing shoes. Moreover, we erect an aluminum-framed screen between the foyer and the living room to solve the geomancy taboo of the evil hallway. With sincere hearts, we hope the family will have a blissful life and harmonious relationship.
客厅、休憩区 Leisure living room 客厅主牆使用清水模，突显实木皮电视牆为视觉焦点，并于立面右侧设置黑色沟槽、搭配暖光，丰富细节变化，牆体轻柔包覆转角，将木质元素扩展至廊道，与Ｌ型玄关柜採用相同造型，延续温润的设计馀韵。 We finished the main wall of the living room with fair-faced concrete to set off the solid wood veneer TV wall and installed warm recessed light on the right to enhance the refined detail. Moreover, adorn the corner of the wall with timber boards and correspond to the entryway console cabinet via the identical L-shape, skillfully keeping up the balmy design feature.
客厅选用浅棕色软装与木扇叶，呼应整体设计的大地色调，吊扇置于空调出风轴线，运用正、反转调节功能，良好促进空气循环；落地窗搭配布帘与纱帘，形塑悠然高雅的气氛，休憩区则改由横向渗光的调光帘，塑造隐密柔和的视觉效果。 We opt for light brown furnishings and a ceiling fan with wooden blades to go with the Earth-toned living room. Hang the ceiling fan on the air conditioning vent to bring excellent air circulation. In addition, we hang gray drop cloth curtains and white sheer curtains on the French windows to create a gentle and elegant atmosphere. And take advantage of the zebra shades, which bring about a secluded and relaxing situation of the leisure nook behind the sofa.
餐厨区 Kitchen and dining area 餐厅选用透明玻璃吊灯，透过灯罩表现映光的通透质感。因应餐厨区的收纳需求，餐桌旁与厨房拉门交界处，均配置方形系统柜，容纳各种家电用品，并藉其柜体檯面添增备餐空间。 We install transparent glass pendant lamps to transmit brilliant lighting. Then, set up square system cabinets adjoin the dining table and adjacent to the kitchen sliding doors to meet the needs of laying various domestic appliances, and the tops of the cabinets can serve as outstretched spaces for preparing meals.
卧室 Bedrooms 卧室选用明亮清爽的白色，铺陈天花板及立面，并以隐形门藏起更衣室入口，打造整齐俐落的视觉画面。床铺对面的牆面，结合清水模与木作贴皮，隐藏建筑本体的立柱，设计为两侧对称的样式，呼应整体的风格材质，中间则规划ㄇ型系统柜，添增大量收纳空间，内部镂空处可置放画作与装饰品，为日常生活注入艺术气息。 We adopt the bright, clean white tinge to finish the bedroom ceiling and interior facade and set a secret door to hide the entrance of the dressing room, successfully fashioning a neat and tidy layout. Then, we exploit fair-faced concrete and wood veneers to finish the wall at the end of the bed to conceal the structural columns; the symmetrical design finely forms a consistent style. The upside-down U-shaped system cabinet provides a lot of storage space. And we leave a blank space in the middle, which can hang paintings and display decorations, artfully injecting aesthetic ambiance into daily life.
延续公领域的设计风格，床头牆同样使用清水模作为主要材质，烘托实木皮打造的床头板，搭配壁灯与线型灯点缀，呈现安稳舒适的感受。立面垂直的木纹系统板，与右侧化妆镜相映成趣，并藉由镜面映射延展整体视觉空间。 Continuing the design style of the public domains, we finish the wall above the headboard with fair-faced concrete to set off the solid wood headboard and go with a sconce and ambient lighting, presenting a stable and comfy layout. Relocate the kitchen to create a comfortable and bright cooking space. Moreover, set up a large-scale wine cabinet to display fine wines and tableware. Exploit a gray-tinted glass partition and an L-shaped desk to arrange a home-office nook between the living and dining rooms so that the householder can work from home, look after children, and accompany the hostess to prepare meals; merrily spend happy time together. 善用格局 顺畅生活动线 Ingeniously plan agreeable layouts to bring smooth living flows 由于此案屋型狭长，公、私领域皆规划直进式的一字型动线，无隔间的一楼，于餐厅前设置带有图腾的灰玻屏风，化解穿堂煞风水顾虑；二楼主卧室，则善用柜体及家具，划分更衣区、睡眠区与临窗卧榻区，依序转换不同的区域机能，方便日常起居。 Due to the long and narrow pattern of the house, plan the public and private domains of straight-line layouts. On the open-patterned first floor, erect a grey glass screen with a totem in front of the dining room to solve the geomantic taboo of an evil hallway. On the second floor, the master bedroom is divided into a dressing area, a lounging area, and a window area with different functions to facilitate daily living. 时尚黑白 变化缤纷色彩 Stylish black-white tones complement colorful schemes 公领域软装选用调性稳重的黑色，配饰些许深色木纹，周围环绕对比强烈的纯白天壁，一同表露简约的时尚气息；考量就寝时的舒适体感，主卧室与男孩房牆面，分别改为低调的浅绿、鹅黄，以及活泼的天空蓝，并将此色沿用至床头绷布，选用防焰耐髒的PVC材质製成，确保日后维护便利性；全屋随楼层变化的色彩，均依循家人们的喜好一一佈置，使其坐拥与自身契合的氛围画面。 Select stable black-toned and deep wood-textured soft furnishings to complement the surrounding pure white interior finishes, showing a simple and fashionable ambiance in the public area. Adopt pastel green, light yellow, and lively azure colors to finish the master and young boy's bedrooms' walls, successfully resulting in comfy sleeping situations. Furthermore, choose identical-colored PVC material with flameproof and stain-resistant features to set the upholstered headboard, which is easy to maintain afterward. Adopt apt color schemes for each floor to meet their preferences and bring delightful vibes and views that fit individual family members.
客厅 Living Room 客厅的灰大理石电视牆，跳脱传统框线束缚，于两侧打造不对衬的立体区块，对面纯白色的木作沙发背牆，则镶嵌条形灰镜，运用深浅交错的纵横线条，表现时尚俐落感；望向家宅内部，餐厅前方半通透的灰玻屏风，其图腾以精细的CNC切割木质加工製成，为色彩纯粹的空间增添丰富层次。 The grey marble TV wall in the living room converts the stereotypical frame design into asymmetrical three-dimensional patterns on both sides. Inlay strip-shaped gray-tinted mirrors on the white wooden wall behind the sofa brilliantly present a neat stylish look through the staggered linear features. Adopt fine CNC machining to shape a whimsical totem on the transparent grey glass screen in front of the dining room, adding rich layers to the simple-toned space.
餐厅 Dining Room 餐桌上方，悬挂造型简约的圆圈吊灯，寄託美好的「团圆」寓意；侧牆的大型木作酒柜，后方装设软条灯，渲染柔和光晕于业主珍爱的名酒收藏，其间错落的垂直层板，除了展现轻盈造型，亦兼作书挡板，可依不同时期的收纳需求，将此柜体转作书架。 Install a chic ring-shaped pendant light above the dining table to convey the beautiful implication of "Reunion." The large wooden wine cabinet on the sidewall features the homeowner's precious fine wine collection via soft wall washer lighting. The random vertical plates also serve as bookends and ingeniously transform into a bookcase to meet different storage needs.

This Zen-like scene quietly emerges amid the bustling city streets. The delectable aroma wafts through the alley, enticing passersby to curiously explore: "If one turns the corner of the nest-shaped wall lamp, could it truly lead to a utopian paradise?" By fusing the symbolic "nest" of the restaurant with Zen-like tranquility, Chuan-Wo Architecture & Interior Design‘s design director XIE MIN XUAN artfully presents a peaceful dining area using stone cladding, wood, and water, integrating eco-friendly materials and elements from the surrounding natural habitats. We sought to convey the intimate relationship between nature and humanity via simple and rustic textures. Additionally, skillfully utilize modern techniques to recreate ancient screen walls at the storefront, along with the turning corridor at the back that provides the guests with a respite from the hustle and bustle of daily life and indulge in a comfortable and inviting dining experience. 设计手法 Design Technique 自然纹理 世外桃源 Utopian paradise with natural textures 本案位处年代久远的住宅区，藉由精緻的外观与周遭形成反差，无形彰显店面存在，素雅的影壁牆巧妙阻隔行人视线，更为场域增添神秘氛围，缓步穿过牆后廊道，保有原始纹理的木石元素映入眼帘，不仅贴合品牌印象，也进一步加深隐世桃源的意境。 The building is nestled in a charming, timeworn residential area, where its refined exterior stands in stark contrast to its surroundings. The elegant screen wall subtly announces the presence of the restaurant while cleverly blocking the view of passersby, enhancing the mystery ambiance of the place. Strolling down the corridor, the rustic textures of wood and stone catch your eye, perfectly embodying the brand image and deepening the sense of being in a secluded paradise. 主客交流 以食会友 Socializing over Food with guests 用餐区根据主厨的要求调整料理台高度，同时消弭铁板烧料理形式中厨师与顾客间的分界，让进食不再是单纯满足口腹之慾，双方也不只是服务的供需者，而是透过餐点交流、足以分享彼此想法的友人。 The dining area features chef's counters, thoughtfully designed to accommodate the chef's height while dissolving the boundary between chefs and diners, breaking away from the typical teppanyaki style. Dining is no longer just a simple transaction but an opportunity for both parties to connect and converse over the meal, building friendships that foster meaningful ideas. 恬静禅意 烘托主轴 Accentuate the Main Theme with tranquility and Zen Vibe 全室选用低彩度色调，将主角留给桌上佳餚，令顾客静下内心，细品美馔；深处的用餐区背牆铺贴大片粗犷石皮，而对侧排列工整的方圆造型砖，展现对比美感，长型吧台作为两方之间的平衡地带，则象徵中庸之道的自适禅意。 The entire space is adorned with low-saturation colors, allowing the dishes on the table to take center stage and inviting guests to savor their exquisite flavors in a serene ambiance. In the deep dining area, the rough stone wall creates a stark contrast against the orderly square-shaped bricks on the opposite side, beautifully revealing the aesthetics of juxtaposition. The long-shaped bar counter, which exceptionally balances the two areas, embodies the essence of "the golden mean" with its Zen-like tranquility.
外观 The Exterior Appearance 本案外观运用大量灰泥形塑简约画面，伴随木质天花板、石材质感的阶梯，预示内部场域风格，入口端景则以鏽面金属石板搭配巢型灯，透过拼接材质无形吸引顾客目光，间接引导入内。 We skillfully employ a significant amount of plaster complemented by wooden ceilings and stone-textured stairs that indicate the interior style to perform a concise and elegant picture. The entrance features a rusted metal slab paired with a nest-shaped wall lamp which subtly captures guests' attention through a harmonious mix of materials and indirectly guides them inside.
柜檯 The Reception Counter 入门即见的素雅灰牆搭佐灯光与金属层板，以极简姿态呈现细腻的表面纹理，令顾客沉淀纷扰的思绪，一旁的柜檯面选用剖半原木，兼顾实用性和装饰性，传递自然风情。 The simple and classy gray walls, accented with lighting and metal panels, greet the guests at the entrance with a refined surface texture that calms the mind. The adjacent reception counter is crafted from split logs that blend practicality and aesthetics seamlessly, exuding a natural charm.
座位区 Dining Area 用餐区尽头上方悬挂四盏造型各异的竹编吊灯，在大面积的深色空间中，成为由入口向内观看的视觉焦点；烹调区採用檯面式排烟设备，形塑宽敞健康的用餐空间。 Gracefully hung four diverse-shaped bamboo pendant lights at the end of the dining area, creating a striking feature, as one looks inward from the entrance. Walking into the restaurant, the modern counter area paved with varied gray textures welcomes the customers. They have served fragrant noodles for nearly 30 years and now present a delectable taste that perfectly blends innovation and pleasant remembrance for the food lover. Differing from the general impression of the hustle and bustle dining environment of street foods, YUNG HSU INTERIOR DESIGN concisely reconfigures the spacious and comfortable layout integrated with clean linear features and interesting coating texture. Agreeably intermingle modern aesthetics with the traditional noodle shop, just like a bowl of noodles with rich dripping sauce, fashion the long-established restaurant with an up-to-date style also plates up tasty and enjoyable meals for customers. 设计手法Design Technique 实地规划 描绘精准格局 Precisely refurbish the layout after the visit in person 为了规划流畅的动线与合宜的座位配置，我们以实地走访取代纸上模拟，透过多次的排列组合，划设出可容纳60至70人的客席区，并透过130公分以上的餐桌间隔，提供顾客舒适的用餐环境，另于主要通道预留170公分的宽度，令客人与推送餐车的送餐者能够同时活动，给予服务人员宽敞、安全的工作环境。 We not only sketch the interior design on paper but come to visit the restaurant in person. Appositely create seating arrangements for up to 70 guests, place the tables at least 130 cm apart, and leave the 170 cm passage to give a safe working environment so that the customers and servers can share the inviting and spacious dining area with a smooth flow. 层次涂料 彰显品牌风貌 Perfectly manifest the brand image with layering coating 本案使用涂料与清水溷凝土展现立面的多层次风貌，自入口玄关的右侧牆面为起始，选用纹理如水泥般粗犷的义大利涂料，并将品牌logo和繁花图腾以拓印的效果呈现，打造独树一帜的迎宾景緻，内部客席区则运用后製清水模取代常见的白牆，不易沾黏的质地可直接擦拭清洁，节省补漆的资源与繁复工序，位于动线尽头的原木客餐区採用壁纸漆，搭配特製的圆弧造型镜，转换场域风貌，一旁的酱料区融汇店舖精神，以砖红色特殊漆表现出执杓者勤奋而热情的心，形塑一道亮眼的造型主牆。 We exploit the fair-faced concrete and different coating to enhance the complex form of the interior surface. Eyeing from the rough gray wall on the right side of the entrance, we delicately apply the Italian coating with a concrete-like texture and imprint the brand logo and flower motif on it to perform an exceptional and welcoming atmosphere. Instead of the prevailing white wall, we artfully furnish a cos-architectural concrete wall for the dining area. The surface doesn't absorb pollutants and can be easily wiped and cleaned, avoiding the complicated process of touch-up painting. And meticulously re-style the end of the dining area with the timber grid partition and circular mirrors. Furthermore, we brilliantly show the core spirit of the store and show off the diligence and enthusiasm of the chef via the brick-red-finishing wall at the condiment area that brings a stunning focal point to the restaurant. 几何线灯 注入蜿蜒光晕 Brilliantly introduce twisty luminescence via geometric light fixtures 配合此案挑高、大面积的天花板，室内採用线型灯与嵌灯为基础照明，另悬吊订製的铁件铝条灯，增添光源层次，而四周牆面也镶嵌同款灯具，展现丰富的线条感，原木客餐区则选用环形吊灯，呼应壁纸漆面上的圆弧造型镜，酝酿柔煦的温润氛围。 Owing to the high ceiling, we artfully installed strip and recessed lights and hung up tailor-made aluminum light fixtures to enhance the illumination of the large room. Then similarly decorate the lightning on the surrounding surface, adding a rich linear pattern. Moreover, we exploit the ring pendant light to correspond to the circular mirrors in the wooden dining area, gently resulting in a balmy and pleasant vibe.
柜檯 Front Counter 接待区铺陈復古的六角砖并向上延伸至柜檯，另叠加纹路细緻的大理石材，搭配一旁俐落的铁件层架与别具一格的造型logo牆，为延续二十多年的传统美味添入新气象，而后方的招牌背牆则选用业主锺情的卡拉拉白石材，其细腻的肌理与石质大气的质感相映成趣，旁侧特意裁切一道方形空洞，兼具减轻量体与透视之效，增添空间的层次感。 Skillfully lay the hexagonal tiles from the flooring to the facade of the front counter, which combined the exquisite marble materials, assorts with the mounted iron shelf at the side and the unique feature wall, remarkably creating a welcoming ambiance to the place for over 20 years serving. We strikingly exploit the Carrara white marble to manifest the brand logo, artfully casting the polished marble front desk. Furthermore, meticulously set a square entrance on the side that grows a concise feeling but visually rich space.
展示区 Side Dish Display Area 展示区以鲜明的图示，搭配封闭式的清玻冰柜，让点菜的顾客可一目瞭然食材的品项同时兼顾卫生，一旁连通厨房与用餐区的拱门造型，则回应二代业主喜爱的復古氛围，展现新旧交融的怀旧风貌。 Cleverly utilize the clear-glass bar with the food graphic hanging above, allowing customers to discern the ingredients easily in a clean and tidy environment. We reveal an arched entrance that connects the service area and the kitchen. The curved shape meets the proprietor’s taste in retro style, wonderfully interweaving with the modern design.
客席区 Dining Area 客席区规划四人座与双人座，中央採用灰色长型椅复合灰玻隔板，划分开放式的场域，不仅保留空间的通透感，也让两边的客人保有隐私，此外，回应业主对于原木质感的锺爱，特别于客餐区的尽头加入木质格栅与半腰壁板，营造圆润温煦的用餐感受。 We skillfully reconfigure the dining area for 2-seater tables and 4-person tables. Excellently place a long bench with the grey-tinted glass partition on the seat back at the center of the service area that can bring about unimpeded views and provide privacy for the diners on both sides withal. In addition, we moderately exploit the timber grid partition and waist-height wooden veneers at the end of the dining room to satisfy the proprietor's fondness and perform a warmhearted circumstance.
酱料区 Sauce-making Area 酱料区以抢眼的砖红色漆料为基底，除了传递业主数十年如一日的热忱，也具引导顾客之效，牆面结合招牌logo的椭圆图形，设计两道置入间接照明的壁龛，内部摆设店家的特製麵碗，令此处成为空间的视觉焦点，同时向人们呈递鲜明的品牌形象。 Brilliantly finish the sauce-making area with a vivid red color palette manifesting the enthusiasm that the proprietor's never lost and representing an eye-catching featured wall. Ingeniously install the indirect illumination for two oval-shaped recesses, which imply the brand logo, and display the tailored noodle bowls designed by the owner. （图）作品《flow shelf》设计手稿，Adam Fu完稿。 纽约求学 绽放光彩 到了纽约，接触来自世界各地不同的人、事、物，不同的想法与无拘创造力，让George重新审视自我、重燃对设计的热忱，「我决定在这裡读研究所，所以先回台湾边工作、边准备作品集，卯起来唸书、申请奖学金，也是这时候才培养出做设计的兴趣。」George的声音透着些许激动；进入纽约室内设计学院（NYSID, New York School of Interior Design），他体会到这裡的教育方式跟台湾不太一样，「教授不会告诉我们要做什麽，而是学生主动提出想法，老师再配合指导；虽然都做设计，但大家想呈现的都不同。」学会如何独立思考，发展出与众不同之处，这是George在国外学到最宝贵的一课。 完成学业后，George选择留在纽约工作，也遇到将他推上人生第一次高峰的贵人，「我在一家设计公司担任经理，当时ICFF纽约设计会外展刚好办在我们公司，一位加拿大籍法裔的同事知道我私下有设计一些东西，就鼓励我试试看。」他拿出酝酿已久的小品之作《tie tea》茶桩杯应战，结果一战成名，受到国际设计圈瞩目，杂志採访邀约不断。 意料之外的成功，让George萌发创业的念头，在妻子的支持下，他创立品牌Le mouton noir & co，陆续推出《a date with wine》时计酒塞、《flow shelf》、《B.B.猪仔调味组》等日常小物。看似顺遂的一切，老实的George却向我们坦承：「赚到了名气，但无法兼顾麵包，可是年轻就是这样，天不怕、地不怕，不会考虑那麽多。」回首往事，他显得格外洒脱。
（图）George经营的部落格「黑羊讲设计」，以风趣的口吻介绍许多国内外品牌给大家认识。 现实理想 自我调适 多年的旅居生活，George和我们分享自己观察到的台美设计差异，「我们的製造业很发达，只要有想法就能把东西做出来，而且功能性很强。」虽然便利和机能是优势，却也潜在容易被复製、抄袭的隐忧，「外国正好相反，比起实用，他们更注重概念性的东西，但相对的，设计师要考虑的因素更多，因为製造商不好找，东西可能做不出来。」他客观地分析。 而这也衍生出一种现象，「製造的环节让台湾设计师非常吃香，但也因产品易取得、价格低、选择性多，导致很容易买到高彷品。」George无奈地道出事实，「这也是我想写部落格（黑羊讲设计）的原因，透过撰写品牌故事，推广创作者的精神，让大家知道设计师对作品投入的心血。」 保持乐观正面的想法，George回到台湾成立黑羊室内设计，但与客户接洽的过程却不如想像中顺利，「刚开始有点不习惯，在国外我们介绍材料、讲解动线，在台湾则是以预算为优先考量。」虽然跟预期的有落差，身经百战的他立刻调整心态、换位思考，「业主抱着期待的心情来找我做设计，我们能做的就是多讨论，找到双方最满意的平衡点。」设计过程中不免会有意见分歧，但每回难题都是一个学习的机会，「沟通永远是最重要的！」George强调。

（图）黑羊咖啡厅推出咖啡礼盒与自行设计的帆布袋。 黑羊无拘 归于设计 回台后，George除了成立乔治黑羊设计，在一个偶然的契机下，还开启自己的咖啡事业，「某天开车的途中，我思考着虽然一直做设计，但也没人说我不能做餐饮，所以就找了朋友一起创立黑羊咖啡厅。」如同一隻不按牌理出牌的黑羊，George有了想法便勇往直前，「我加入设计的概念，把咖啡厅做成一个展场，让有才华的艺术家展示自己的作品，提供他们曝光的机会。」同为创作者，George深知他们追求理想的渴望。 然而，尽情奔跑的黑羊，有时也会被现实的高牆挡下，「某方面，我自觉黑羊咖啡厅做得很成功，但一样是名声大于实际收益。」即使经营出一套心得，碍于经济压力，George还是忍痛收起咖啡厅，专注回自己的本业，「当想做的事情太多，就只能去衡量什麽是自己真正拿手的，做好再去考虑其他。」在这讲求通才和斜槓的世代，他反而悟出专心致志的「职人精神」。 访谈尾声，George跟我们分享黑羊的下一步，「新春开工我就跟自己的团队说，今年我们就一个字——稳。稳扎稳打把每个案子做好，让大家看见我们的设计，建立起口碑。」此外，「乔治黑羊设计」也于2020年改为「黑羊国际有限公司」朝公司化的经营模式前进，「我想培养好设计师，把案子交给他们，自己转为管理的角色。虽说身为主管，我其实也不太改员工的设计，让他们自由发挥。」他希望透过人与世代的差异，为品牌注入活水，「这就是我们一直强调的，不管是员工还是业主，偶尔都能把心裡那隻黑羊释放出来。」无论事业如何拓展，George始终不忘黑羊的初衷与精神。
「人们总问：『为什麽设计这条路很辛苦，却还是决定走下去？』现在回头想想，我除了做设计，好像也没有别条路走得这麽开心，累得这麽开心。」笑意隐约从电话的另一头传来，乔治黑羊设计 李家齐 设计师 用黑羊般的勇于挑战的心，展现对设计的热爱与坚持；延续这份精神，期待他们持续以无拘的创造力，带给大家更多优秀杰出的作品。
