【现场直击】Pa Sen To八仙果%设计 人物专访幕后花絮
梅雨纷纷的凉爽时节，Pa Sen To八仙果%设计团队，首次接受OPEN团队的专访邀约，大方分享二十年来的种种经历：从总监踏入室内设计界的缘由，乃至和因缘际会下结识的各个伙伴，创立「筑境室内设计」共同打拼，尔后迈向「Pa Sen To」的形象革新，将多元的溷搭美学尽展世人视界；八仙果团队以亲切和缓的口吻，缓缓道出精彩丰富的品牌足迹，与我们度过一段欢快的午后时光。

（图）Pa Sen To八仙果%设计作品《轻漫忆光》 谈及最初选择进入室内设计领域的起因， 身为品牌创办人的王志峰总监坦言， 大学时期就读的其实是建筑系， 但在建筑事务所任职期间， 意外接手操刀一层一户的住宅设计， 自此对室设发展出浓厚的兴趣， 甚至于返回南部故乡后， 进一步创立「筑境设计」， 并和现在的伙伴们一一结缘， 令五名跨领域的设计师齐聚一堂， 共组为创想多元的设计团队。

【艾美幸福设计 许捷甯】淨白洁域潋粼光 朴雅暖木叙侘寂
结束尽日繁忙生活，轻启家门，久候相迎的轻浅木纹以温润暖韵舒缓身心，一旁，水纹玻璃朦胧透出客厅柔光与阵阵笑语，温馨氛围无形抚平倦意，引得归者颊边泛起幸福微笑，迫不及待拉开隔屏，迎向深爱的家人，尽享归宅后的天伦时光。
本文由OPEN编辑部撰写 设计概念 Design Concept 结束尽日繁忙生活，轻启家门，久候相迎的轻浅木纹以温润暖韵舒缓身心，一旁，水纹玻璃朦胧透出客厅柔光与阵阵笑语，温馨氛围无形抚平倦意，引得归者颊边泛起幸福微笑，迫不及待拉开隔屏，迎向深爱的家人，尽享归宅后的天伦时光。 依循来自日本的女主人喜好，艾美幸福设计 许捷甯 设计总监 藉减法设计屏除过多装潢、家具，配合低彩度的米白、淡灰和木色基底，呈递俐落不失素雅的极简风范，并于留白壁面镘抹粗糙质感的矿物涂料，搭配深浅各异的木质纹理、私领域门片的棉纹贴膜，展现丰富层次感，也酝酿朴实自然的侘寂氛围，此外，透过设置大片落地窗、水纹玻璃推拉门及嵌有玻璃的房门，令明媚日光深入、点亮公区各隅，悄然调和北欧的简约与日式的沉静，成就Japandi风格的混搭美学。 When you finish a hard-working day and enter your sweet home, the welcoming balmy wood tones soothe your mind at once. Adjacent, the warm light and laughter through the ripple glass softly relieve your tiredness. Therefore, you can't wait to open the screen, embrace your loving family, and willingly spend the rest of the day in the delightful retreat. Amy Studio's design director Amy Hsu has embraced a minimalist approach in our design, removing unnecessary decorations and furniture to cater to the Japanese lady homeowner's preferences. A neutral color palette of creamy, light gray, and wood tones achieves an elegant minimalist appearance. Rustic-textured mineral paint complements various shades of wood grains and fabric-covered doors, creating a rich layering effect in the pristine ambiance. French windows and patterned glass doors welcome natural light into every corner of the public spaces, enhancing the overall aesthetic. We've created a compelling representation of Japandi aesthetics by seamlessly blending Nordic minimalism with Japanese tranquility. 设计手法 Design Techniques 巧划格局 构筑温馨住所 Considerate Planning & Cozy Living 回应屋主夫妻对居家教育及亲子交流的重视，将客厅改为共学区，以木质长桌、单人椅取代传统的茶几和沙发，同时移除电视，予以业主一家敞亮无扰的伴读环境，另于餐厅中央採用可变形的陶板圆桌，和上方吊灯、天壁曲弧造型呼应，加深此处的圆满意象，共创家人细品佳肴、凝聚情感的舒适空间。 We improved the living room and turned it into a shared study area without a TV for the homeowner's family. A long wood table and single chairs substitute a regular sofa and coffee table arrangement, allowing an airy and calm space. Additionally, a rounded-shaped extendable ceramic dining table matches the curved ceiling design and the pendant light. These adorning elements accentuate an image of fulfillment and create a relaxing space that serves excellent dining and bonding times. 丰富机能 兼顾全面需求 Well-facilitated Arrangement Care for All Needs 玄关陈设大量收纳柜体，配合餐厅、厨房的储藏室，充分满足一家五口储物所需，客厅则藉由精准测量场域尺寸，预留日后置入活动书柜和直立式钢琴的空间，并保留电视牆原有线路，因应未来装设影音设备的可能性。 We installed accommodating cabinetry in the entryway, dining room, and kitchen to satisfy the five members of the family. Besides, audio-visual wiring and adequate spaces in dimensional accuracy for freestanding bookshelves plus up-straight piano facilitate multiple future demands. 精选设备 实践环保理念 Exclusive Equipment & Eco-friendly Practice 此案将卧房的吊隐式空调规划于廊道，避免机器运作音干扰休憩之馀，安排的出回风口也最大化调温效率，且于全屋选用零甲醛的环保建材，搭配具防虫、调湿效果的矿物涂料、角料，以及易养护的超耐磨木地板，赋予居者健康便利的生活。 A ceiling cassette air-conditioning unit in the hallway prevents disturbing noise and allows the most efficient temperature adjustment. Furthermore, non-formaldehyde building materials include pest-proofing, breathable mineral paint, constructional lumber, and easy-maintained laminated wood floors, collaboratively presenting healthy and easy living.
玄关 Entryway 玄关以少许高低落差的扇形落尘区彷拟日式玄关样貌，同时呼应上方天壁的圆弧元素，营造柔和舒缓的入门氛围，周围内嵌茶镜的半开放悬空鞋柜则延伸视觉，创造宽敞空间感。 We built a half-moon-shaped mudroom with slight variation in floor levels, typifying a Japanese Genkan. The sectional-opened, suspended shoe cabinet with tinted mirrors creates an airy display.
客厅 Living Room 作为亲子共读区，客厅划设整面落地窗，配合天花板多处的盒灯和嵌灯，确保孩童阅读时拥有充裕光线，也赋予身为教师的男主人可沉心伴同子女徜徉学海的清静天地，而足下舖设的米色地毯则携手桌椅的木质调性，进一步为此区挹注质朴柔润感受，彰显侘寂交融北欧风的天然气息。 The living room, incorporating light boxes and cove lighting, is designated as a child-parent shared reading zone with ample illumination. The calming vibe presents the home master as a teacher with an exclusive space to tutor his children. Besides, the wood table and chairs and beige rug cooperate to manifest a pristine Nordic character in a quiet approach.
餐厅 Dining Room 餐厅上方降板处铺贴浅色木皮，修饰内藏的横梁量体，四周分别规划银河白石纹壁板、木质柜体与隐藏门，形塑整洁划一的纯淨观感。 We shaped a sleek appearance coordinated with silver marble slab walls, wood cabinetry, and a flushed door. The light wood ceiling paneling embellishes a beam with a clean finish on the false ceiling.
主卧、主卫浴 Master Bedroom & En Suite Bathroom 主卧以灰白色为基调，佐搭床头木纹半牆、雾金玻璃壁灯，共同酝酿沉静温暖的舒眠氛围；卫浴充分活用採光良好的特性，规划大面窗户并摆置蛋型浴缸，当夜幕低垂之际，皎洁明月流淌入室，映耀一波波粼粼水光，入浴时，静心眺望户外美景，供住者尽享惬意的休憩时光。 The dominant neutral color matches wood-toned wainscoting and a misty glass sconce light, delivering a balmy and soothing sleep zone. Incorporated with adequate natural light, we installed large windows and an egg-shaped bathtub, allowing a pleasant view. When night falls, the gleaming water reflection by the clear moonlight favors the residents' enjoyable relaxation.
次卧 Secondary Bedrooms 考量长女正处就学年龄，较大间的次卧以矮柜划分睡眠区与读书区，提供独立的阅读场所，其馀两间卧房则各自放入双胞胎喜爱的色彩软件，于素淨中缀入一抹灵动气息，凸显孩童的活泼个性。 We installed a low cabinet as a divider between the sleep zone and reading nook in the largest room for the eldest daughter of school age. 自然化育万物生长，如同一幢包容三代同堂生活的家宅，推门入内，石纹描绘的山岚萦绕在木质周遭，彷彿可嗅到湿凉雾气，灰白间隙隐约透出朦胧薄光，呈递长空将亮，流云渐明之景，蕴藏迎接美好日升的期盼，引人进入一片惬意天地。

Veined marble imitates the mountain mist floating around the wood surfaces, and it seems that you can smell a bit of cool air. Hazy light penetrates between the grayish slabs as the morning sun shines through the clouds. The poetic image performing a fresh start of a nice day, leads people into a comforting field. Integrated the ideals of recreation and a multi-generation family, C.J.HOUSE DESIGN designers Cheng Liao and Jung Liao decided the project theme on a portrait that Mother Nature receives all living creatures. Bring morning sunshine and mountain mist to the interior; we utilize wood, stone, and metal to perform exclusively preferable styles. Besides, distinctively featured spaces deliver an aesthetic and cozy atmosphere in each respective way. 设计手法 Design Techniques 自然意象 现代质韵 Biophilic Design & Modern Motifs 以「山岚晨光」为主题，我们运用浅色大理石纹表现晨雾色彩，间接照明象徵和煦晨曦，形塑明亮大气的公领域，再搭配线条俐落的铁件，展现业主喜爱的现代风格，而足下散发暖意的木质地坪，则营造长辈中意的温馨感受。 To reveal the image of veiling mountain mist and morning sunlight, we take light-shaded marble veining as the mist and let the reflective lighting play the balmy morning sunshine. The grand design of the bright public space with sleek metallic fixtures performs a modern style that meets the homeowner's preference. Additionally, the warm-touched wood flooring satisfies the elders' wishes. 通透场域 便利机能 Open Layout & Facilitated Equipment 回应业主招待亲朋好友的需求，一楼规划为开放式公领域，提供人们尽情交流的宽敞空间，客厅中装设7.1声道的影音系统，为访客及居者带来优秀的视听体验；私领域将主卧兼作书房，床尾配置结合电视牆的书桌，让从事科技业的屋主能舒适地居家办公，也可自在切换工作和休閒模式。 To the need for recreation, we created an open layout on the ground floor, providing abundant public space. Besides, a 7.1 surround home theater system presents an excellent cinematic experience. In the private area, we built a master bedroom with a home office. The built-in desk attached to the half-wall divider allows the homeowner to work and relax at home. 健康无毒 长远规划 Healthy & Future-Proof Plans 思及业主将来三代同堂的人生规划，本案划设一间孝亲房、两间孩童房和一座电梯，提前为年迈长辈备好安全的上下楼路径，同时方便未来搬运婴儿推车等大型物件，此外，全案皆使用绿建材标章的材料，自根本处守护每位居者的健康。 The project aimed to incorporate three generations under the same roof. First, we planned a grandparent room and two kids' bedrooms. Moreover, we built an elevator that facilitated the elders to move up and down floors and carry large items such as baby strollers. In addition, we crucially preserved the residents' health by adopting the green-labeled standard building materials for the entire project.
客厅 Living Room 客厅壁面与天壁适度留白，提升明亮度之馀，也令人将目光聚焦在窗外美景、圆形端景柜等空间亮点，细细品味自然与工艺交融的艺术氛围，窗畔则规划卧榻，提供居者一方静享惬意时光的天地。 We moderately use some negative space on the ceiling and walls to elevate the brightness and focus on the attractive view out the window. Besides, the rounded recessed wall shelf makes a focal point, delivering a natural and artistic aesthetic approach. Then, a window seat also offers a reposeful corner to the residents.
餐厅 Dining Room 餐厅选用木作天花板营造温润舒适的氛围，其质朴纹理与壁柜的大理石纹相呼应，共同呈现山岚间的自然之美，另设计如倒置山峰的白色圆弧灯座，搭配线条简约的精緻球型吊灯，添加一抹时尚气息，一旁厨房入口规划附有水槽的吧台，方便居者享用饮品与洗涤杯器，未来养育孩童则可放置热水瓶、奶瓶消毒锅等器具，提升育儿便利性。 The wood ceiling presents a warm texture to the space and echoes with the built-in cabinets' marble veins, delivering a marvelous natural scene. Besides, the convex rounded ceiling design with simple stringed pendant lights with delicate spheres complements a modern approach. Aside from the kitchen entrance, the wet bar facilitates serving drinks or cleaning. The countertop applied a place for a water boiler or a baby bottle sterilizer required by future nursery requirements.
主卧 Master Bedroom 主卧床头选用质感沉稳的灰色斯曼特漆，镘抹出深浅交织的细緻纹理，并将木皮陈贴于天壁内凹侧、柜面和电视半牆，打造静谧安稳的睡眠场域，比邻更衣间入口装设清玻铁件拉门，不仅放大此处空间感更引入户外阳光，结合柔和的反间接照明，营造丰富的光影层次。 The gray cement paint on the headboard delivers an understated veining shade. Covering the cabinets, the half-wall divider, and around the tray ceiling, the wooden surfaces present a serene sleep zone. Access to the dressing room, the metallic-framed glass sliding door creates an enlarged illusion and invites balmy natural light. The mild reflective lighting design works with natural light to compose multiple layering effects.
次卧 Secondary Bedroom 孝亲房选用可调光窗帘，减少日照对睡眠的影响，予以长辈们良好的休息品质，预留给孩子的卧房则施作活泼的浅绿漆料，床尾规划充足的收纳空间，存放私人物品与玩具，保持房内整洁有序。 Adjustable blinds effectively reduce lighting hazards to sleep and present a high quality of rest. The light green walls preserve a vivid vibe for the future kids' bedrooms. （图）实创设计作品《云舞境》 儿时回忆引导志趣 「我小时喜欢画画，也喜欢堆叠积木跟製作立体卡片。」赖姿伊总监回忆，过往家裡的孩子们总会前往木工父亲作业的工地嬉戏，即使没有玩具，也可以捡木头废料自由堆摆，比起其他同年龄的友人，更常亲身感受空间从无到有的过程，「因为这样，不管对室内设计、或身处工地，我都有一种熟悉的感觉，才决定踏入这行。」兴趣和往日时光的堆积，牵引她踏上室设这条路。 国中毕业后，赖总监选择专科学校的室内设计科，「刚进去，老师就告诉我们『对这一行不熟悉的话，会因为了解而分开。』」细究爱情和室内设计的相似，她笑说，学校栽培美感除了广览各式艺术作品外，课程中会要求学生亲自尝试油画、水彩、摄影……等多元创作方式，而为了打造舒适场域，也必须了解诸如人体工学、精细图面绘製、各种家具及设施尺度的学理。随着吸收越多抽象和实务知识，许多人越可能察觉志不在此，「我反而因为了解而更有兴趣，进入这行到现在，我一直都做得满开心的。」从总监轻快明朗的语调中，可窥见她对职志的热忱。
（图）实创设计作品《云润星晖》 远赴澳洲进修 结束专科学校的学习，赖总监随即投入职场，她最初就职的室设公司将重心放在商业空间，给予总监许多吸引人群目光、呈现物件的经验，然而当远赴澳洲Swinburne University of Technology进修室内设计硕士和数位运用，她在游览异国的美术馆与建筑途中，学得另一种「少即是多」的美学，「他们的东西看起来舒服简单，令我明白空间不一定要充满装饰性，也让我想把这种简洁的概念运用在自己的创作。」 同时，赖总监在就学过程中获得深入思考室内设计的契机，「我们唸硕士的毕业门槛是提交专题。因为我已经有实务经验，和教授讨论后决定以此为基础，重新思考室内设计的沟通议题。」订下主题，总监重新检视和客户洽谈的经验，「最后我认为要从理解业主的生活出发，把日常习惯融入设计。现在设计时甚至会讨论到很细节的地方，像是收藏品展示，或是衣服版型数量等等。」过往经历成为她在异国精进自己的养分，也在归乡后成就今日的实创设计。
（图）实创设计作品《匀光柔忆》 创立自身品牌美学 实创源自英文Strong，选字则代表总监对自己和品牌的期许：透过「实在」这份价值和客户沟通，激盪出「创意」的火花，随后将创想与业主的生活融入室内设计作品中，带给对方独一无二的家与场域。面对各式家宅和商空，赖总监不仅替用者量身整理格局、配置软、硬装，也善用国外的简约美学，藉留白凸显重点，搭配跳色、纹理板材，展现舒适不失细腻的美感。 「另外，多数人买房通常会住三年以上，所以我也会建议尽量选用友善人体的建材，兼顾身体跟环保。」赖总监提到，过往美学和精密工学是室内设计不可缺少的基础，随着时代变迁，如今「健康」也加入其中，因此她身为设计师，自然需更注重每个细节，让空间在美、实用之外，实现人们安全及健康的需求。

梅雨和燠热交织之际，实创设计 赖姿伊 设计总监 接受OPEN团队的专访邀请，侃谈自幼喜爱绘画，也受到身为木工的父亲影响，学生时期便决定踏向室内设计之路，经历师长的栽培及自行选择的出国进修，不知不觉，已在室设这趟旅程走到创立品牌的中继站，令实创设计扎根于故乡，持续迈进。

日光漫照，转眼充盈整间淨白家居，流淌于圆润曲弧和俐落线条间，轻抚壁面细腻的纹理、点亮每格将填满回忆的展示柜，构筑一幅简练纯淨的美好风景，静待一家四口引领生活进驻，为此新添清脆的朗朗笑语。
本文由OPEN编辑部撰写 设计概念 Design Concept 日光漫照，转眼充盈整间淨白家居，流淌于圆润曲弧和俐落线条间，轻抚壁面细腻的纹理、点亮每格将填满回忆的展示柜，构筑一幅简练纯淨的美好风景，静待一家四口引领生活进驻，为此新添清脆的朗朗笑语。 回应业主的收纳需求与对现代风格的喜爱，棠禾设计 曾智和 设计总监 善用宅内各处空间并配置大量柜体，另将「洁淨、俐落、无压」作为关键词，公领域以灰、白主色搭衬品牌主打的暖意木纹，围塑敞亮舒适的起居环境，卧房则依居者喜好，打造拥有个人色彩的一方天地，予以每个人机能充裕的理想美域。 As sunlight gracefully bathes the space, it fills the pristine home. Adopt smooth curves and elegant lines, exploit delicate textures on the walls, and brighten every display cabinet where memories reside. We create a simple, refined, beautiful scene for the family to live in, bringing cheerful laughter that starts a new chapter in life. Considering the homeowner’s need for ample storage and a love for modern aesthetics, Tang He Design’s design director TSENG CHIH HE skillfully utilizes every nook and cranny, incorporating numerous cabinets. Taking “clean, sleek, and peaceful” as guiding principles, we adorned the communal spaces in a gray-white color palette, complemented by the balmy wood tones that define our brand, which creates a clear and inviting living environment. Bedrooms are tailored to the user’s preference, crafting personalized havens that provide an ideal and functional retreat for the room users. 设计手法 Design Techniques 灰白盈室 曲弧溢柔 Elegant Curved Feature: Soft Harmony of Gray and White 本案以纯白搭配灰色艺术漆，辅以线条元素，共组清爽俐落的现代风情；公领域天壁汇入曲弧元素，与曲面电视牆相呼应之馀，更添一抹柔和韵味，结合满载暖意的木地坪、深色调软装，营造敞亮温馨家居。 We skillfully exploited a palette of pure white paired with gray artistic coating, complemented by sleek linear elements, bringing about a refreshing and modern ambiance. Then, ingeniously incorporated the curved elements into the ceiling in the public areas, working in concert with the curvilinear feature of the TV wall, gently adding softness and charm to the place. Moreover, we integrate balmy wooden flooring and deep-toned furnishings, which achieve a bright and cozy home filled with warmth. 巧配机能 灵活空间 Smart Solution: Flexible Setting for Compact Living 因应案场坪数偏小，餐厅选用设有滑轮的机能餐桌，平时可收进餐边柜，释出宽敞动线，日后若想摆放正式桌椅，可撤除活动式餐桌，并于收纳处加装隔板改为展示柜，保有使用的自由度，而旁侧厨房入口设置一面长虹玻璃滑门，烹饪时能隔绝油烟，平时则维持敞开，营造宽阔空间感。 We meticulously set up a functional dining table with casters to resolve the cramped room issue. It can be easily tucked into the dining sideboard, freeing up ample space. Should the need arise for a formal dining setup, the mobile dining table can be removed, and the storage space can be equipped with panels to transform into a display cabinet, providing sufficient flexibility for the homeowner. Additionally, we thoughtfully arranged a reeded glass sliding door at the kitchen entrance to cut off gross smells when cooking, and it can be kept open to give unimpeded views on ordinary days. 各具风格 人本关怀 Distinctive Style: Human-Centered Design 私领域依据每位家庭成员的喜好打造卧房，主卧一改公共空间风格，以温馨的木色为主，给予业主夫妻放鬆的舒眠环境，两间次卧则採用居者挑选的色彩妆点床头牆，展现各自的独特品味，此外，全案皆选用绿建材标章的系统板材，搭配无甲醛涂料，共创健康无毒的天伦生活。 In the private quarters, each bedroom is tailored to the preferences of every family member. The master bedroom featured warm wooden tones to create a relaxing sleeping sanctuary for the couple, departing from the concise style in the shared areas. The homeowners opt for their favored color to finish the accent walls of two secondary bedrooms, showcasing their unique tastes. Additionally, we utilized engineered panels certified with green labels, complemented by formaldehyde-free paint, contributing to a healthy and toxin-free family living environment.
玄关、餐厨 Entryway & Eat-In Kitchen 玄关设计一面长虹玻璃小屏风，化解穿堂煞的风水疑虑，对侧设置嵌入穿鞋椅的鞋柜，其下方的悬空设计配合柜底通风孔，保持柜内乾爽透气。 In the entryway, a slender reeded glass partition serves as a Feng Shui-friendly solution to dispel concerns about negative energy flow. Then, we deliberately set out an embedded shoe bench with the shoe cabinet on the opposite side. The suspended design and ventilation holes at the bottom ensure a dry cabinet with good air circulation.
客厅 Living Room 素淨的客厅搭衬灰色系家具及电视牆，予人怡然舒适的氛围，比邻的展示收纳柜延续线条元素，并于内部加装线灯，更加凸显业主的藏品与家庭回忆。 The serene living room is adorned with gray-toned furniture and a matching TV wall, resulting in a homely and comfortable living room. Adjacent to it, the storage display cabinet extends clean linear features with embedded strip lights, accentuating the homeowner’s cherished collectibles and family memories.
主卧 Master Bedroom 主卧融汇书房及卧房，打造一处办公、憩息皆宜的舒适天地，同时延续居者对收纳的重视，床头由下到上分别设置矮柜、吊柜和叠柜，且于床尾的衣柜上方外加一层储藏柜，将充裕的储纳机能整合空间，兼顾实用与整洁。 A harmonious blend of a study and bedroom in the master suite creates a versatile haven for work and relaxation. Responding to the homeowner’s requirement for storage, we cleverly take advantage of the space to install the headboard cabinet, featuring low cabinets, wall-mounted cabinets, and stackable units. Additionally, above the wardrobe at the foot of the bed, an extra storage cabinet seamlessly integrates ample storage functionality into the space, providing a clutter-free and well-functioning room.
次卧 Secondary Bedrooms 思及正处学龄的孩童，两间次卧皆将书桌结合床头柜，提供孩子独立学习的空间，床头牆则分别规划洞洞板及层板，令居者摆置心仪的公仔和玩具。 In consideration of the school-age children, both secondary bedrooms seamlessly integrate study desks into the bedside cabinets, offering them an independent and conducive learning environment. Then, supplement exquisite decorations on the side, artfully brewing an elegant and fashionable atmosphere. As the doorbell rang, several close friends visited the affordable luxury, aesthetical residence, chatting, tasting tea, and enjoying the wonderful leisure moments. To uphold the brand concept-「mix and match in perfect proportions to create unique situations」, Pa Sen To Design Studio apply creamy paint on the walls to set a quiet shade tone of the shared area and integrate modern furniture and exotic fabrics to reveal chic and balmy aesthetics. Additionally, the ceiling design with curved moldings shapes an image of flowing hair flips as we rendered graceful European artist decorations. In the private spaces, paintings of diverse characters coordinated with vivid gold, blue, green, and black palettes compose a vibrant living style. 设计手法 Design Techniques 独具匠心 满足迎宾需求 Ingenious Layout Meet Entertainment Requirement 考量本案为屋主聚会所用的渡假宅，室内划设开放式公领域，满足业主接待亲朋好友的需求，并将餐厅规划于全室动线汇集处，令访客们得以自然汇聚一堂，同时选用轻盈的弧角桌椅、茶几，兼具安全性与自由调动配置的灵活度，成就开阔舒心的交谊场域。 We planned an open entertainment area in this vacation home for hosting gatherings, perfectly meeting the homeowner's requirements. The dining space as a hub accentuates smooth moving flows and allows all the guests to join in. Besides, we selected light-weighted and curved-angled furniture that facilitates flexible arrangement and guarantees safety. Families and guests can spend their leisure time in the cozy roomy space. 细腻思量 机能兼具美观 Considerate Planning Fulfill Aesthetics and Functions 玄关鞋柜门片採用古典线板，与比邻餐厅的欧风浮凋挂镜及餐边柜相呼应，使柜体融入雅緻氛围中，无形消弭量体感，一旁客厅设计彷壁炉的石质电视柜，供住者收纳公领域物件之馀，其上方平台用以摆放充满家族回忆的相框，为此处更添温馨暖意，另于和室内置入大型储藏柜，储纳各室备用寝具、生活用品，进而缩小主、客卧的衣柜，予以使用者宽敞的休憩场所。 We stick classic moldings on the shoe cabinet door at the entryway to correspond to the ornate embossed mirror and cabinet in the dining room, harmoniously creating an elegant and chic ambiance and seamlessly eliminating the visual volume. Adjacent, the fireplace-pattern TV unit in the living room provides a place to display family photos and adds a warm, loving touch. Moreover, we installed large storage cabinets in the Tatami room to stow spare bedding and living supplies. As a result, it preserves more resting spaces for the residents by downsizing the wardrobes in each room. 精简缀饰 实现健康家宅 Light Constructions Accomplished A Healthy Residence 全案透过轻装修减少建材使用量，并于立面留白处施作低甲醛的纯乳胶漆，不仅可避免轻微地震造成的漆料损伤，同时具备防霉耐污的特性，方便业主打理环境，成就环保安全的居家环境。 We adopted light construction manners and reduced consuming materials. Besides, low-formaldehyde latex paint applied to blank surfaces is easy to clean, mold-proof, and durable vibration. We accomplished a healthy environment with Eco-friendly building materials that facilitate the homeowner to maintain.
客厅 Living Room 客厅订製贴合电视大小的电视柜，使电子设备自然隐于背景，缀搭后方彷拟烟囱外型的立体梯形壁面，藉壁炉造型象徵家庭齐聚的和乐温暖。 We built a bespoke TV unit that organizes electric appliances covered behind. The stereoscopic chimney-shaped wall facade matches the TV cabinet, creating an image of a fireplace, which represents a warm and joyful feeling of family gatherings.
餐厅 Dining Space 餐厅採用石纹檯面的蛋形餐桌，协同上方金、黑曲弧造型吊灯及复层天壁，创造圆润高雅的艺术氛围，餐厨交界处则置入中岛吧台，提供居者和来客共同製作西点、自在谈天的怡然场所。 The egg oval shape marble top dining table is associated with the striking curvy pendant light, the multi-layered pattern ceiling, and walls, marvelously revealing a sleek, artistic ambiance. A breakfast counter between the kitchen and the dining table offers an unwinding spot for the residents and guests to chat or make pastries together.
主卧 Master Bedroom 主卧依循住者的喜好，以异材呈现出质感多元的黑色，予以业主沉静浪漫的舒眠场域，搭配床头两侧的金黄圆桌、床尾的金色饰品，让灵动的跳色成为空间亮点。 According to the homeowner's preference, the diverse furnishing in black palettes presents a fascinating and restful ambiance. Two gold nightstands and the bed end gilt ornaments feature dynamic color flashes in the space.
次卧 Secondary Bedroom 次卧于床头牆挂置荷叶造型圆镜，与主卧壁面装饰遥相呼应，下方则选用千鸟格纹床头板汇入时髦气息，佐搭鲜豔的黄、蓝民族风寝具、地毯，打造轻巧活泼的视觉观感。 The floral mirror on the secondary bedroom wall echoes the master bedroom wall adornment as the houndstooth pattern headboard delivers a chic mode. In addition, bright yellow and exotic blue bedding infuses a lively interest visually.
和室 Modern Washitsu Room 和室以黑、白色为基调，形塑异于他处的现代风韵，地台上方铺设玄色榻榻米，辅以蒲团、插花艺品和木色造型灯具等自然元素，于场域挹入清新静谧感，此处不仅提供屋主使用韵律球、摆放瑜伽垫的宽敞空间，也可兼作茶室、客房之用，充分满足居者的各式需求。 Black and white pallets dominate the washitsu room revealing a stunning modern flair. On the raven tatami floor, organic elements such as straw cushions, floristry, and a wood pendant light render a refreshing and serene feel. （图）马总监造访罗马万神殿（上）与米兰主教座堂（下）。 升级运营模式 灵活发挥众力 间隔多年的线上访问，马总监大方叙述品昕发展概况，「与过往相异、不再是以个人去进行专案，改为高效能的团体战，我认为是近年公司成长中最大的进步。」他笑谈，伴随近期案子规模增大，团队重新检视人力配置、分析成员的强项和能力，再针对项目所需进行重组，形成可发挥最高效率的分工模式。 此外，总监坦言疫情期间也和许多同业一样，曾遭遇缺工缺料、运输迟到等问题，应对与排解这些困难是相当宝贵的砥砺经验，也是大幅提升品牌能力的养料，并成为日后能为客户提供更佳服务的基石。在中国方面，当时困于较难亲临现场服务、沟通，会议也存有些许阻碍等情状，故暂时趋缓接案进程，如今时局又新，他表示最近会重启先前预定的行程，持续扩展事业版图。
（图）马总监参与义大利米兰大学建筑系异媒材拼接手作课，结束后与义大利米兰大学建筑系教授合影。 凝聚案场领略 分享设计之美 不仅将室设知识倾注于擘划场域，马总监也分享这段期间实现的夙愿：「我从以前就很想出一本关于设计基本理念的书籍。」过往负笈留美时，他发现当地对美学基本教育的重视，师长会要求学生们将承载发想及做法的手稿依序排列于桌面，并从源头开始检视其作品的基础根源。 这段经历也影响到他撰写着作《空间设计进阶美学：20道超美感设计经典法则》的本心，「我希望能够用更浅显、简单的方式，让人们深入去了解、欣赏设计。」一些具规律性的设计技法经过统整呈现予读者后，可以作为剖析作品的切入点，引发对「为何感受到美？」的探索，藉此尝试去理解设计师们看待事物的角度与方式，以及所使用的基本手法。 日前赴往义大利参展时，马总监也由美感教育角度进行观察，深切感触到义大利民族对艺术方面的看重与传承，以及从中积累而生的美学底蕴。「他们的成品不只是堆砌元素，更令人惊叹的是在线条、材质搭配上的构思高度，而即便是看不到的地方，也体现出对细节慎重处理的精神。」对总监而言，此次米兰之旅的感官盛宴也让他规划习取更多相关知识，持续精进自己的设计笔锋。

（图）马总监前往欣赏义大利建筑师Stefano Boeri的作品《垂直森林》。 不懈琢磨细节 唤醒材质灵魂 除了针对设计潮流的学习，过往承揽精品商空案件的经验，更令细腻匠心展现在品昕至今的所有创作中。对此，马总监总结出了几个要点：「场域氛围的塑造」、「发现材质本身的历史性及故事性」，与「不可缺少的细节点缀」。他以近期一件住宅作品为例，「要感到精緻、漂亮，还有一点点小距离。然而作为居处，释放亲近感的区域也不可或缺，会相当注重融合艺术性与无压感的整体布局能力。」至于如何具体地形塑氛围，首先是定位主题风格后延伸、拆解成细项，探讨透过哪些手法和材料去实现所追求的感受，于注意整体质感同时，逐步营造不同风情。 工程期间，总监则会向业主娓娓道来素材背后所承载的相关历史或特殊性质，由此在人心中产生不简单的趣味内涵。他从容举例，「有一种名为『水波纹安丽格』的木皮，它在视觉上呈现舒服的奶油白带棕黄色，并且切割方式特别，从不同的角度看，裡面会呈现散射。过去的欧洲经常採用它作为家具或壁面的材料，而LV在运用奶油色设计店面时，也选择此种木质进行搭缀。」实际运用此材质后，无论是温暖色泽上的柔美水波线条、实物的舒适感触和故事性，都深受该位客户喜爱。 他也谈及如何进行细处缀点，「使用镀钛收边是我偏爱的做法。要呈现高级质感，发亮的金属不可或缺──会发光、反射的小东西特别吸引人们的目光。」是故场域中添缀些许发亮的物件，是提升整体氛围调性的重要元素。
（图）马总监参观佛罗伦斯的米开朗基罗广场，并登上佛罗伦斯山，将整个城市的风光尽收眼底。 洞察科技浪潮 迎向寰宇百变未来 如同艺术创作的技法层出不迭，时局亦千变万化。谈及近期受到人们，特别是创作者所关注的议题──「人工智慧」，马总监表示设计师的优势或许在人类与生俱来的「感知」与甲、乙双方间的沟通联繫。AI在室设领域上，运用学习资料库生成设计方案的速度与数量非常惊人，日后在品质、精确度也只会更加进步，然而在感知上，或许AI能够透过演算得出人们感到舒适的最佳体验视距、宽度等数据结果，但是唯有透过设计师与客户亲自沟通，方能得到「对使用者本身最适合、舒服的专属设计」。 「五感作为感知工具、它们不发表任何意见，但讯息会直通心裡。」规划精神层面的感知，即为非实质的人体工学，是打造舒适体验不可或缺的部分。为此，设计师必须从「情感」、「生活经验」瞭解客户、进行沟通──这是目前AI并不具有的特质──毕竟在人所活动的场域中，室内设计师是最理解如何将个人特质融入、量身订製专属空间的行家。 最后，话题来到全球关注的环境保护与永续发展，总监沉思后向我们分享，品昕团队在施工后，会保留好的馀料并以清单清楚纪录。「因为挑选的都是很好的材料，要持续重视它的价值。」有时也会直接赠送材料，客户仅需支付工费。同时，他也认同设计师有责任预先为客户规划健康环保的素材，「不用将SDGs视作难以企及的目标，可以从它列举出的方向回推在自己的职业上，找到日常能实践的事情。」

【艺喆设计 彭俊中】清朗璞境满载柔忆 温煦叠续隽永未来
伴随时间推移，家屋累积了温度与记忆，材质刻画使用者痕迹，从第一间起家厝，过渡到第二间新成屋，喻示着家庭成员的增长，亦寄寓对新居、新生的祝福，因此定名爲《Accumulation》，意指逐渐累积的过程和成果，以「健康宜居」、「永续环保」为根，蔓蔓日茂枝叶扶疏，形塑而成贴近屋主一家的生活轮廓。
本文由OPEN编辑部撰写 设计概念 Design Concept 伴随时间推移，家屋累积了温度与记忆，材质刻画使用者痕迹，从第一间起家厝，过渡到第二间新成屋，喻示着家庭成员的增长，亦寄寓对新居、新生的祝福，因此定名爲《Accumulation》，意指逐渐累积的过程和成果，以「健康宜居」、「永续环保」为根，蔓蔓日茂枝叶扶疏，形塑而成贴近屋主一家的生活轮廓。 在第一间屋宅的基础上，第二间自宅如同植栽换盆的过程，承接既有样貌，但空间量体与机能上，益加进化升级。艺喆设计 彭俊中 设计总监 以「传承」为主轴，在格局划分时，仅先建构基本需求，预留更多弹性，以因应孩子不同年龄层的使用性质做变动调整，并选用绿建材为住居安全把关，构筑一处久居安适、陪伴成长的健康质感亲子宅。 A home has accumulated heavenly warmth and loving memories with marks and stains after use over time. It is meaningful to start a family at the first residence and then move to the second, representing the family's growth and a blessing to the new birth. The project named "Accumulation" signifies the progress and accomplishment. A plan based on healthy, livable, and environmentally sustainable manners consistently develops to outline the living style of the homeowner's families as a tree grows from roots. The second family residence coherently adopted the first home's original appearance and then renovated in advanced space and functions. Yì Zhe Design's design director PENG CHUN CHUNG features "inheritance" the curations facilitate primary requirements and preserve flexibility to adapt to different stages of the children's growth. Besides, the green building materials contribute to residential safety, achieving a stylish, timeproof, and parent-child sharing land. 设计手法 Design Techniques 环保建材×隔音工程 达至正向循环 Green Building Materials X Sound Insulation 因应屋主喜爱自然氛围，空间中运用大量原始材料，如石材、碳化木、镀钛、玻璃等生态绿建材，在铺垫场域风格同时，亦能兼顾健康环保概念，让幼儿身处无毒安全的成长环境。材质的自然纹理，伴随时间与使用痕迹，承载记忆温度，后续如有耗损，透过手工抛光研磨，即可进行换新。因所在为大楼，住户间容易互相影响，因此我们选用石膏砖，建置绿能隔间牆，兼具防火与防潮效用，并在天花板及地坪施作隔音垫，以加厚防水工程杜绝水气，之于质材或机能上，都能达至正向循环。 In using organic productions such as stone, anticorrosive wood, titanium-plated trims, or glass, the project is brimming with a natural vibe that the homeowner prefers. These authentic materials implement a distinctive style, Eco-friendly approaches, and health, contributing to providing young children with a safe environment. The natural texture of the materials carries the memory temperature after use comes with time and can be renewed by hand polishing and grinding if there is any wear and tear. Compellingly, gypsum block partitions are fire-resistant and humidity-proof. Sound insulation and water-repellant installations make great efforts to avoid environmental interference in the residential building. Ingenious curations perform efficient recycling constructions and functions. 石材立面×特殊工法 突破传统框架 Stone Façade X Unconventional Approaches 为表现量体气度并寄寓对家屋的祝福，在大面积电视牆的视觉呈现上，以一体成型的四方体石柱，耗时打磨、抛光，刻凿出优雅圆弧石牆，考量其热胀冷缩特性，我们在牆面接缝处，埋入1mm细线，提供材料呼吸空间。主卧和次卧延续公领域语彙，採以石材门面，串连视觉一致性，并突破传统框架，将防火门概念挹注于此，不论五金、载重、结构，都经详细计算，避免久居产生坍塌、变形状况。 The imposing TV wall design with a curved edge carved from a whole block presents a dignified aura and a wish of fulfillment. Considering its thermal expansion and cold contraction characteristics, we installed 1mm strings between the wall joints to provide breathing space for the material. Besides, the master and secondary bedrooms continue to have expressions similar to the public spaces, with stone façades that provide unconventional fire protection. Moreover, we precisely calculated the weight capacity of structures and hardware to keep them from deformation or collapse. 空间简化×格局配置 预留弹性机能 Minimalist Designs X Flexible-Functioned Curations 即将迈入五口之家，在空间使用上，有各自的需求与习惯，因此公私领域规划，以简单俐落为旨，不浪费坪数动线，并兼顾开窗通风，使整体视觉感受敞朗舒适。于格局配置上，夫妻俩希望空间视觉对称、分配得当，避免孩子成长期时，产生比较心理，于是目前仅先划设书桌、床铺位置，预留更多弹性，让未来机能发挥最大化。 The spatial adoption primarily effectively accommodates the respective requirements and habits of the family, which is closely becoming five members, with nifty planning that enhances transparency and excellent ventilation. Additionally, the homeowners hope to shape an equal allocation for the children as a matter of fairness. Therefore, future-proof blank spaces will have flexibility besides desk and bed arrangements.
玄关 Entryway 玄关以金属穹顶做为家的开场，接续立面及地坪石材，喻示不凡气质与磅礴气场。大面木质柜体由此延续至公私领域，奠定家屋温润气息，透过不同灯光配置，呈显纹理表情变化，于收纳同时亦带展示效果。为因应一家五口大量储物需求，我们在左侧划设储藏室，採用真皮立面结合镀钛框线收边，流露优雅设计语彙，平时外出鞋履衣物、球具及行李箱，都能收束于此。而针对不同家庭成员的身高和需求，也为其规划了固定高度与可弹性移动的穿鞋椅，让外出或进门穿脱衣物，都能从容且舒适。 The stone façade and flooring signify an imposing and dignified flair at the entrance, starting with the gloss-trimmed tray ceiling design. The whole wall cabinetry, equipped with a storage system, expands a balmy touch to the entire area and features wood grains. On the left, a leather-paneled door outlined with titanium-plated trims presents an elegant language; sports gear, suitcases, coats, and shoes belonging to the five family members are well organized behind it. Besides, the adjustable and movable shoe bench serves comfortable and convenient seating for residents of different heights.
客厅 Living Room 客厅是一家人频繁相处与久待休憩的场域，为提供给三个孩子更大的活动空间，与宾客来访聚会时留有馀裕，因此我们打开隔屏，将视域最大化。因本案属半毛胚屋，厕所位置无法移动，为遮蔽如厕时发生的声响，我们利用走道柜体去做隔间，并将电视线材设备，皆移至此半腰柜；客厅零散小物则收纳至窗边镜面柜，保持视觉上的俐落齐整，美型与机能兼具。 以木质、石材、皮革三种异材质，围塑自然轮廓，并透过弧形线条，包裹音响喇叭、灯具与出风口，使管线集中且达至连贯性，其他部分即可挑高设计，减缓视觉上的压迫感。此弧形语彙亦延伸至立面，考量小孩在家中活动的安全性，我们将直角转化为柔和圆弧，避免磕碰受伤。自电视牆延展而出的弧面，由实心的四方体石柱，经敲凿、研磨而一体成型，并在间隙埋入近1mm的极细线条，保有石材呼吸空间，防止建材因热胀冷缩的特性导致龟裂变形。 The living room is a hub for a family that often stays restfully and needs to accommodate adequate open space for the children and gatherings. Since the bathroom's location could not be moved due to the partial roughcast finish, half-wall shelving serves as a room divider to cut off noisy toilet flushes nearby. The half-wall shelving contains audio and video equipment, while the mirrored glass cabinet, aside from the window, enhances declutter. The arrangements above create a functional and aesthetic appeal in sleekness. Wood, stone, and leather elements highlight the natural aura; curved shapes embrace speakers, lighting fixtures, and vents, assembling the wiring continuously. Besides, the parts of the elevated ceiling relieve the visual heaviness of mass. Curves of the furniture keep the children from hitting injuries. Furthermore, the curved-edged column carved from a whole block, expanding from the TV wall, can resist thermal expansion and contraction with a 1mm line installed.
书房 Study Room 推开沙发背牆，由公领域过渡到私领域，属于男主人办公、阅读的僻静一隅，延续客厅材质语彙，以木质地坪、石材柜体、皮革弧形立面与镀钛收边，内外呼应建立一致性，而色调则选用其喜爱的深蓝色系，展现个性风格。并特别将座位规划面向窗景，于休憩放鬆时，能一览窗外城市绿意，裡外自然质调虚实相融，一室温润浸沐身心。 Behind the sofa, we set up a private space as the home master's exclusive work and reading nook. Inviting the same decorative materials as the living room, wood flooring, stone shelving, and a curved leather façade with titanium-plated trimming cohere the separate spaces. The home master's preferred Navy blue reveals a stylish character. In addition, the seating faces the window that invites exterior greenery to implement a comforting vibe featuring natural textures.
餐厅 Dining Room 沿动线而入，以大面端景牆为导引，进入餐厨区域，为其挑选巴西香榭羽绒花岗石，衬出透光景致，在灯光投射下，影影绰绰间，尽显独特纹理韵味。烹饪设备及电器机能皆划设在同一平面，并将三座冰箱嵌入柜体内，形塑整齐划一视觉；对向一侧则摆放小型家电，如微波炉、烤箱、咖啡机，做为轻食区，及储放零食乾货。由洁白米开朗基罗花岗石餐桌，延展至蓝鑽花岗石中岛，扣合区域中的深浅色配置，亦满足多人餐食聚会需求，配合孩童身高设计踏阶，兼顾使用上的安全性。 Brazil's translucent Pandora Granite backlit wall leads the way to the dining space. Unique grain layering patterns expose a distinctive charm. All the cooking equipment and electric appliances are on an equal level, as a built-in cabinet contains three refrigerators. This arrangement creates a clean and organized view. Then, a breakfast bar incorporates small electric appliances such as a microwave oven, a toaster, a coffee machine, and food storage. The Bianco Carrara dining table also matches the Volga Blue countertop, revealing various color schemes and serving for gatherings. The design equips a helper tower for the children, enhancing users' safety.
主卧 Master Bedroom 由电视牆后的隐藏门进入主卧，因应屋主使用习惯，动线规划依序为更衣间、梳妆台、卫浴，通过密码锁拉门后，才进至精品柜与睡眠区，也为日常起居增添仪式感。浴室选用不同尺寸、两种石砖，建构双主牆概念——洗脸台选自西班牙石纹薄砖，呈显主牆面视觉；马桶及淋浴间一侧，则拼接西班牙立体厚砖方便导水，搭配暖风机效果，助于通风防潮。卧室天花板採斜面设计，回应前一间住宅的客厅语彙，而床头背板则选用弧形皮革面，与本案公领域相呼应，悄然埋入巧思心意，希望在空间机能使用顺手之馀，亦保有情感温度。 A walk-in closet, a dressing table, and a bathroom array behind a flush door on the sofa back wall in order, and then the corridor accesses to the boutique display shelving and sleep zone through a sliding door with code lock. The curations complement a sense of ritual in daily life. Next, we implemented different-sized stone tiles in a two-toned wall design in the bathroom. Spanish marble wall panels reveal a cent on the vanity wall. On the other hand, ceramic wall tiles and a heater surrounding the toilet and shower room enhance water conductivity, humidity resistance, and ventilation. In addition, the slope ceiling design in the bedroom is inspired by the previous home's living room. The curved leather headboard features the same approach as the public spaces. Those nifty details contribute to a functional space with a warm feel.
次卧 Secondary Bedroom 考量小孩尚处幼儿阶段，因此保留大部分空间，暂时将此规划为游戏区，待未来较年长时，延伸成为卧室；并着重收纳配置，以因应不同年龄阶段需求，适当添加机能。选用柚木实木地板，表面经手工刮削、研磨，覆上温润触感，搭配奶茶色衣橱，围塑一室温馨氛围。 The room is a playroom for now because the children are still young. It will adapt to different stages of children's growth with more functional furnishings.
