【峥嵘设计 廖峥、廖嵘】清雅木色薰染碧空 齐塑无垠排云幽景
轻拨纱帘，开阔蓝空与多变云景映入眼帘，犹如天上秘境，与之呼应，室内以清晰连贯的视野，衔接各处空间与家人情感，搭配渐次提升的场域高度，期许业主一家共筑美好进步的未来，辅以大地色彩与木质纹路点缀画面，营造舒适澹雅的家宅。
本文由OPEN编辑部撰写 设计概念 Design Concept 轻拨纱帘，开阔蓝空与多变云景映入眼帘，犹如天上秘境，与之呼应，室内以清晰连贯的视野，衔接各处空间与家人情感，搭配渐次提升的场域高度，期许业主一家共筑美好进步的未来，辅以大地色彩与木质纹路点缀画面，营造舒适澹雅的家宅。 峥嵘设计 廖峥 廖嵘 设计师 运用擅长的意象式设计，将高楼窗景转化为层叠而上的天花板造型，形塑云气排开般的辽阔场面，巧妙结合清水模、实木皮、水泥漆三种材料，诠释天地相映的风貌，并规划弹性空间与休憩机能，打造恬逸的世外桃源。 Gently pull the sheer curtains aside, pop the vast blue sky and phantasmagoric clouds look like a quodis arcana. Plan clear, unimpeded layouts to link up each functional domain of the space and bond family affection. Supplement neutral Earth tone and balmy wooden elements; ingeniously create a cozy, elegant residence. Also, arrange multi-layered settings that indicate an advanced, blissful future that the family will achieve. Skillfully play the invented fictional design that C.J.HOUSE DESIGN designers Cheng Liao and Jung Liao are good at, and transform the scenic views of a high-rise building into a tier upon tier pattern of the ceiling, shaping a boundless look of rising clouds. Brilliantly exploiting fair-faced concrete, solid wooden veneers, and cement textured paint to present the scenery of heaven and earth. Moreover, plan variable spaces and lounging features and excellently create a home of peace and happiness. 设计手法 Design Techniques 视野辽阔 情感共鸣 Extensive view; emotional resonance 将窗外蓝天与云层景色融入设计，递增玄关、餐厅至客厅的天花板层次，同时修饰圆弧的流线轮廓，形塑天空逐渐开阔的意象画面，勾起居住者与外在环境的联想与共鸣。在空间规划方面，依循场域轴线分配各区宽度，规划顺畅有序的动线，并于厨房隔间选用透明玻璃材质，开拓公领域清晰相通的视野，自然促进家庭成员交流情感，创造舒适安心的幽境。 Integrate the outdoor blue sky and cloud view into the design, artfully set up a ceiling with layers from the entryway, the dining room to the living room. And bring an imaginary picture of the vast sky with the curvy pattern, initiating association and resonance betwixt the residents and the external environment. Ingeniously plan comfortable span of each domain and smooth flows of movement. In addition, choose transparent glass to erect a partition between the dining area and the kitchen to bring a clear and penetrating vision of the public domains and fashion a cozy and serene ambiance, firmly bonding the family affection. 色彩调和 天地氛围 Concordant base tone; pristine unsophisticated ambiance 立面运用实木皮点出视觉焦点，搭配衬托木纹的清水模基底，营造淳朴的大地氛围，并以白色水泥漆保留画面的馀裕，均衡配置三种建材比例，调和整体空间色彩，进而对映天花板的结构选材，打造内敛和谐的天地。考量场域双面採光的特性及业主喜好，使用嵌灯为主要照明，加以线型灯提升亮度，渲染静谧温馨的气氛。 Exploit solid wood veneers to manifest the focal points of the interior facades, and go with the fair-faced concrete walls, bringing about a rustic natural atmosphere. Moreover, supplement with white paint, harmoniously utilizing the three elements to correspond to the selected materials of the ceilings and creating an understated, agreeable tone of the whole space. Taking advantage of the excellent natural lighting of the foundation, we merely install recessed lights favored by the homeowner as the main lighting and improve brightness via linear-shaped fixtures, successfully rendering a peaceful and warm vibe. 弹性空间 便利操作 Alterable layouts; handy features 餐厨区运用铝框连动拉门，将厨房空间划入公领域，其门片採用侧面把手设计，结合磁吸地面轨道，提升操作便利性，不仅有效阻隔炊煮油烟，平时亦可收纳至玄关柜内，维持简洁俐落的视觉画面。 Set up an aluminum-framed glass sliding door to integrate the kitchen into the public area and effectively block the cooking oil fume. And enhance the handy features through the hidden door handle and magnetic levitation track design; on ordinary days, it can be pulled aside into the entryway cabinet to keep a concise and well-ordered situation. 长远规划 舒适机能 Everlasting plan; well-furnished circumstance 为了让家宅长久使用并永续传承，全室铺设防水性佳的超耐磨木地板，且使用防潮环保的系统板材，打造安全健康的居住环境；在舒适机能方面，架高客厅沙发后方的地坪，佈置为多功能区，配有插座与具备收纳性能的长椅，背牆设置半开放式书架，摆放书籍或展示品，窗边卧榻兼具书桌用途，方便业主进行各种休閒活动，一旁则预留安置钢琴的长型空间，未来可转为孩子学习音乐的场所。 Pave laminate flooring with an excellent water-resistant feature and exploit moisture-proof, eco-friendly system panels to build up a safe and healthy living environment that is favorable for long-term usage and inherits timelessly. Elevate the floor behind the sofa to configure a comfortable multi-functional area. Arrange a long storage bench and equips sockets, then fixes a semi-open wall-mounted bookshelf to place books and display knick-knacks. Set a window couch, which can also serve as a platform for various leisure activities. And meticulously leave space for laying a piano in the future so that the children can enjoy playing music here.
玄关 Entryway foyer 环绕入口处的Ｌ型玄关柜，辅以柔光映照木质纹路，温和迎接返家的人们，其开放式设计不仅方便收纳，亦能展示艺术品。一旁的系统衣柜，可摆放外出服与公事包，底部结合穿鞋椅，满足进出家宅的日常需求。考量穿堂煞的风水疑虑，大门途经客厅窗户的路线，设立固定的铝框屏风，期盼家庭生活顺遂、关係和睦。 We set up an L-shaped wooden console cabinet with soft lighting in the entryway foyer, warmly embracing people back home; the open platform is suitable for placing personal items and displaying artwork. On the other side, we design a wall-mounted wardrobe with a seat that meets the quotidian needs of laying outdoor clothes, handbags, and changing shoes. Moreover, we erect an aluminum-framed screen between the foyer and the living room to solve the geomancy taboo of the evil hallway. With sincere hearts, we hope the family will have a blissful life and harmonious relationship.
客厅、休憩区 Leisure living room 客厅主牆使用清水模，突显实木皮电视牆为视觉焦点，并于立面右侧设置黑色沟槽、搭配暖光，丰富细节变化，牆体轻柔包覆转角，将木质元素扩展至廊道，与Ｌ型玄关柜採用相同造型，延续温润的设计馀韵。 We finished the main wall of the living room with fair-faced concrete to set off the solid wood veneer TV wall and installed warm recessed light on the right to enhance the refined detail. Moreover, adorn the corner of the wall with timber boards and correspond to the entryway console cabinet via the identical L-shape, skillfully keeping up the balmy design feature.
客厅选用浅棕色软装与木扇叶，呼应整体设计的大地色调，吊扇置于空调出风轴线，运用正、反转调节功能，良好促进空气循环；落地窗搭配布帘与纱帘，形塑悠然高雅的气氛，休憩区则改由横向渗光的调光帘，塑造隐密柔和的视觉效果。 We opt for light brown furnishings and a ceiling fan with wooden blades to go with the Earth-toned living room. Hang the ceiling fan on the air conditioning vent to bring excellent air circulation. In addition, we hang gray drop cloth curtains and white sheer curtains on the French windows to create a gentle and elegant atmosphere. And take advantage of the zebra shades, which bring about a secluded and relaxing situation of the leisure nook behind the sofa.
餐厨区 Kitchen and dining area 餐厅选用透明玻璃吊灯，透过灯罩表现映光的通透质感。因应餐厨区的收纳需求，餐桌旁与厨房拉门交界处，均配置方形系统柜，容纳各种家电用品，并藉其柜体檯面添增备餐空间。 We install transparent glass pendant lamps to transmit brilliant lighting. Then, set up square system cabinets adjoin the dining table and adjacent to the kitchen sliding doors to meet the needs of laying various domestic appliances, and the tops of the cabinets can serve as outstretched spaces for preparing meals.
卧室 Bedrooms 卧室选用明亮清爽的白色，铺陈天花板及立面，并以隐形门藏起更衣室入口，打造整齐俐落的视觉画面。床铺对面的牆面，结合清水模与木作贴皮，隐藏建筑本体的立柱，设计为两侧对称的样式，呼应整体的风格材质，中间则规划ㄇ型系统柜，添增大量收纳空间，内部镂空处可置放画作与装饰品，为日常生活注入艺术气息。 We adopt the bright, clean white tinge to finish the bedroom ceiling and interior facade and set a secret door to hide the entrance of the dressing room, successfully fashioning a neat and tidy layout. Then, we exploit fair-faced concrete and wood veneers to finish the wall at the end of the bed to conceal the structural columns; the symmetrical design finely forms a consistent style. The upside-down U-shaped system cabinet provides a lot of storage space. And we leave a blank space in the middle, which can hang paintings and display decorations, artfully injecting aesthetic ambiance into daily life.
延续公领域的设计风格，床头牆同样使用清水模作为主要材质，烘托实木皮打造的床头板，搭配壁灯与线型灯点缀，呈现安稳舒适的感受。立面垂直的木纹系统板，与右侧化妆镜相映成趣，并藉由镜面映射延展整体视觉空间。 Continuing the design style of the public domains, we finish the wall above the headboard with fair-faced concrete to set off the solid wood headboard and go with a sconce and ambient lighting, presenting a stable and comfy layout. Adopt their favored pastel green, light yellow, and azure color schemes for individual private areas on different floors, revealing the unique personality of each family member. Comply with the unique long-patterned structure of the house, Chiauyi Interior Decoration Design design director Linda Wang plans an open, connected public area. The smooth flow ingeniously links up the functional domains, such as the home office and the parent-child gathering space, letting the family accompany each other closely. 设计手法 Design Techniques 凝聚亲情 增添机能场域 Expand functional domains to gather family affection 为了给予业主一家宽敞的相处空间，将附属于透天宅邸的户外空地纳入室内，更动厨房位置，迎来舒适明亮的料理空间，运用原厨房流理檯区，设计大型酒柜，展示名品红酒及餐具；因应男主人的职业性质，客、餐厅之间，以灰玻隔牆和L形书桌规划居家办公区，工作之馀亦可看顾孩童、陪伴女主人下厨，一同度过温馨时光。 Incorporate the vacant lot into the house to renovate a wide-open space for the family to live. Relocate the kitchen to create a comfortable and bright cooking space. Moreover, set up a large-scale wine cabinet to display fine wines and tableware. Exploit a gray-tinted glass partition and an L-shaped desk to arrange a home-office nook between the living and dining rooms so that the householder can work from home, look after children, and accompany the hostess to prepare meals; merrily spend happy time together. 善用格局 顺畅生活动线 Ingeniously plan agreeable layouts to bring smooth living flows 由于此案屋型狭长，公、私领域皆规划直进式的一字型动线，无隔间的一楼，于餐厅前设置带有图腾的灰玻屏风，化解穿堂煞风水顾虑；二楼主卧室，则善用柜体及家具，划分更衣区、睡眠区与临窗卧榻区，依序转换不同的区域机能，方便日常起居。 Due to the long and narrow pattern of the house, plan the public and private domains of straight-line layouts. On the open-patterned first floor, erect a grey glass screen with a totem in front of the dining room to solve the geomantic taboo of an evil hallway. On the second floor, the master bedroom is divided into a dressing area, a lounging area, and a window area with different functions to facilitate daily living. 时尚黑白 变化缤纷色彩 Stylish black-white tones complement colorful schemes 公领域软装选用调性稳重的黑色，配饰些许深色木纹，周围环绕对比强烈的纯白天壁，一同表露简约的时尚气息；考量就寝时的舒适体感，主卧室与男孩房牆面，分别改为低调的浅绿、鹅黄，以及活泼的天空蓝，并将此色沿用至床头绷布，选用防焰耐髒的PVC材质製成，确保日后维护便利性；全屋随楼层变化的色彩，均依循家人们的喜好一一佈置，使其坐拥与自身契合的氛围画面。 Select stable black-toned and deep wood-textured soft furnishings to complement the surrounding pure white interior finishes, showing a simple and fashionable ambiance in the public area. Adopt pastel green, light yellow, and lively azure colors to finish the master and young boy's bedrooms' walls, successfully resulting in comfy sleeping situations. Furthermore, choose identical-colored PVC material with flameproof and stain-resistant features to set the upholstered headboard, which is easy to maintain afterward. Adopt apt color schemes for each floor to meet their preferences and bring delightful vibes and views that fit individual family members.
客厅 Living Room 客厅的灰大理石电视牆，跳脱传统框线束缚，于两侧打造不对衬的立体区块，对面纯白色的木作沙发背牆，则镶嵌条形灰镜，运用深浅交错的纵横线条，表现时尚俐落感；望向家宅内部，餐厅前方半通透的灰玻屏风，其图腾以精细的CNC切割木质加工製成，为色彩纯粹的空间增添丰富层次。 The grey marble TV wall in the living room converts the stereotypical frame design into asymmetrical three-dimensional patterns on both sides. Inlay strip-shaped gray-tinted mirrors on the white wooden wall behind the sofa brilliantly present a neat stylish look through the staggered linear features. Adopt fine CNC machining to shape a whimsical totem on the transparent grey glass screen in front of the dining room, adding rich layers to the simple-toned space.
餐厅 Dining Room 餐桌上方，悬挂造型简约的圆圈吊灯，寄託美好的「团圆」寓意；侧牆的大型木作酒柜，后方装设软条灯，渲染柔和光晕于业主珍爱的名酒收藏，其间错落的垂直层板，除了展现轻盈造型，亦兼作书挡板，可依不同时期的收纳需求，将此柜体转作书架。 Install a chic ring-shaped pendant light above the dining table to convey the beautiful implication of "Reunion." The large wooden wine cabinet on the sidewall features the homeowner's precious fine wine collection via soft wall washer lighting. The random vertical plates also serve as bookends and ingeniously transform into a bookcase to meet different storage needs.
卧室 Bedrooms 卧室的卫浴门片，皆利用企口与跳色牆面完全贴合，完美隐藏入口处；依循业主一家实际生活型态，房内量身配置形式、用途多元的系统柜体，并于男孩房增设书柜收纳空间，于书桌前加装烤漆玻璃，作为白板与便利贴牆，方便尚在就学阶段的孩童使用。 The Ensuite bathroom doors integrate with the jump-colored walls through tongue and groove joints and perfectly conceal the entrances. And customized system cabinets of varied patterns and features agreeably satisfy the family's real-life demands. 画布般的灰白壁面，轻捻妙笔抹开一方微凉池水，勾勒出一株枝芽翠绿的白水木，令一幅禅景悄然跃现于繁忙的都市巷弄中，而深处隐约飘来的佳餚香气，吸引过客们好奇探寻：「倘若拐过巢型壁灯的转角，是否真能通往世外桃源？」
本文由OPEN编辑部撰写 设计概念 Design Concept 画布般的灰白壁面，轻捻妙笔抹开一方微凉池水，勾勒出一株枝芽翠绿的白水木，令一幅禅景悄然跃现于繁忙的都市巷弄中，而深处隐约飘来的佳餚香气，吸引过客们好奇探寻：「倘若拐过巢型壁灯的转角，是否真能通往世外桃源？」 融贯象徵餐厅品牌的「巢」与沉稳闲静的「禅」，川沃设计 谢旻轩 JASON 设计总监 结合环保材料和鸟巢周遭的元素，运用石皮、木材与水源构筑安宁的飨食空间，期许藉质朴的天然纹理，传递自然和人的密切性，同时于门面以现代手法重现古时影壁，搭配后方的转折廊道，替造访者隔绝匆促生活中的熙攘，带来静心享受美食的恬适。 The gray and white canvas-like walls delicately spread out a small, refreshing square pond, bringing the lush greenery of a Silvery Messerschmidia. This Zen-like scene quietly emerges amid the bustling city streets. The delectable aroma wafts through the alley, enticing passersby to curiously explore: "If one turns the corner of the nest-shaped wall lamp, could it truly lead to a utopian paradise?" By fusing the symbolic "nest" of the restaurant with Zen-like tranquility, Chuan-Wo Architecture & Interior Design‘s design director XIE MIN XUAN artfully presents a peaceful dining area using stone cladding, wood, and water, integrating eco-friendly materials and elements from the surrounding natural habitats. We sought to convey the intimate relationship between nature and humanity via simple and rustic textures. Additionally, skillfully utilize modern techniques to recreate ancient screen walls at the storefront, along with the turning corridor at the back that provides the guests with a respite from the hustle and bustle of daily life and indulge in a comfortable and inviting dining experience. 设计手法 Design Technique 自然纹理 世外桃源 Utopian paradise with natural textures 本案位处年代久远的住宅区，藉由精緻的外观与周遭形成反差，无形彰显店面存在，素雅的影壁牆巧妙阻隔行人视线，更为场域增添神秘氛围，缓步穿过牆后廊道，保有原始纹理的木石元素映入眼帘，不仅贴合品牌印象，也进一步加深隐世桃源的意境。 The building is nestled in a charming, timeworn residential area, where its refined exterior stands in stark contrast to its surroundings. The elegant screen wall subtly announces the presence of the restaurant while cleverly blocking the view of passersby, enhancing the mystery ambiance of the place. Strolling down the corridor, the rustic textures of wood and stone catch your eye, perfectly embodying the brand image and deepening the sense of being in a secluded paradise. 主客交流 以食会友 Socializing over Food with guests 用餐区根据主厨的要求调整料理台高度，同时消弭铁板烧料理形式中厨师与顾客间的分界，让进食不再是单纯满足口腹之慾，双方也不只是服务的供需者，而是透过餐点交流、足以分享彼此想法的友人。 The dining area features chef's counters, thoughtfully designed to accommodate the chef's height while dissolving the boundary between chefs and diners, breaking away from the typical teppanyaki style. Dining is no longer just a simple transaction but an opportunity for both parties to connect and converse over the meal, building friendships that foster meaningful ideas. 恬静禅意 烘托主轴 Accentuate the Main Theme with tranquility and Zen Vibe 全室选用低彩度色调，将主角留给桌上佳餚，令顾客静下内心，细品美馔；深处的用餐区背牆铺贴大片粗犷石皮，而对侧排列工整的方圆造型砖，展现对比美感，长型吧台作为两方之间的平衡地带，则象徵中庸之道的自适禅意。 The entire space is adorned with low-saturation colors, allowing the dishes on the table to take center stage and inviting guests to savor their exquisite flavors in a serene ambiance. In the deep dining area, the rough stone wall creates a stark contrast against the orderly square-shaped bricks on the opposite side, beautifully revealing the aesthetics of juxtaposition. The long-shaped bar counter, which exceptionally balances the two areas, embodies the essence of "the golden mean" with its Zen-like tranquility.
外观 The Exterior Appearance 本案外观运用大量灰泥形塑简约画面，伴随木质天花板、石材质感的阶梯，预示内部场域风格，入口端景则以鏽面金属石板搭配巢型灯，透过拼接材质无形吸引顾客目光，间接引导入内。 We skillfully employ a significant amount of plaster complemented by wooden ceilings and stone-textured stairs that indicate the interior style to perform a concise and elegant picture. The entrance features a rusted metal slab paired with a nest-shaped wall lamp which subtly captures guests' attention through a harmonious mix of materials and indirectly guides them inside.
柜檯 The Reception Counter 入门即见的素雅灰牆搭佐灯光与金属层板，以极简姿态呈现细腻的表面纹理，令顾客沉淀纷扰的思绪，一旁的柜檯面选用剖半原木，兼顾实用性和装饰性，传递自然风情。 The simple and classy gray walls, accented with lighting and metal panels, greet the guests at the entrance with a refined surface texture that calms the mind. The adjacent reception counter is crafted from split logs that blend practicality and aesthetics seamlessly, exuding a natural charm.
座位区 Dining Area 用餐区尽头上方悬挂四盏造型各异的竹编吊灯，在大面积的深色空间中，成为由入口向内观看的视觉焦点；烹调区採用檯面式排烟设备，形塑宽敞健康的用餐空间。 Gracefully hung four diverse-shaped bamboo pendant lights at the end of the dining area, creating a striking feature, as one looks inward from the entrance. 【咏絮设计】当代工艺拓印往迹 赤心承递悠久馔香
宁静的街区中，一幢简约纯白的建筑在暖阳的烘托下，绽放清新明亮的朝气，也凸显外牆上一抹鲜红的招牌色彩，徐步入内，印入眼帘的相异灰阶铺展质感满盈的现代风范，传承近半甲子的浓郁麵香飘荡其中，呈予饕客创新与怀旧并存的美好滋味。

Walking into the restaurant, the modern counter area paved with varied gray textures welcomes the customers. They have served fragrant noodles for nearly 30 years and now present a delectable taste that perfectly blends innovation and pleasant remembrance for the food lover. Differing from the general impression of the hustle and bustle dining environment of street foods, YUNG HSU INTERIOR DESIGN concisely reconfigures the spacious and comfortable layout integrated with clean linear features and interesting coating texture. Agreeably intermingle modern aesthetics with the traditional noodle shop, just like a bowl of noodles with rich dripping sauce, fashion the long-established restaurant with an up-to-date style also plates up tasty and enjoyable meals for customers. 设计手法Design Technique 实地规划 描绘精准格局 Precisely refurbish the layout after the visit in person 为了规划流畅的动线与合宜的座位配置，我们以实地走访取代纸上模拟，透过多次的排列组合，划设出可容纳60至70人的客席区，并透过130公分以上的餐桌间隔，提供顾客舒适的用餐环境，另于主要通道预留170公分的宽度，令客人与推送餐车的送餐者能够同时活动，给予服务人员宽敞、安全的工作环境。 We not only sketch the interior design on paper but come to visit the restaurant in person. Appositely create seating arrangements for up to 70 guests, place the tables at least 130 cm apart, and leave the 170 cm passage to give a safe working environment so that the customers and servers can share the inviting and spacious dining area with a smooth flow. 层次涂料 彰显品牌风貌 Perfectly manifest the brand image with layering coating 本案使用涂料与清水溷凝土展现立面的多层次风貌，自入口玄关的右侧牆面为起始，选用纹理如水泥般粗犷的义大利涂料，并将品牌logo和繁花图腾以拓印的效果呈现，打造独树一帜的迎宾景緻，内部客席区则运用后製清水模取代常见的白牆，不易沾黏的质地可直接擦拭清洁，节省补漆的资源与繁复工序，位于动线尽头的原木客餐区採用壁纸漆，搭配特製的圆弧造型镜，转换场域风貌，一旁的酱料区融汇店舖精神，以砖红色特殊漆表现出执杓者勤奋而热情的心，形塑一道亮眼的造型主牆。 We exploit the fair-faced concrete and different coating to enhance the complex form of the interior surface. Eyeing from the rough gray wall on the right side of the entrance, we delicately apply the Italian coating with a concrete-like texture and imprint the brand logo and flower motif on it to perform an exceptional and welcoming atmosphere. Instead of the prevailing white wall, we artfully furnish a cos-architectural concrete wall for the dining area. The surface doesn't absorb pollutants and can be easily wiped and cleaned, avoiding the complicated process of touch-up painting. And meticulously re-style the end of the dining area with the timber grid partition and circular mirrors. Furthermore, we brilliantly show the core spirit of the store and show off the diligence and enthusiasm of the chef via the brick-red-finishing wall at the condiment area that brings a stunning focal point to the restaurant. 几何线灯 注入蜿蜒光晕 Brilliantly introduce twisty luminescence via geometric light fixtures 配合此案挑高、大面积的天花板，室内採用线型灯与嵌灯为基础照明，另悬吊订製的铁件铝条灯，增添光源层次，而四周牆面也镶嵌同款灯具，展现丰富的线条感，原木客餐区则选用环形吊灯，呼应壁纸漆面上的圆弧造型镜，酝酿柔煦的温润氛围。 Owing to the high ceiling, we artfully installed strip and recessed lights and hung up tailor-made aluminum light fixtures to enhance the illumination of the large room. Then similarly decorate the lightning on the surrounding surface, adding a rich linear pattern. Moreover, we exploit the ring pendant light to correspond to the circular mirrors in the wooden dining area, gently resulting in a balmy and pleasant vibe.
柜檯 Front Counter 接待区铺陈復古的六角砖并向上延伸至柜檯，另叠加纹路细緻的大理石材，搭配一旁俐落的铁件层架与别具一格的造型logo牆，为延续二十多年的传统美味添入新气象，而后方的招牌背牆则选用业主锺情的卡拉拉白石材，其细腻的肌理与石质大气的质感相映成趣，旁侧特意裁切一道方形空洞，兼具减轻量体与透视之效，增添空间的层次感。 Skillfully lay the hexagonal tiles from the flooring to the facade of the front counter, which combined the exquisite marble materials, assorts with the mounted iron shelf at the side and the unique feature wall, remarkably creating a welcoming ambiance to the place for over 20 years serving. We strikingly exploit the Carrara white marble to manifest the brand logo, artfully casting the polished marble front desk. Furthermore, meticulously set a square entrance on the side that grows a concise feeling but visually rich space.
展示区 Side Dish Display Area 展示区以鲜明的图示，搭配封闭式的清玻冰柜，让点菜的顾客可一目瞭然食材的品项同时兼顾卫生，一旁连通厨房与用餐区的拱门造型，则回应二代业主喜爱的復古氛围，展现新旧交融的怀旧风貌。 Cleverly utilize the clear-glass bar with the food graphic hanging above, allowing customers to discern the ingredients easily in a clean and tidy environment. We reveal an arched entrance that connects the service area and the kitchen. The curved shape meets the proprietor’s taste in retro style, wonderfully interweaving with the modern design.
客席区 Dining Area 客席区规划四人座与双人座，中央採用灰色长型椅复合灰玻隔板，划分开放式的场域，不仅保留空间的通透感，也让两边的客人保有隐私，此外，回应业主对于原木质感的锺爱，特别于客餐区的尽头加入木质格栅与半腰壁板，营造圆润温煦的用餐感受。 We skillfully reconfigure the dining area for 2-seater tables and 4-person tables. Excellently place a long bench with the grey-tinted glass partition on the seat back at the center of the service area that can bring about unimpeded views and provide privacy for the diners on both sides withal. In addition, we moderately exploit the timber grid partition and waist-height wooden veneers at the end of the dining room to satisfy the proprietor's fondness and perform a warmhearted circumstance.
酱料区 Sauce-making Area 酱料区以抢眼的砖红色漆料为基底，除了传递业主数十年如一日的热忱，也具引导顾客之效，牆面结合招牌logo的椭圆图形，设计两道置入间接照明的壁龛，内部摆设店家的特製麵碗，令此处成为空间的视觉焦点，同时向人们呈递鲜明的品牌形象。 Brilliantly finish the sauce-making area with a vivid red color palette manifesting the enthusiasm that the proprietor's never lost and representing an eye-catching featured wall. Ingeniously install the indirect illumination for two oval-shaped recesses, which imply the brand logo, and display the tailored noodle bowls designed by the owner. 【乔治黑羊设计 李家齐】回首纽约——细数黑羊的设计人生
以首次曝光的家宅作品《透・景》，便拿下德国iF设计大奖的 乔治黑羊设计 李家齐 设计师，面对这令人称羡的好成绩，他笑着直言：「比起这个，我更想稳稳的把每个案子做好，让客户看到成品才是最实际的！」或许在旁人眼中他的设计生涯一路顺遂，但只有George（李家齐）知道，自己是如何从对设计感到迷茫，到历经纽约留学的洗礼，重拾对设计的初心与坚持。

（图）家宅作品《透・景》将各楼层隔间拆除，再透过设计融入屋主喜爱的风格元素，打造出自在舒适的绝美宅邸。 亦步亦趋 找寻方向 从建筑、家具、产品再到室内设计，综观George的人生与职涯轨迹，「设计」显得鲜明而重要，他却坦言：「我花了许多时间找寻自己的方向。」大学时期选择攻读建筑设计，但天生对数字和法规不在行的他，愈读愈辛苦，逐渐对自己的选择感到茫然，忆起彼时，他只说：「当时我告诉自己再也不碰设计，因为太累了。」 跟随着大家的脚步，毕了业、当完兵，准备踏入职场前，才发现自己什麽都不会，「用这种状态去工作，有点心虚。」他讪讪地说；面对现实与未来的冲击，他开始思考自己下一步该怎麽做，「那个年代很流行游学，我就想出国看看，而之所以选择去纽约，是因为那裡有来自世界各地的人、无限的可能。」带着忐忑、好奇的心，George准备迎来人生一大转捩点⋯⋯

（图）作品《flow shelf》设计手稿，Adam Fu完稿。 纽约求学 绽放光彩 到了纽约，接触来自世界各地不同的人、事、物，不同的想法与无拘创造力，让George重新审视自我、重燃对设计的热忱，「我决定在这裡读研究所，所以先回台湾边工作、边准备作品集，卯起来唸书、申请奖学金，也是这时候才培养出做设计的兴趣。」George的声音透着些许激动；进入纽约室内设计学院（NYSID, New York School of Interior Design），他体会到这裡的教育方式跟台湾不太一样，「教授不会告诉我们要做什麽，而是学生主动提出想法，老师再配合指导；虽然都做设计，但大家想呈现的都不同。」学会如何独立思考，发展出与众不同之处，这是George在国外学到最宝贵的一课。 完成学业后，George选择留在纽约工作，也遇到将他推上人生第一次高峰的贵人，「我在一家设计公司担任经理，当时ICFF纽约设计会外展刚好办在我们公司，一位加拿大籍法裔的同事知道我私下有设计一些东西，就鼓励我试试看。」他拿出酝酿已久的小品之作《tie tea》茶桩杯应战，结果一战成名，受到国际设计圈瞩目，杂志採访邀约不断。 意料之外的成功，让George萌发创业的念头，在妻子的支持下，他创立品牌Le mouton noir & co，陆续推出《a date with wine》时计酒塞、《flow shelf》、《B.B.猪仔调味组》等日常小物。看似顺遂的一切，老实的George却向我们坦承：「赚到了名气，但无法兼顾麵包，可是年轻就是这样，天不怕、地不怕，不会考虑那麽多。」回首往事，他显得格外洒脱。
（图）George经营的部落格「黑羊讲设计」，以风趣的口吻介绍许多国内外品牌给大家认识。 现实理想 自我调适 多年的旅居生活，George和我们分享自己观察到的台美设计差异，「我们的製造业很发达，只要有想法就能把东西做出来，而且功能性很强。」虽然便利和机能是优势，却也潜在容易被复製、抄袭的隐忧，「外国正好相反，比起实用，他们更注重概念性的东西，但相对的，设计师要考虑的因素更多，因为製造商不好找，东西可能做不出来。」他客观地分析。 而这也衍生出一种现象，「製造的环节让台湾设计师非常吃香，但也因产品易取得、价格低、选择性多，导致很容易买到高彷品。」George无奈地道出事实，「这也是我想写部落格（黑羊讲设计）的原因，透过撰写品牌故事，推广创作者的精神，让大家知道设计师对作品投入的心血。」 保持乐观正面的想法，George回到台湾成立黑羊室内设计，但与客户接洽的过程却不如想像中顺利，「刚开始有点不习惯，在国外我们介绍材料、讲解动线，在台湾则是以预算为优先考量。」虽然跟预期的有落差，身经百战的他立刻调整心态、换位思考，「业主抱着期待的心情来找我做设计，我们能做的就是多讨论，找到双方最满意的平衡点。」设计过程中不免会有意见分歧，但每回难题都是一个学习的机会，「沟通永远是最重要的！」George强调。

（图）黑羊咖啡厅推出咖啡礼盒与自行设计的帆布袋。 黑羊无拘 归于设计 回台后，George除了成立乔治黑羊设计，在一个偶然的契机下，还开启自己的咖啡事业，「某天开车的途中，我思考着虽然一直做设计，但也没人说我不能做餐饮，所以就找了朋友一起创立黑羊咖啡厅。」如同一隻不按牌理出牌的黑羊，George有了想法便勇往直前，「我加入设计的概念，把咖啡厅做成一个展场，让有才华的艺术家展示自己的作品，提供他们曝光的机会。」同为创作者，George深知他们追求理想的渴望。 然而，尽情奔跑的黑羊，有时也会被现实的高牆挡下，「某方面，我自觉黑羊咖啡厅做得很成功，但一样是名声大于实际收益。」即使经营出一套心得，碍于经济压力，George还是忍痛收起咖啡厅，专注回自己的本业，「当想做的事情太多，就只能去衡量什麽是自己真正拿手的，做好再去考虑其他。」在这讲求通才和斜槓的世代，他反而悟出专心致志的「职人精神」。 访谈尾声，George跟我们分享黑羊的下一步，「新春开工我就跟自己的团队说，今年我们就一个字——稳。稳扎稳打把每个案子做好，让大家看见我们的设计，建立起口碑。」此外，「乔治黑羊设计」也于2020年改为「黑羊国际有限公司」朝公司化的经营模式前进，「我想培养好设计师，把案子交给他们，自己转为管理的角色。虽说身为主管，我其实也不太改员工的设计，让他们自由发挥。」他希望透过人与世代的差异，为品牌注入活水，「这就是我们一直强调的，不管是员工还是业主，偶尔都能把心裡那隻黑羊释放出来。」无论事业如何拓展，George始终不忘黑羊的初衷与精神。
「人们总问：『为什麽设计这条路很辛苦，却还是决定走下去？』现在回头想想，我除了做设计，好像也没有别条路走得这麽开心，累得这麽开心。」笑意隐约从电话的另一头传来，乔治黑羊设计 李家齐 设计师 用黑羊般的勇于挑战的心，展现对设计的热爱与坚持；延续这份精神，期待他们持续以无拘的创造力，带给大家更多优秀杰出的作品。

【峥嵘设计 廖峥、廖嵘】緻墨撇捺挑勾纵横 纯白时尚点染暄和
浓重的墨色纵横于纯白之间，一撇一捺，清晰勾画出深邃的天际界线，搭衬沉稳的灰调石纹于立面铺展，辅以温润木质调和色彩，在金属灯饰的缀点下，低调焕发优雅的时尚格调。
本文由OPEN编辑部撰写 设计概念 Design Concept 浓重的墨色纵横于纯白之间，一撇一捺，清晰勾画出深邃的天际界线，搭衬沉稳的灰调石纹于立面铺展，辅以温润木质调和色彩，在金属灯饰的缀点下，低调焕发优雅的时尚格调。 依循业主考量，峥嵘设计 廖峥、廖嵘 设计师 置入轻盈的玻璃屏风与镂空柜体，兼顾设计美感与隐私性，从而巧妙化解风水疑虑，赋予未来生活顺遂美好的期许；宅邸内则重划隔间及廊道立面，同时增添转角处的收纳应用，细腻打造视野整洁且机能便利的质感家宅。 The deep, vivid ink color complements the clean white hue vertically and horizontally, shaping clear spatial boundaries. Then, coupled with stable, gray marbling walls, balmy timber elements, and glossy decorative light fixtures understatedly manifest an elegant fashion style. C. J. HOUSE DESIGN designers Cheng Liao and Jung Liao set up a lightweight figured glass screen and the chase cabinetry, which achieve aesthetics and privacy features. Also, skillfully resolving the homeowners' concerns about geomancy taboo and fulfilling their expectations for a better, joyful life. Re-configure the layouts and corridors, and add storage settings at the corner, brilliantly creating a delicate home possesses clean and tidy views and convenient functionality. 设计手法 Design Techniques 墨色纵横 演绎时空推移 Geometrical and irregular features imply the passages of time 客厅与书房的天花板，施作纯白水泥漆搭配墨色滚边，充分缓解横梁沉重感，同时无形界定下方区域；与之鲜明的线条呼应，一旁玄关、餐厅至私领域外的廊道上方，嵌入长短不一的黑色灯沟，藉其前后错落的排列方式，抽象表达时光流动的意象，恰与空间由外而内的推进感受相互对照。 Paint the tray ceilings in the living room and the study with pure white cement and frame with an inky tinge, successfully weakening the bulky feeling of the crossbeam and scoping the functional areas below. Furthermore, embed differing length black illumination notches above the walkway at the foyer, and the corridor outside the private domains, which agree with the clear linear patterns and abstractly indicate the image of the flowing time through the irregular arrangement. 丰富纹理 多元情境机能 Rich-textured materials and multi-functioned layouts 此案使用多种不同花色的系统板，于简雅的黑白基调中，铺设灰色石纹立面，并叠加柔和的木纹柜体，丰富画面的纹理表情，进而点缀亮面金属直筒吊灯，自细节带出高贵时尚气息，与建案大厅的材质、色系裡外呼应；考量业主喜爱的风格多元，其中一间卧房，改以榻榻米佈置为简约的日式和室，且具备泡茶休憩、接待客人留宿与收纳等用途，完美平衡美学与实用性。 Exploit multi-colored system panels to finish this project. Set up gray marble-veined walls and gentle wooden cabinets agreeably add rich-textured settings to an otherwise simple black-and-white base tone. Moreover, install glossy metallic cylinder pendant lights to bring a high-end, stylish charm and brilliantly correlate to the selected materials and color schemes in the building hall. To meet the householders' diverse favored styles, we plan a simple Japanese-style room with a tatami arrangement, with the functions of making tea, unwinding, and receiving guests to stay overnight, perfectly balancing aesthetics and practicality. 重视风水 完整善用空间 Value geomancy taboos; ingeniously make full use of the spaces 回应屋主对风水的重视，玄关正面以长虹玻璃屏风化解穿堂煞，侧边则规划高鞋柜，部分遮挡后方餐桌，维护用餐时的隐私性；为了使家宅的空间利用更加完整，将原先内缩的厨房隔间外推，除了加装阻隔油烟的铝框玻璃门，更与邻近的廊道立面对齐，并于转角处增添收纳层板与柜体，便利居家生活。 Because the homeowner pays attention to the geomancy taboos, we utilize figured glass to set a screen in the foyer, ingeniously solving the worry of an evil hallway. In addition, set up a large shoe cabinet that slightly screens the dining area at the rear and holds privacy when having meals. To maximize utilized the home spaces, we expanded the original kitchen outward and equipped an aluminum-framed glass door to block the cooking oil fume. And set wall-mounted shelves and storage cabinets in the corner to satisfy the living needs.
玄关 Entryway foyer 入口前方，轻盈地悬吊一面长虹玻璃屏风，兼顾风水考量与光影流动；左手边的高鞋柜，以局部镂空设计增添画面趣味，同时营造视觉穿透感，搭配与后方餐厅同款的长筒灯照明，让空间内外更具连结性。 At the entrance, hang a suspended screen with figured glass, skillfully solve geomancy taboo and introduce natural lighting. The partial-chased design of the floor-to-ceiling shoe cabinet on the left-hand side adds a captivating feature and creates a sense of visual penetration. Moreover, install a cylinder pendant light to correspond to the identical-shaped ceiling light fixture in the dining area, resulting in a connected space.
客厅、书房 Open plan living room with a study 由于业主需居家办公，客厅后方以半高背牆隔出书房，并沿用天花板的深浅配色，分别于两处选用黑色沙发与浅灰单椅；两相对立的电视牆及书架牆，均以灰色石纹为基底，装设造型轻巧的悬空吊柜，并于窗畔对称规划花纹轻浅白色立柜，协调材质与色彩的变化性。 Erect a half-height partition wall to configure an adjoined study to the living room to meet the homeowner's need for working from home. Then select a black sofa and light gray single chairs to work in concert with the dark-pale color scheme of the ceiling. Set the TV wall and the opposite built-in bookshelf back wall with gray marble. Moreover, fix lightweight floating wall-mounted racks and the TV stand, and symmetrically arrange pastel white storage cabinets beside the windows, excellently integrating the varied materials and colors.
餐厨区 Dining area 善用厨房与餐厅之间的转角，打造收纳空间，其设计延续书房书架牆，方便展示书籍及艺品，并可于檯面使用咖啡机、热水瓶等小型家电；用餐区牆面，嵌入一座木纹柜体，作为相同造型的玄关柜延伸，餐桌上方则整齐排列一道金属长筒灯，为餐叙时光带来优雅仪式感。 Make good use of the turning corner of the kitchen and dining area to arrange a storage space. And take advantage of the consistent design with the bookshelf wall in the study, favorably displaying book collections and artworks; besides, it is handy to use small kitchen appliances such as a coffee machine and water boiler on the countertop. Embed a wooden cabinet in the dining area wall, which goes with the same-patterned cabinets in the foyer. Furthermore, install a row of stylish cylinder pendant light fixtures above the dining table, bringing a tasteful ambiance to the dining time.
主卧 Master bedroom 主卧的木作床头牆面贴石纹美耐板，藉由整齐乾淨的拼接线条，巧妙融入卫浴隐藏门轮廓；临窗处设计直条式黑色灯沟，内嵌线型灯条，增添美感变化与浪漫氛围，一旁与空间色彩相互协调的灰、白寝具，则配饰咖啡色床背板，注入就寝时的温馨暖意。 Laminate the main bedroom's bedside wall with printed PVC marble panels, which artfully integrate the Ensuite bathroom secret door through neat and clean splicing lines. Embed a strip light into the vertical-shaped black notch near the window to enhance the glamorous feature and romantic vibe. Arrange gray and white beddings that tone in the surrounding color scheme, and assort with a brown padded headboard to introduce pleasant coziness to the sleeping area.

（图）八宝空间美学作品，餐厅《柚子花花》将主题「青春客家菜」化为桃红、灯笼、木窗框等元素。 绚烂商空 缤纷亲人 住商空间偏重的面向不同，甫入採访，八宝空间美学先从大方向来说明两者差异，「商空设计通常会围绕特定的主题，令整体形貌偏向商家的品牌理念、贩卖的产品等，再结合他们的SOP流程和习惯规划，一併满足鲜明形象和专业机能的需求。」 团队以今年夺得MUSE金奖的商空作品《柚子花花》为例，本案以青春客家菜为主打，与客户商讨过后，八宝空间美学选用桃红为主色调，象徵年轻的活泼感，内部装饰鹅黄、湖水绿等企业代表色，营造缤纷生动的飨食空间，「商空比住宅多了吸引客人的目的，外观能发挥的自由度会更大。」除此之外，《柚子花花》作为复合零售业的餐厅，团队为其规划两个出入口，分流用餐和购买伴手礼的顾客，不仅提升纯购物客户的便利性，更藉由古色古香的藤编零售柜，拉近和客人的距离。
（图）八宝空间美学作品，复合式商空《茶禅》售茶处后方为现代风格的有氧教室。 复合式经营 衔接风格 除了《柚子花花》，复合式餐饮作为近年的趋势，八宝空间美学也有另一件结合有氧教室和茶行的商空作品《茶禅》，「这是一件相当有趣的作品，它在设计后期才转为复合式商空。」团队笑着分享，业主是一位父亲，原想为女儿开设舞蹈教室而委託他们，后来却因为种种巧合，让自己和儿子经营的售茶业一齐进驻，「女儿想从小规模开始经营，累积足够经验后再扩大，所以尚未用到的空间就让父子开业。」 面对截然不同的两项行业，八宝空间美学决定先找到两者的共通点，「我们后来想到运动完需补充水分，就依据父子各自擅长的茶品，做了两组试喝的茶桌区。」如此，在父亲服务喜爱传统冲泡茶的客人时，儿子也可以提供创意手摇茶饮供年轻人选择，再配合有氧教室学员的专属优惠，达成三赢的局面，「室内设计方面，我们透过简化元素，去调和运动教室的现代简约和茶行的中式风格，例如降低茶馆的木色深度、凋花门窗的繁复度，让场域能更好地衔接。」
（图）八宝空间美学作品，17坪小宅《怡家》透过简约色系安排，营造敞亮视觉感受。 精巧小宅 简约敞亮 「住宅方面则偏重实用，我们的首要考量是设置起居相关的机能，之后再思考如何划分、过渡空间和装饰。」藉由每位设计师对自己生活的体验，从多元面向给予装修建议，协助客户完善理想家宅，「我们透过沟通，为客户釐清需求，比如说业主困惑鞋柜需要做多大，我们就会从家中人口数切入，和他讨论每个人大约有多少双鞋，朝这方面去做规划。」 一般来说，大坪数空间更能规划充足机能，但令OPEN团队好奇的是17坪的家宅作品《怡家》，询问起八宝空间美学如何在有限空间内，充分展现住宅的精緻和「五脏俱全」？团队的回答是：「规划顺畅动线和简化装饰；我们公司擅长的现代、日式和北欧风格，特点都是明亮，在完善机能后，透过简约色系和材料选择，加上一些反射、透明材质，辅以弧线造型修饰，就能让整体感觉比较宽敞、耐看。」
（图）八宝空间美学作品，宠物友善宅《语默》配合家中猫咪，设计造型各异的跳台。 宠物友善 绿色设计 近年来，宠物成为许多人生活相伴的新选择，宠物友善宅也逐渐备受重视，团队说：「猫或狗的宠物宅我们都经手过，除了向业主了解牠们的性格，并规划自动喂食器等器材，我们也会去查找更多相关资料。」作品《语墨》中有一间专属猫咪的房间，不仅放有跳台、猫砂盆等，更设计低矮的宠物活动门，让毛小孩能在家中自由通行，而另一件关于狗的案子，八宝团队特地在阳台处做出草皮造景，让家犬较能放鬆如厕，同时配合犬科喜爱鑽洞的习性，选用下方空间较宽的家具，方便业主的两隻狗在家中相互追逐嬉戏。 宠物宅后，八宝空间美学最后和我们分享另一个主流议题「环保」，随着世界兴起环境友善的意识，室内设计业的材料纷纷升级，除了低甲醛、低污染的绿建材更易取得，市面也出现许多符合国家节能认证的家电，如全热交换器、除湿机等，在守护生态的同时，让居者生活变得更健康，「除此之外，我们也会询问客户是否将旧宅的软、硬装改造后重复利用，尽可能在设计过程中落实环保。」

▲展示区以鲜明的图示，搭配封闭式的清玻冰柜，让点菜的顾客可一目瞭然食材的品项同时兼顾卫生，一旁连通厨房与用餐区的拱门造型，则回应二代业主喜爱的復古氛围，展现新旧交融的怀旧风貌。
▲客席区规划四人座与双人座，中央採用灰色长型椅复合灰玻隔板，保留空间的通透感，另于场域尽头规划木质格栅与半腰壁板的用餐区，营造圆润温煦的感受。

客、餐厅 Living-Dining Rooms 客厅的银狐大理石电视牆，内嵌两道镀钛金属线条，为其清新纹理注入细腻光泽，造型朴实的灰色沙发和茶几，则契合全屋的简雅调性，其后方展示柜，另加装一面活动式灰玻门片，与同材质的餐厅推拉门遥相对应，呈现半通透的视觉效果，一同丰富淨白空间的层次感。 Embed two titanium-plated lines into the Ariston Kalliston marble TV wall, adding a delicate luster to its fresh texture. Then, arrange simple grey sectional sofas and a stylish coffee table perfectly agree with the pared-down form and elegant tone of the whole house. Erect a detachable gray-tinted glass door to the display cabinet behind the sofa, dimly creating a transparent visual effect. Moreover, it works in concert with the sliding door of the dining room through identical materials and enhances the layering features of the clean, white space together.
主卧 Master Bedroom 主卧的浅色软装，与深木色地坪相互调和，配饰床头调性稳重的灰色壁布，共组一室温和的中性色彩，于侧牆衣帽间的暖光照拂下，形塑舒适的就寝氛围；床铺与落地窗之间，另预留空间作阅读区，供业主夫妻閒暇时休憩，或步至一旁的户外露台啜饮咖啡，共享两人时光。 The light-colored furnishings in the master bedroom harmonize with the dark wood flooring and finish the wall behind the bed with a calm gray wall covering, ingeniously adopting the mild neutral color schemes to bring about a comfortable sleeping atmosphere. Leave a space between the bed and the French window to utilize as a reading area; moreover, decorate the outdoor balcony so that the householders can enjoy sipping coffee and relaxing in their leisure time.
次卧 Secondary Bedrooms 分属一对女儿的两间次卧，依循二人各自的喜好，于一间卧室採用浅色木纹，佐以其锺爱的莫兰迪绿，形塑独特个性；另一房则施以柔和粉色，且梳妆台、柜体与衣橱把手，皆订製为圆弧造型，并于床背板勾画镀钛金属线条，使全室溢散浪漫精緻的少女情怀。 Carefully design the secondary bedrooms to meet the two daughters' distinct preferences. One of the bedrooms exploits balmy wooden veneers and finishes with her favorite Morandi green tinge, successfully revealing the exclusive personality. The other room applies a pastel pink hue and shapes the wall-mounted vanity table, the suspended shelf, and the cabinet handles with arc patterns. （图）艾美幸福设计作品《煦沐禅辉》，以客户信仰为设计核心，细心规划出平静恬澹的生活场域。 从部门到公司 坚持品牌理念 论及最初创建甯享的契机，许总监笑着坦承：「其实最初只打算新增软装部而已。」有鑑于艾美幸福的硬装规划已经相当成熟，若进一步增办软装部门，既可以在建案中顺势承接居家软装规划的业务，旗下的选品也较能配合设计团队的风格，更全面地为客户打造理想场域。「当我和友人讨论这个想法，他却认为只成立部门会侷限服务对象，创办公司则可扩张市场。」思索过后，总监便决定筹办「甯享」品牌。 而关于「甯享」的核心理念，许总监大方分享自身对软装的观点：「软装和硬装是相辅相成的存在，没有绝对的主角。」因此，总监设计时也格外注重两者的规划和平衡，力求让彼此相互增辉。「一个空间若是缺少贴合气质的家具、家饰，就算装潢大器，仍会带有僵硬感，但只要增添合适的软装，便可让环境更加舒适、温暖。」

（图）于甯享空间美学店举办永生花艺及品酒活动。 质胜于量 多元领域异业结合 以引入多款国外家具及家饰为主打的甯享，对挑选软装非常讲究，「比起数量，我们更注重家具的品质。」决定合作对象前，许总监会先关注品牌的精緻度与历史价值，再经过团队重重的测试及把关才引入甯享，让客户能轻鬆选购有质感保障的国际老牌软装。 除了常见的家具，甯享另有珠宝、挂画、凋塑、摆件等艺术品供客户挑选，许总监认为，「艺术画作和凋塑不只是单纯的摆设，它们和其他软装一样，都能丰富空间层次。」于家中摆置的艺术作品，不仅可展现主人的美学气质，随着岁月流逝、居者的心境转变，也体现出不同滋味，「希望将画作艺品导入软装，一方面让更多人发现艺术鑑赏的趣味与美好，另一方面，也可扩展艺术家的知名度，达到双赢的局面。」至于珠宝商品，则是考量艾美幸福与甯享拥有大量女性客群，透过软装结合珠宝销售的特色，与市场做出差异。 此外，许总监也与我们分享甯享定期举办的各式活动，如2022年末，她邀请具国际证照的品酒师和花艺师，带领客人一同品嚐暖心可口的热红酒，并亲手製作緻丽的永生花，「我们想让客户在参与的过程中，感受到如同归宅一般的贴心与温暖。」总监强调，而日后也打算陆续开设芳疗、音乐、珠宝、艺术品赏析以及医学讲座，吸引喜爱相关内容的新客人，使甯享成为融汇美学和健康的崭新品牌，达到异业结合的目标。
（图）艾美幸福设计作品《璨光》，减少修饰性装潢，利用软装形塑各区域氛围。 活用室设知识 逐步扎稳根基 创立于2022年的甯享空间美学，虽是初起步的新兴品牌，不过在许总监丰富的室内设计经历下，至今已累积不少建案配置经验，「我原本就对家具、家饰很有兴趣，过往设计建案时，也会一同选配全室软装。」若是客户已有锺意的家具品牌，总监在提供意见外，也会陪同前往门市选购质料与色样，亲力亲为的态度获得众多业主的信赖。 近期，艾美幸福也配合甯享，推出软装规划服务，于施工前期便依循屋主需求，搭配合适的软装供其参考，省去后期选择的困扰，而针对预算有限的业主，团队也规划了小资方案，在保有硬装实用性的前提下，减少过多修润性装潢与设计，再藉由独树一帜的软装，勾勒室内风格，营造最符合客户理想的氛围。 如同进行每项挑战的初期，面对注重软硬双方协调性的崭新经营方向，团队难免经历一段适应期，许总监坦言：「和内部沟通是一项需要时间却不可欠缺的环节，必须让团队理解，当软、硬装相互搭配时，才能完整引领出场域独一无二的特色。」目前艾美幸福与甯享的关係就像母鸡和小鸡，必须先将雏鸡扶植茁壮，才能让其独立生活，「我的目标是让甯享成为和主公司相得益彰的角色，要如何让硬软装跳出和谐的舞曲，正是我们需要努力的课题。」
（图）艾美幸福设计作品《沐晖癒生》，运用浅色系的软、硬装，呈现北欧风的清爽画面。 回归初衷 放眼未来 儘管经营甯享的过程出现许多挑战，许总监仍抱持着乐观的态度一一化解，继续迈步前行，「既然投注了心力，就一定要好好做。」总监开朗地说道，软装相关产业在台湾还有发展空间，她一边摸索可能性、一边处理难关，至于扩展市场，最后还是得回归「待客为友」的初衷。 许总监和我们分享，她曾在竣工后邀请乐手帮屋主举办派对，「我觉得这是给客户的一份礼物，感谢他放心地把自己的家交给我们处理。」而在近日完工的老屋翻新案件中，业主向总监提出非常喜欢摆拍用的家具，希望能保留沿用，对此，她感到很有成就感，「这是客人对我们选品眼光的最大肯定。」正因这般热心亲切的服务态度，许总监的顾客回馈和满意度非常高，和熟客保有长期合作关係，也吸引源源不绝的新客户。 「期许不久后的未来，甯享能够成为代表台北地区的软装品牌。」进入访谈尾声，许总监语气坚毅地畅谈今后展望，不仅想透过各式活动与母公司的基石拓展「甯享空间美学」能见度，为人们带来美学新生活，也希望能够回馈社会，协助弱势族群或独居老人修缮住宅，于大家的心中散佈幸福的种子，让台湾的各个角落都能充满善意与温暖。
