The breakfast bar can handle the client's daily dining needs, while also improving the kitchen's lighting and external view.

回家第一步更多考虑的是快递，菜，鞋，衣服，钥匙，卡片如何放置。业主基本上每天都会在家做饭，希望在厨房里洗切炒更为从容，让家人在这里交流更为享受，让做饭变成一种生活方式而不是负担和任务。 The first step upon returning home often involves considering where to place deliveries, groceries, shoes, coats, keys, cards, etc. The client cooks at home almost daily and wished for a more relaxed experience in the kitchen regarding washing, prepping, and cooking. They wanted the kitchen to be a place where family interaction is enjoyable, transforming cooking into a lifestyle rather than a chore or obligation.

The quartz stone tabletop ensures practicality for all these varied uses.

墙顶及浴缸台面均用清水混泥土艺术漆材质饰面，让整个空间更加放松自然。 The walls, ceiling, and bathtub surround are finished with a raw concrete artistic plaster, making the entire space more relaxed and natural.

分析： •原户型为5室2厅3卫，楼层不高，整体光线不好空气流通较差有霉味，公区较小较碎且，动线不舒服，与业主的温暖生活需求不匹配。 •厨房局促储物量不大光线一般，使用取来舒适度不高，且距餐厅较远，便利度不高。 •客厅餐厅厨房三者关系比较局促，客厅舒适度不高与卫生间动线较远 •主卧、衣帽间及主卫位置的合理需重新做规划，且衣柜量不够，舒适度较差。 •原客房及儿童房很是局促，外面露台光线好，需要思考怎么利用。 Analysis: · The original layout was 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, and 3 bathrooms. The floor is not high, resulting in generally poor natural light and air circulation with a musty smell. The public areas were relatively small, fragmented, and had an uncomfortable flow, not matching the client's desire for a warm living experience. · The kitchen was cramped with limited storage and average lighting, making it less comfortable and convenient to use. Its distance from the dining area also reduced practicality. · The relationship between the living room, dining area, and kitchen was somewhat constrained. The living room's comfort level was not high, and its connection to the bathroom was less than ideal. · The layout of the master bedroom, walk-in closet, and master bathroom needed replanning for better rationality. The wardrobe space was insufficient, compromising comfort. · The original guest room and children's room were quite cramped. The original dining area was transformed into a guest room/children's room, along with a utility balcony and storage area. Approximately half of the original guest and children's room space was used to create a semi-enclosed dining area situated between the living room and the kitchen. The wall behind the living room was removed to increase its area, making the space more relaxed. This also brought the dining and living areas closer for easier interaction. The adjacent bathroom was designated as the shared bathroom. The original bedroom, combined with parts of the children's room and guest room, along with the original balcony area, were reconfigured into a comfortable master suite. This new suite includes a study, a garden with a soaking tub, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom.
