Although the elements are numerous but not redundant, each space is filled with a unique charm, providing homeowners with an inclusive, safe and intimate sense of living.

再与屋主一番交流后，了解到他们的需求与喜好： 1）入户玄关处满足日常挂衣挂伞，鞋子收纳等功能 2）渴望拥有一个小岛台，餐桌能成为工作台，烘焙的操作台 3）客厅的氛围能满足沉浸式看书、练瑜伽的需求 4）好好利用阳台和卧室飘窗的自然光线 5）洗手间通风性能差，空间鸡肋，倾向三分离设计 6）全屋收纳不足，想要在卧室增加多点收纳功能 7）风格不限，比较喜欢碎花元素和柔和色彩 ...... / 客厅 享受被包裹的安全感 / Living room Enjoy the security of being wrapped · 圆润边角的半高矮墙玄关 · 形成一个大的洄游动线 · 开放式的DIY收纳空间，自由组合 · Half-height low wall entrance with rounded corners · A large migratory line is formed · Open DIY storage space, free combination 花瓣状的“半高矮墙玄关”为清雅的空间带来一缕悦动。考虑到屋主家的大门正对楼层的公共通道，所以我们在客厅里安置了一个既能保护客厅的私密性，不让家中的活动暴露给过路人看，带来屋主满满的安全感；又不会破坏客厅整体性，避免一进门就被整个墙面挡住，显得空间逼仄和影响采光。所以我们巧妙地设计半墙玄关，高度不及墙面一半，没有喧宾夺主之意，又能回归空间通透本质。 The petal-shaped "half-height low wall entrance" brings a ray of joy to the elegant space. 进门右手边是浴室柜。后疫情时代，将“卫生防护”的习惯直接移入家门，我们设计一个进门独立洗漱台，便利屋主每次归家第一时间就能洗手清洁。看似小小的点睛之笔，却给屋主日常生活带来很多便利之处。 On the right hand side of the entrance door is the bathroom cabinet. In the post-epidemic era, the habit of "hygiene protection" is directly moved into the door, and we have designed an independent washstand to facilitate homeowners to wash their hands and clean as soon as they return home. 以半高矮墙玄关作为客厅与淋浴区的分界点。干净流畅的弧线，营造出被温柔包裹的独立空间。弧形墙体的长度是根据淋浴间的尺寸来把控，为避免木地板因为淋浴区的水渍导致发霉的可能，所以入户和淋浴区平铺小花砖。淋浴区搭配白色系为主的小花砖，让空间视觉更整洁明亮；而客厅木地板则带来了一丝亲和温润。看似同一片区域，却根据功能不同，演绎不一样的空间氛围。 The half-height low wall entrance is used as the dividing point between the living room and the shower area. 越是简洁的呈现，背后越是花心思。当我们把视线转移到客厅，看似简洁的一角，也隐藏巧妙的设计心得。弧形玄关的墙面背后也区分两段收纳。下层放置电视机WIFI电线设备，上层的层板则主要起到一个挡住下层层板的作用，刚好“隐藏”电视机的设备和电线，更显空间整洁清冽，还能兼顾收纳功能，放置遥控器和花瓶等小摆件。 The more concise the presentation, the more thought is behind it. Behind the wall of the curved entrance, two sections of storage are also distinguished. 原本放在入户位置显得突兀的冰箱则被安排放在承重墙的后面。现处于整个户型每个功能区的中心，从客厅-餐厅-主卧，都能方便在冰箱拿取食物。 The refrigerator, which was originally placed in the entrance position, is arranged behind the load-bearing wall. 一张低重心的白色皮质沙发摆放在一角，与会呼吸的木地板、热情繁复的碎花砖产生呼应，在自然光线下熏染出微暖光泽，形成一动一静的自洽空间。像是在生机盎然的静止镜头里，我们找寻到与自己相处的舒适方式。如同沙发上放置的一本书、木地板躺着的一张瑜伽垫，无一不给这个场景增添了活跃的能量。 A white leather sofa with a low center of gravity is placed in the corner, echoing the breathing wooden floor and the warm and intricate broken tiles, which are dyed with a slight warm sheen in natural light, forming a self-consistent space that is motionless and quiet. 为了将琳琅满目的器物整洁有序地收容，我们按照屋主的意愿，创造了高集合型厨房，重新规划厨房的操作动线，更好利用南向窗户的充裕光线，将原户型的阳台封窗、打通，为厨房“偷来”更大空间。这样也大大增加了厨房操作台面积，扩容整个厨房区域，现在的收纳空间是原本收纳的2倍以上。 丨 说来也巧，当我们刚施工到一半之际，政府就出台一项申明：禁止把卫生间和厨房外扩到阳台。小区物业还和我们谈起，这是小区最后一户把厨房移到阳台的了。幸运地赶上便利的最后一班车，才能利用阳台解决厨房空间不足的难题，打造出屋主的理想厨房。 In order to contain a variety of utensils neatly and orderly, we created a high-set kitchen according to the wishes of the owner, re-planned the operation line of the kitchen, better used the abundant light from the south-facing window, sealed and opened up the original balcony, and "stolen" more space for the kitchen. 为了控制整体预算，我们现场木工搭配宜家的“HJALPA耶勒帕”拉篮制作成柜体。 In order to control the overall budget, we worked on-site with IKEA's "HJALPA" basket to create cabinets. 同时，我们在封窗时尽可能地外扩更多空间，根据铝合金窗的原有结构，以最大化面积封窗，打造了现在的“三角橱柜”，为厨房的过道腾出更大空间，现在厨房的容量由原本仅容得下一人到可以同时容纳三人。 At the same time, we expanded as much space as possible when sealing windows, according to the original structure of aluminum alloy windows, to maximize the area of the window sealing, to create the current "triangular cabinet", for the kitchen aisle to make more space, now the capacity of the kitchen from only one person to can accommodate three people at the same time.

“Sit.Feast on your life”，这里是吧台，是备餐桌，更是餐厅。 "Sit.Feast on your life", this is the bar, the table, and the restaurant. 我们预留一个桌板搭在两边的槽口上，可以延伸出2米的桌面，形成一个达到4-6人使用的餐桌。配上了高脚凳，备餐台变成吧台，吧台变成餐桌。 We reserve a table board on the notches on both sides, which can extend 2 meters of table top, forming a dining table for 4-6 people. 主卧入口处，分两级步梯。 第一级步梯设计得宽适一些，让屋主踏入主卧时安全方便，同时也给收纳柜预留开门的空间；第二级步梯加上床垫，恰好匹配传统床的高度，让屋主找到舒适的睡感。 At the entrance to the master bedroom, there are two steps. 我们在主卧里预留了柜体位置，打造嵌入式冰箱，且利用冰箱背面正面用不上的空间放置了屋主保留的收纳柜。刚好冰箱的插座也安装在收纳柜，方便日后如果有需要拔插头的时候再无需挪出冰箱，直接打开柜门便可。 We reserved a cabinet in the master bedroom to create a built-in refrigerator, and used the unused space on the front of the back of the refrigerator to place the storage cabinet reserved by the owner. 全屋的最大收纳量归功于卧室。木工定制了衣柜的柜体和门板，内部结构则选用宜家的“BOAXEL博阿克塞”壁式储物系统，这强大的收纳功能，让屋主都惊叹：真是一个收纳怪物，可太能装了！ 考虑到与对面住户的楼距较近的情况，所以给窗户装置了“日夜帘”。“日帘”既能保护卧室的隐私又能让光线柔和进入室内，不浪费这美好的采光。在晚上休息时，使用“夜帘”，创造一个更加适合睡眠的环境，提高屋主的睡眠质量。 The largest storage capacity in the whole house is attributed to the bedroom.
